I went their with my friends for an enjoyable evening. Our experience was nothing short of awesome as we were well received by the staff and were treated with the finger licking dishes. The ambience of the place is really nice.I would recommend it to all the persons looking for a musical evening full of great food and lots of Masti.

Beautiful property with not so professional team. Be polite and you meet utter rude behavior.We visited the venue with the intent to seal the deal on our second visit (2 hours after the 1st) and pay the booking amount.This is where I had my lifes first lesson on How not to greet new customers. We met one aggressive, self-centered and money-minded sales rep.All we were looking forward to - was a detailed conversation (about the package inclusions) with some level of negotiation but it felt like we had awakened a dark spirit. She was rude to my family, very aggressive, not polite at all, not ready to listen to the client needs and only cared about what she wanted to sell. We even asked her multiple times to lower the voice since we’re all here to form a long-term relationship with your brand – but she didn’t budge. All she wanted to say was her side of the story. Where was the basic courtesy, did she leave it at home? Is that how Tivoli plans to greet their clients and sustain in the industry?I get your brand wants to gain higher revenues and cover up for the pandemic impact, but at the expense pissing off new clients? You are in the business of providing service to the client, not rob them.I am glad I didn’t book the venue as I’d have felt that someone’s intentionally trying to sabotage the wedding day experience. I don’t think I’ll ever be able to trust Tivoli with the kind of attitude your team brings to the table.PS – I am leaving out the name of that representative intentionally. I feel it’s a blot on the brand name and not so much on one person (also do not want to defame her in public – Yes, we’re that polite).

Tivoli Veda is & will be definitely on top of my list for any kind of big celebration. Recently we booked this place for my Sister’s wedding & without any doubt it was the best decision. The staff is super kind & very welcoming. The decor was very well done & venue looked super dreamy. Not only the ambience & decor is what I admire this place for, the quality of food is another factor to love this place.Definitely a worth it place to book for Weddings or Engagement functions.

My sister got married here on 15/03. The place is awesome when it comes to amenities and space but it is definitely pathetic when below are considered. I would strongly discourage you all to consider this place if you have standards l, does not want to get looted and importantly does not want to get embarassed in front of your guests.Friends, we were late at arriving the venue - reached at 13:15 instead of planned 11:15 and wrapped up everything within 3.5 hours still they could not give satisfactory service - forget about exceeding expectations.1. Hospitality: I should be giving them negative score as the incharge Anjali just does not know how to speak to guests, she screamed & yelled in providing simple coffee to my guests when the feras were being done during early evening - the bride groom & his relatives.2. Service: Trust me guys, they will get minus 5 here. We paid hefty 8 lakh rupees for under 200 guests turn up but they could not attend all guests even I had to remind atleast 2 to 3 times to get simple mojito for my guests.Guess what even the bridegrooms father was dis satisfied with the service they got.Interestingly, when I reached the venue on 20/03 due to locating some missing items - there was the bridegroom and his family abusing Anjali & team for pathetic service to them - even he was complaining that the waiters were drunk and seeking money from him i.e. bridegroom.3. NON ETHICAL - GOON modus operandi: Beware about falling into plate system trap - even upon our insistence on head count system Anjali forced us with plate system. We found it suspicious and my elderly family member was giving duty at the plate counter & guess what! During the plates being kept, the waiters bloody kept 22 plates while saying those were 30 - this is 25% less plates. We caught him doing this wrong practice.4. NON COMPLIANCE with SECURITY: My wifes jewellery got stolen at the venue which is now recovered by the Mahipalpur Police efficient working but when I went to the venue with the Police Investigating Officer to check the CCTV coverage - guys first there were only 3 cameras installed in the main lawn1 and the entire space was not covered due to the trees and canopy.Infact, 1 camera was not recording for more than 3 weeks, an offline warning was also given by the police to the security incharge there.

That wedding spark was missing, would rate average.

Big area, have both indoor and outdoor seatings, food and service was good, plenty parking available. Location wise not great as its little outside of Delhi and gurgaon.

I will rate this place beyond the stars, this is one of the best properties of Tivoli I have seen. Well groomed staff, spacious garden with luxurious buffet setup this is waaaaooo actually. Never seen this type of brand before and definitely I will do my future function here and recommend with blind trust to everyone must visit. This property Vedas is owned by noted Tivoli Group, I attended a wedding function this month (4th Dec 2019) and it was bully good rated experience here. This venue approach is good & they have massive parking & lawns. All arrangements, decor, valet parking were enormously executed. Massive Food variety were available with jolted taste. I believe it’s among 5 star properties destinations in Delhi 👍

Been to Tivoli Veda to attend quite a few weddings & allied functions. The one thing which always impressed me thoroughly was the absolute harmony between the various departments which invariably made these occasions a pleasure for the host as well as tge guests. This just showed one thing- complete professionalism and coordination between the staff at Tivoli Veda.. Would definitely recommend the place to all my friends & family. This venue is just wow. The entire team is highly courteous and very professional. The decor provided by the team for my cousins wedding was by far superlative. I have seen decor such as this in quite a while. The tables chairs and cutlery work together with the ambience and setup to give something spectacular.The food was just wow. Best butter chicken and dal makhni Ive had at any wedding.Ample parking space as well. There were multiple weddings that night and yet there was no issue with regards to traffic.

A brilliant location to host any kind of big family affair. Super spacious complimented with great food and service.Kudos team Tivoli!

The view is good.Lightning was not that much enough.Food taste was not that good.For a food lover you will find the taste to be average.

Our wedding, and all other related, incidental functions were organized at Tivoli Veda(Bijwasan), Tivoli Royal court(Okhla).The venues are simply excellent.Conveniently located and easily accessible. Both are in South and South West Delhi.The decoration was beyond our expectations. It was simply surreal.The staff is extremely hospitable and coueteous. They go out of their way to make you feel comfortable.The infrastructure is unparalleled, specially Tivoli Veda farms. The concept is very fresh and highly evolved.The wide and never ending range of the food buffet is second only to the exquisite taste and superb presentation.The pricing, commercials were tailored to our requirements and needs.To top it all off, the crown jewels of The Tivoli Group, are the personal touch, concern and the communication, extended and received by the Ishaan Gupta and his family. They are extremely co-operative and understanding.They know a persons taste, style and requirements. Thank you for making it great.We all had a blast!More events to come !!!

I have attended 7 weddings at TIVOLI Veda this year. It seems like the go to destination for weddings. And why wouldn’t it be!? It’s gorgeous! The space and decor have been created by people who’ve spent their entire lives in this industry so they know exactly what to give the customer. I now look forward to weddings hoping they’ll take me to TIVOLI Veda so I can feast my eyes on this marvellous creation.
