The best diagnostic centre that I have ever been to. The staff is super competent and courteous. Their site is world class. The online booking of tests, the billing, the subsequent followup by the staff, the visit to their centre in Yusuf Sarai, the experience right from the reception to the delivery of test reports was wonderful. Especially sweet was radiologist Ruby. A big thank you! Gratitude!

One of the best Lab in this area, Staff are active and very supporting. Services is good and prices are very reasonable if you compare with other labs. Good paid parking space in front of the lab.

At HOD the staff is very cordial and they attend you on priority. The equipments are latest and the services are excellent. The immediate results of MRI was too good to expect. I was thrilled as I could get the medication immediately. I wish them good luck and way to go.

I am very much satisfied with tests and reports from HOD. I have a question- During covid when ppe suite was needed, you increased home collection charges by rs 50. When are you going to return to the previous charges. Please dont tell me that ppe suite is still being used.

I had come here for my mother’s PET Scan- The rates were better than the discounted rates at other places. Also all the billing and appointment scheduling operations happened smoothly..The results were shared within an hour of the process along with a free consultation from the doctor on duty. First time visited H. O. D for OPG test, found staff friendly and luckily didnt have to face long queue. I was attended by a person in reception, who received the payment from me. Since i was the only one for OPG test, so test was performed immediately and within 5 minutes, i was handed over my x-ray report. Overall experience was good as i didnt had to wait for anything.

Pathetic service. Not able to deliver the reports on time. Keeps on promising a call back that never happens. Highly unprofessional behaviour of staff, one of them even said that she is walking down there to get the report and she never came back. The doctor who will write the report hasnt arrived yet, he is on the way. Its 11.27 while I am writing this and he is on his way for last 2 hours. Not even answering the calls yet. The TAT for delivering the report is already 3 hours up. The staff behaviour is pathetic, the service is pathetic. Never ever I am using their services again and will recommend no one to use them.

HOD Yusuf Sarai having great facilities for various testing, I was there for 3T MRI , the Staff (especially Ms.Aarti Banoula) is very helpful in coordinating the urgency of patient requirements. Though I got the report next day but the link was provided then and there with the help of Aarti and I was able to show the reports to Doctor.Highly recommended place for MRI and CT testing.

I had many RT PCR tests done but the one at HOD near AIIMS was so fast and made so gentle that I didn’t even feel it!The place was very busy but still, everyone was so kind and helpful! Mr Rahul Mahalwal is the only saving grace of HoD Yusuf Sarai. The man is capable in crisis management and handling the wide range and depth of patients and attendents.There is a huge scope of improvement in HoD lab at Yusuf Sarai. To begin with1. Give appointment when asked by patients, dont just say that its first come first serve and when patients reach at 0830, people at counter tell them rudely that doctor will come at 1200.2. If appointment is not possible atleast customer care guys should tell the complete story i.e. for any specific test what are the timelines to visit ...say colour Doppler both legs - please visit between 11 to 02.3. Put a ticker board and allot the queue Nos, so patients are aware and sit n wait without confusion and agruments that I came first or u came later.4. Increase no of billing counter, atleast in rush hours (Rahul has been kind enough to manage it by running around to each patient in queue and addressing their issues promptly).5. At time of billing very categorically and candidly tell the patient likely wait time. And please be true to it...dont say 30 mins and make them wait for 3 hrs...people will feel harassed.Lastly, I will say the girl at reception (couple of days prior when I took my parents for extensive care package check up) was prompt, meticulous and mature while the one alongwith her I got across on 20 Aug was uncourteous and rude.In the end, I will praise Mr Rahul Mahalwal for his dedication, patience, maturity and capability to handle crisis.Definitely he is an asset to HoD as amongst all the choas I witnessed at HoD Yusuf Sarai on 20Aug 21 morning, he was the only ray of hope for all patients. He was courteous and addressed all patients with due respect and salutation of sir and maam. He patiently heard their problems and ran around to resolve them. Those stuck in queue due to slow billing, he walked up to each of them, ran inside the lab to meet doctors to clarify the tests for those who were not clear, he displayed chivalry and helped old patients and those having mobility restrictions right from outside the gate of HoD, helped with parking, served them water, explained the test and expdr details.In all amongst all chaos negative issues, this guy singularly handled things. Kudos to Rahul Mahalwal.But HoD pl improve. To create an efficient image it takes a toll of hard work and effort and it gets destroyed will slight lackadaisical attitude.ThxRanjeet

I went to this facility to get Echocardiography. The whole process was amazingly smooth. Within five minutes of billing, the test was started by highly professional. Report was provided within 15 minutes. Impressive

I have been trying to know about Rest Muga scan...it is only done at the Faridabad center but they are not able to tell me if I can visit for the same or not since 3days and everyday they tell me you will get a call from the centre about it but no calls received till now, also the number provided never picks the call. Pathetic service.
