This post offices service is very fast, I am happy with the service

Spacious and peaceful Post office in otherwise noisy and congested Tilak Nagar Market. It is near the old market. Many staff members are on duty. Speed post, Aadhaar card services also available.

If they dont pick the calls then why they have Phone no. on their website? What is the use of phone no. if they dont want to pick. Few staff members are really helpful but most of them are just enjoying the job.

On 21st May 20 I was visited for speed post & the person who seated there was very unprofessional & was not attending customers.I was on 8th number in that line & was attended me after waiting around 90 minutes

Very pathetic service. We paid for shipping and waited well over their mentioned time frame, and they called me to pick up my packages. He then proceed to ask me how will he come, by rickshaw or what? How will I know? We gave our address for delivery with the landmark for a reason. I dont know why they refuse to deliver in vikaspuri area.

The services provided at Tilak Nagar Post Office are normally very slow. The staff is not well versed with the Computer so they work bit slow as well as they sometimes remain away from their seats. Ample parking space is available for vehicles.

Good helpfull staff and our mahavir singh ji (postman) is the best and kind in nature.

Staff is not at all co-operative which makes it little dreadful to visit govt offices.

They don’t answer the calls! Have kept my courier and won’t give me any details. Ugh!

Lethargic staff,no drinking water,no toilet facilities while the area inside and outside is well maintained in and out.The office inside is hot with no air conditioning or air coolers even in the 21st century.

Worst experience ever......Harassment in itself.

This post office is reluctant to deliver registered letter at VIKAS PURI and always returns the letter back to sender with lame excuses like door locked or incorrect address. I have got proof of my registered letter. Please dont send registered letter to Vikas Puri Area which will never reach.

They never pick call, no matter if you are calling throughout day/night. they will never pick. I dont know why they have phone number and shared with public if not answering.

Ive been calling them since eternity and they havent picked my call once ,i guess they are busy doing nothing and they hardly share the details of the consignment online,just not the way a govt body should work.Need a lot of improvement!

Old building in tilak nagar market.Staff is not efficient.

Is tarah ke sabhi post office ko band kar dena chahiye jo logon ko pareshan karte hain inke number par phone karte raho koi response nahi dete ab inko kaun samjhaye COVID 19 phone pic karne se nahi hota. Delhi ka sabse bekar post office hai ye.
