YOU WILL FEEL CHEATED LIKE I FELT AND EXPLAINED BELOW.I personally give “NO STAR” but it’s system generate so giving 1 Star as they ruined my party. Hence, they have a lucrative trap to linch you and your loved once on their moment. I personally booked a place from this website for 5 couples for full day (21 hrs) from 1500 hrs to 1100 hrs next day with specific 5 bedroom farmhouse in Gurgaon and their so called Directors Reddy and Srinath both are so unprofessional people. They suggested me a place and gave a new no. For trapping me more. That guy Amit took the confirmation for 5 bedroom and asked for 5000 advance and booked the farm on my name. But when we reached to the place he took all remaining amount by saying SIR YOU NEED TO PAY BEFORE USING PROPERTY. He gave 3 rooms by saying, owner is coming with the KEY and started delaying to open those 2 rooms. Both the rooms were totally burnt as I can shoot a haunted movie scene their. They started convincing me sir you can adjust in 3 rooms. Suddenly Amit Ran away by keeping us on hold. I called Reddy he was not even taking the response. By the time we started feeling cheated by all 3 Trapers( Director Reddy, His Brother Srinath, and their zoolandlord AMIT). We Left the property by 2200 hrs as our event was already ruined. They came up with a new picture of refunding money after ruining my friends birthday party that too not refunded yet. They blocked my no. as I was calling them for refunds. They are so shameless that they don’t even bother about your event. As they are pre-determined about the situation and handling the same each day of business. Trust me they just believe in there commissions inspite of believing in your emotions.I WILL SUGGEST NOT TO GO FOR THIS FRAUD WEBSITE.Incase if anyone need proof of discussion please revert me on this post will share the chat history with call recordings.

They cant take a simple request properly. No sense of customer privacy as they shared all my details with their vendors without my consent. Customer care just dont care, they simply hung up on me.. stay away to avoid harrasment

Worst ever vendor i have ever met in my entire life..Ms shivani she is the worst person who dont know how to handle clients after every 5 minutes she changes her words..before booking she will say yes everything is included post booking she will say no sorry this is nt included and all and then she do this after every 10mins till ur event even after reaching the venue i called her that yesterday only u confirmed this that this will be provided she straight away told mere pas or bht kaam h.If u dont want to spoil ur event then plz dont book with ms shivani

I booked a Villa through them for New Year Eve Party. They told me that apart from booking cost, food will be provided at 800/person for a capacity for 15-20 people. Firstly they miscommunicated to the owner telling him to book for 25 people and thereby the owner kept asking me for 25*800 for food and he threatened to out us from his building. Their relationship manager was not at all helpful and he told me that i have to give for atleast 20 people, although only 17 of my friends are there. They shouldnt have quoted me 800 per person then. My whole night got spoiled, relationship manager was also very rude and i had to pay for food for 20 people. Please dont book through this place, it should be shut down as they are running a fraud company
