It is not recommended to book for any program because,Service is very poor.Items are not served as per commitment.Food quality is too poor.Hospitality is very poor.The office staff speak loudly.Neither Manager or owner want to listen nor try to solve the problem.Manager and owner are only justifying the issues.Timely items were not being served.

Aqua Tree is a great venue for hosting wedding functions. We had a great time here and a lovely experience. Amazing experience booking with them. The lighting of the banquet hall enhances the beauty of the decoration done inside and hence making the area beautiful. The staff is very courteous, they look after the requirement of every guest. Everything was organized well and we loved our experience here. Not only the starters were absolutely delicious but the main cuisine especially the Dal Makhani was very very tasty. The overall experience was great.

First of all I would like to start by sharing one experience of mine, yesterday I saw one of the customers fighting with the manager over some issue. By closely looking what is going on I found out that he was intimidating manager by threatening him to give bad reviews. I noticed their function already got over in the afternoon and then the manager was asking for their hard earned money for the event. The rules are very simple that to pay half for the package before the event and rest after the event gets over. He was telling the manager that he would pay the money after 3 days. I was shocked the way the customer was threatening the owners about giving bad google reviews and I am astonished to see he already gave one on this platform by stating they may create havoc for the function. I am saddened that such people exist at the time of pandemic when such business are already facing from huge losses and they dont think about the waiters and managers. I had the event same day at night and it was my sisters wedding and I do want to share my reviews which I experienced during the event. Starting with starters it was hot and delicious. The staff was very polite and smiling. The decoration was impressive. The cuisine was so amazing that everyone praised my father for choosing this banquet. I had a very smooth experience with the manager and owners who really treated my family as theirs.

I must say the food was amazing the starters were so delicious that inspite of being on a diet i couldnt stop myself and the main cuisine its absolutely appetizing.The experience was outstanding! The staff was very attentive and friendly and the decoration was veryyyy beautiful as well. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a premium banquet for their functions. Lastly the ambience was mind blowing.

Marriage banquet hall with great food and interiors

Its not a good place for function. The manager of this venue is highly unprofessional and dont follow the rules of service industry. At the time of occasion they may create havoc for the function. Highly overpriced its better that you may go for some good venue for your function. Service is the key for success. But they believe money is the key for their business

Staring from ambience to food everything was amazing..Its a newly build hall with great and rich interior..valet parking facility is also there..Service was also very quick..i couldnt resist myself to share my experience here..You got us booked here for long now..

Recently attended a function at Aqua tree .. the experience is worth sharing..first of all the place is easily approachable (being just behind JHILMIL metro station) and has ample of parking space..as far as interior is concerned it gives a pleasing feel .. the deor was awesome..and coming on to the food which was delicious though i am a vegetarian loved the variety and the quality served there...loved the overall experience..a ***** 5 star rating from my side..a big thumbs up..keep up the great work...

They claim to be one of the best in hospitality and pure veg food but to our surprise they had no supply of food after 2 hrs into the function. They had to furbish the food from near by banquet and without caring ones religious belief started serving non-veg.Owner and manager has no sense of hospitality and responsibility. Ruined our function and respect in front of hundreds relatives.

Worst experience of my life! The service is pathetic and food is awful. I felt like vomit after eating food. I would not recommend this hotel as it is the worst. I Am very angry and got no reason to give you any rating above 1 star. Worst banquet in Delhi! Dont book thus banquet.Worst service and no waiter will give response even after calling him.I am surprised by such decoration and catering.Again, dont book it.

Pathetic service , fake promises and no-sense of ownership.Committed to complete top floor for our function on 8th Nov but later declined advising that construction work wont be done and shifted the arrangement to ground floor. However on wedding day we got to know top floor has been booked for someonelse. Moreover, even the basis food items were missing from menu and they had to get the help of other nearby banquets to furbish food for booked amount to plates. half of our relatives has to leave without even tasting food and we have to face such embarrassment. Owner didnt show up even after raising such grave concern umpteen time on phone.

Poor services. They dont deliver what they promise for. Before party they ask you to pay fully so that you may not do anything against their worst services. You will experience shortage of food , worst behavior by staff and manager. Suppose you ask for 400 plates, they will deliver only 250. Worst place to book for any party.
