Terrible Terrible experience. They dont pick calls and if at all they pick, call will be kept on hold for 10-15 mins and then will be disconnected.Total harassments!!!

Avoid getting a home loan from GIC..They r fraud n mili bhagat with builders they blackmail you...Bad experience... I wont recommend to anyone...No bank manager available,no zonal manager manager...They dont revert back calls,mails...They treat customers as bakras...

Unprofessional staff..as well as fraud. Provided loan on unauthorized building. All scam with builder and bank. I am fool now i dont know how they did registry also. Thier auditor was also took 1000 rupees to approve the loan. Fraudsters.

Worst in response and non professional attitude of the staff

Excellent service with smooth loan process.free property and accidental insurance.I refer GIC HFL for hassle free home loan.

The ctc number provided here is useless. They never answer the call. Provide additional number.

I have a complaints regarding my loan amount and subsidy (which is given by the goverment). Many time I mailed there staff and in there official email id they are not responding good way.. And not giving the proper information.
