Surprised to find Tata name associated with this kind of service. The bill sent by one Company with one toll free number on the Envelope(Tata Indicom). The Bill inside mentions another company with a different toll free number.(Tata Tele Services Limited). The service is provided by a third company ..Tata Doco Mo. As a customer I am confused whom to contact. The Call Centre is badly managed by and takes a very long time to get through. The customer is expected to remember account number or Tata Phone Number which is very difficult. They force you every month with an offer for their landmine. There are no warnings before data expiry. Last month their server was down on three occasions and there are no warnings or updates provided. Its awfully painful.
