Never admit your family member as they have highly unprofessional staff.Also, Beware of the prices of medicines which are sourced from their in-house pharmacy. The prices are minimum X3 times what you will find in the market.The staff is careless and need to be taught how to treat patient. They will fight amongst themselves in front of the patient and not care about maintain peace.The have maintained cleanliness and only promise of high standards and understanding. We felt trapped once the patient was admitted and they showed their true Colors.It was my helpless situation that had to use their service due to lack of options, else would have left immediately. And the transition centre made sure that they took full advantage of our helplessness.

Never admit your family member here,The nursing staff/ management are very unprofessional,rude and untrained, the management keeps changing staffs every two days.This shuffling results in miscommunication/confusion. Patient and family members suffer due to this and Then there is blame game between them. I got trapped as I found some good reviews.Don’t know how they’ve got such reviews,I’ll not give even 1 star for such awful services.

I liked this transition care centre their concept is amazing...post surgery my uncle went through 15 days stay and got good recovery,nursing staff provided good care.

When my mother was admitted in Porvoo after she differed a stroke . She was unable to walk or even do anything by herself. I thought she was going to remain the same way . But the team at Porvoo was very diligent with the treatment and also helped me overcome my fears .Thanks everyone 😊

Beware!! They are leeches, They don’t care about the patient or patients family, all they want is money. One of my friend from Middle East was admitted here, During the time of admission the hospital management said that they’ll provide medicines and other supplies at reasonable prices.Once the patient got admitted they revealed their true identity. They created such pathetic condition for the family members of the patient, that even after being in the hospital they had to outsource the medicines/medical supplies from somewhere else.what image will they carry, when they’ll go back to their country.Very shameful, I would never recommend anyone here.

I went to meet my niece admitted there and my experience was really bad, wouldn’t recommend this centre to anyone. Management didn’t allow me to meet the patient, their overall behaviour was very rude and un professional.One of their staff, Vidhi/Nidhi don’t exactly remember her name. The way she was speaking to us with zero moral ethics,I don’t think so She was even eligible to be there or She was even a graduate. She had no knowledge regarding the patient’s condition.Sorry to say but this is not the way how you speak to family members of the patient. Terrible experience!

The staff at the hospital is really rude specially the ones sitting at reception they dont even know how-to talk to the patient visitors ..very harsh words .. we travelled from a quite far destination to meet one of my relative and they didnt allowed us , we waited there for around 3 hours and then we were allowed something fishy they didnt even give any genuine reason for keeping us wait for so long , didnt expected such behaviour.

Excellent place, where all the team members - say Doctors, Physios, Nurses, therapists, Dietician, and the support staff .They mean and make an individual life back to Normal as beforeThis means the approach of Multi disciplinary team - they promised at the time of admission ,how its going to be part of recovery journey and results are more than expected.Thank you Porvoo !!

I came to this clinic for the first time today. The wait time was reasonable, staff member Rupali was attentive and reception was super friendly and helpful. Hello friends! I wanna share my trustable review on it. My Friend took unwell and was taken to Porvoo Transition Care . I wanted to thank all the staff for the level of service they were able to provide and I observed with others, specifically during the extra stress placed upon the organisation during COVID 19. There was a quick efficient procedure of care for all patients immediately from   the entrance keeping all safe.

Worst place I have ever risked for. After consulting a lot I took my father there trusting it would be nice and when I first went the staff is so well trained to explain the things which is not actually the case when you start using their services. The nursing staffs are very unprofessional and untrained, the management keeps changing staffs every two days. Just by maintaining the cleanliness they lure people and when you actually use their services you will get to know how bad a place it is, we only have to explain them even for medicines how to give it all. We taught the staffs how to do suctioning . I am really feeling bad for risking my fathers health for horrible seven days there, thankfully we took right decision to move away after realising it all and managed to move him out of such carelss and untrained centre. They dont know how to care for patients feeds and health, inspite of telling allergy to some food they kept giving it that too cold in this winter season, it was not less than risking my fathers health. I am really feeling bad for choosing such a horrible place. Even their cleaning staffs and guards dont know how to behave with attendants. I even lost my new airpods or god knows of its stolen, after requesting them to check for the same they say its clearly written to take care of belongings. They also charge differential pricings if you buy for their own chemist outside of hospital and when you are admitted there. In a week they made a bill of 1.5 lakhs. I would request you all not to risk your loved ones life by choosing this horrible place. God knows who posted such positive reviews for the place which do not deserve it, its not worth a single star. Porvoo sucks. There is just one patient in the entire hospital who is there since long and is abundant by the family, no one is there except him . We were also being lured and trapped. Please do not go here.
