Here the cost of seats starts from 250 to 650 as per the drama going on .A place where tv acting is brought into life the actors skills are adorable and presentation has a status they pay the value of tickets by the show just need some refining in their work which would increase with experience and better directions. If shows are like this then they can attract and change the path visitors of movie halls to this theatre .I wish a good luck to the artists director and play writers do the job
The Little Theatre Group is true to its name. Little but enough space to watch and enjoy the plays and performances. The stage is big enough to perform any dance numbers, plays, music concerts and it is easily visible from the last rows. We had few issues with the sound system but I am not sure that was provided by the theatre or the organization. Overall very nice place.
It was my third but first play here at LTG. The Auditorium is clean and is situated next to Kamani auditorium on Copernicus Marg. The capacity is around somewhere 200-250. So one can plan event accordingly. There is no canteen facility available, only ice cream vendors are present outside the auditorium, so it is better to carry your own food. Parking is available but they charge per hour around 20-30 rupees. Overall the auditorium is good and we had a good time there performing our play.
Small but cozy theater which has been mentained well and hosts plays at an affordable price. The theatre gets decent amount of crowd despite having many other well known theaters in the area. Staff and people that I met during the play (not sure if they were staffed by the theater or the theater group crew) were smart and polite and knew exactly what they have to do to run the show. The issue I faced was not the place, cast or the play, but the fact that any noice just outside the theater area could be heard inside which is very irritating when you are watching a play and honestly in my opinion can disturb the actors as well. Thus, my advise that if you do take our call just outside the theatre area, either speak in low voice or, step a little bit further out so as not to disturb others who are watching the show.
Good auditorium and easy to reach. Near to mandi house metro station. Auditorium parking has less space but you can park near by roads. I attended on Sunday so easily got parking. No eating place near by except a small dhaba on back on auditorium. Good light and sound system but AC not much effective which made sitting bit difficult.
This place is magical i dont know the reason maybe its because i performed my first stage show. Stage have good space, good lights with wide variety to change as per scenario. Sitting for more than 300 people in single time. Last time i was there to control lights and green room got enough space and with perfect lights for detailing in make up and i have been there as audience ambience was good so does comfortable seats and yes good air conditioning. The control room was good, spacious and staff was so helpful and i wont mind mentioning a name Mr. Ajay. Thanks for help if you are reading this,Take care. So if i cam describe this place with a movie title it would be Kuch kuch hota hai
Situated in Mandi House, Copernicus Marg, opposite Doordarshan Bhavan is located the Little Theatre Group (LTG) Auditorium which is six decades old, making it the oldest auditorium in Delhi. Many cultural activities like shows, plays, annual days & award ceremonies have been staged here over the years. It has a seating capacity of 327, and tickets can be purchased at the venue itself or online. With a stage size of 32 X 24 square feet, the auditorium is a predecessor in promoting any activity, be it a school programme, play or dance. The shows in the auditorium are full mostly; so to avoid the rush or any last-minute hassles, one ought to book tickets well in advance.
Amazing viewing experience. Easy and simple to locate and helpful staff.
Superb location and being ideally located in the hub of creative and theater hub, the place offers an excellent opportunity for exhibitors to showcase their talent and for the audience an enthralling experience. Well maintained with beautiful Flora and fauna, the place offers many options for people interested in showcasing their art!
A cozy neat & clean Audi with ample seating capacity. Nice light and sound arrangements. Perfectly controlled AC. Neat & clean washrooms. A perfect place to host your events & plays. Wonderful auditorium. Enjoyed a lot..!!!
As the name suggests, its like a small single auditorium with enough seating space to gather a large sum of Audience. The only issue what I feel is the absence of a small canteen. Parking space may become an issue. But overall a beautiful feeling to get all the essence of the world called THEATRE.
Amazing ambience for theatrical plays. Would be great if the front door is made to be locked during performances. Otherwise great experience!
I have come here for 3 - 4 times. Every time it gives me different feeling. I love to visit this place because it gives you a bright view of Art & Culture. Auditorium is fantastic having 300 seats approximately. If you want to organise any kind of Cultural event then it is the best choice for you. It has a memorable vision that keeps you positive. It is located in Mandi House then you should come here to get an experience of Theatre.
It was good but not too good. Sitting arrangements are ok. Sound system could be better. Parking problem. Its on main road so location is perfect.
Very nice Auditorium for play, drama, short films etc. Nice ambience and environment. Best thing is connectivity to the Mandi House Metro Station on voilet line. Just 5-7 minutes walking distance from metro station. Also easily reachable by DTC bus. Ultimate place to go for plays, dramas etc. Outside environment is very peaceful and full of greenery. People may go with their family, kids, friends etc. Must go place.
In the heart of Delhis theatre district, the LTG is a historical site with plenty to boast about. Theres a show every weekend and its easy to walk in. The auditorium is also easily accessible without many stairs to climb
This theatre is situated in the heart of Delhi. The posh environment and many cultural buildings make it more attractive. The experience has been outstanding here. All the actors are outstanding and they always surprise you by their amazing performance.
The play was good. But the seats are nit very comfortable. But tickets are quite cheap. If you want to witness plat by new artists at wuite cheap price. You can visit here
A small theatre, well cooled. Be well prepared as you will get nothing to drink, so carry water. Toilets are available. Parking is also an issue arrive early and park in the alleys along the residence and political offices. Dont worry all vehicles are parked on the side no one will pick it up.
I did my web designing training in Elearn infotech and training was provided in a good environment to learn. thanks to my trainer Ch Sekhar sir who guided me in my projects too.
The theater was nice but the bathrooms were very dirty. They also need to add some seating in the waiting area.
Little Theatre Group is very good for who want to organise state play because there are big auditorium and very nice nice place in Mondi House.
Dude this place is awesome for theatre artists and lovers. Great stage and backstage space, good people to help you out, comfortable auditorium..clean bathrooms and surroundings.. This place is worth a shot if you are a budding theatre artist trying to put on a show in Delhi.
Went during Dream on theatre festival 2019. The seats are comfortable and located on a walking distance from Mandi house metro station and bus stop. They have ample parking space too.
It has a big auditorium with lots of seats. So, you can book your tickets easily and have a great experience watching a play at LTG auditorium. The dialogues delivered by the actors is completely audible and the atmosphere is lively.
As history always repeat itself, I feel theatre is the future of entertainment.
Wonderful events, artsy crowd, beautiful facade and vibe of the building. Must come here to watch some nice plays, attend theatre workshops and stumble upon like minded people.
One of the oldest places for theatre in Delhi never looses its charm. A must go place if you want to see a good play.
A small cute auditorium, for plays and other theatrical performances.By small I only mean its smaller than Kamani Auditorium or the likes in the neighbourhood.Otherwise its pretty good, be it the sound or the light set up.Mostly groups which are a little tight on budget perform here, but that doesnt mean theres any less quality, creativity is at its best.
Its a small clean theatre nicely remodelled since the last time I was here 22 yrs back :)
A really good, comfortable and cosy auditorium with great acoustics. Very well located and maintained. Was a pleasure the watching the Mati Bani concert organised by HCL there.
Ltg is small indoor auditorium. Here you can enjoy live plays.we have seen the playgalib in delhi sound is good. Sitting arrangements are nice. But climate control is not upto the mark.we feel cold waves in indoor on last Saturday.
Its a amazing IT compny i have never ever seen. And i am so lucky to work in this compny.
Great experience there watching play.very good sitting arrangement along with quality lightening, sound and awesome stage. This place is located at Copernicus Marg near Mandi House metro station. It is adjacent to the famous kamani Auditorium.
Went here for the Delhi Contemporary Arts Week and really enjoyed my evening here. The theater is not huge but its nice and cozy. Seats and sound system is good with good lighting. They host wide variety of shows like plays, comedy and dance performances. Great place to have a good time.
Went to see a play by NSD kids... Was ok... Got bored... Audi is simple and old school type...
Nice and well maintained auditorium for. Gathering of any 200 people.TheybhVe a good reception area + outdoor space and clean toilets 👍
Good place for theatre lovers. LTG and Kamani auditorium are adjoined so you will get options to choose from.
The Infrastructure of theatre is good. It is at the walking distance from the Mandi house metro station. There is a proper sitting arrangements for the gathering of 2000 people. There are no eatables available around the place which is a missing point. And else place is neat and clean with greenery in the surroundings.
It is an old and cozy theatre building, recently renovated but doesnt look it! Good for school & college productions or amateur groups. Well located near India Gate and Delhis centre for theatres near Mandi House.
The theater can hold a seating of 300. But the condition is just average, couldve have been better maintained.
Good place easy to access. Njoyed Hansel n gretel show.
Nicely maintained theatre at a good and well connected location. The cost is perhaps one of the cheapest. Value for money.
Small and cosy auditorium.
Generally school annual days are organised. Rest well know for the thearter performance.
Nice place for events
It’s auditorium located in Mandi House Bengali market conducts acting classes for newcomers and showcase the plays by eminent theatre personalities. Theatre has 400 seat capacity with stage lighting. Adequate parking is available.Place is well connected by bus and Metro
The LTG Auditorium is a small theatre suitable for medium sized productions. Does not have scope for grand set designs or multiple sets. The seating is descent although not state of the art. Beverages are not available within the premises which is something that can be added. The staff was courteous and friendly. Would certainly visit again.
Good play with professional artists. Old building n worn out seats. Though thankfully the washrooms have been renovated.
Good acoustics, comfortable seats and nice stage
Great Auditorium to watch theatre. Ive done plays here several times when i was a kid
The play I watched was lovely and the infrastructure is very good. The lack of a canteen is felt but you can get something to eat nearby easily.
Needs improvement in cleaness.
A renowned theatre in Delhi for staging plays, music shows, dance performances and other concerts. A lot of novice artists who performed here went on to become prominent names in their respective fields. A must visit place on weekends to enjoy art in its most pristine form.
Its a small auditorium but comfortable. Seats are old and not very comfy. Rest everything about it is good
Good for holding small events. The stage is well placed and with a good visibility. Parking is a problem, as you need to manage on nearby road. Other facilities are decent, and dont expect top notch quality and but they are managable.
Niicely renovated. Entry and lobby looks smart. Audi is fine, a bit small though. But can go for performances.
