I have and I had visited almost all the Pind Balluchi outlets and Ive always liked their Food. This one was New for me and Again like I said Food was Food. Theres nothing to brag anything for it over here, however theres one thing I personally felt was missing and that is that The Decor. I felt a bit underwhelm. You just dont feel like its Family Restaurant, it makes you feel like Offhand. The parking was also adequate.

I was roaming around CR park with my family and discover Indias one of the best brand Pindballuchi ne is enough , its on main road side , metro station of Greater Kailash is only 200m away , gate no.3 is near to this outlet , and its on outer ring road so no need to worry about location , now come on food and service , me and my family visited here and we had lunch here , Chicken tandoori , Dhaniya Murgh curry , Paneer hara pyaz , Garlic naan , laccha paratha , Kheer . The food quality was awesome , Really it was best experience we got here , service was superb , nice ambience , staff was friendly and they were caring ,One of the best thing of Pindballuchi is taste and service , you will get one of the best food quality and best service here . Well managed team and best service , apart from this they have banquet hall in this outlet so that u can arrange ur party here also . Well I have been a big fan of Pind Balluchi chain , dhai ke kabab are their usp, however, sadly I am giving 1 star to this place and will suggest not to go to this place because they dont the bandwidth to cater to the crowd even when the headcount is less , I had forced my parents to go there firstly the food was extremely late but the worst part was the dishes were served however had to wait for 25-30mins just for the breads , how can a person eat a dish without roti ???? On the top of that the food was insipid , ac was not working well , this place is a disaster.I would request all the readers to only visit this place if you are willing to test your patienceAlso this place is not cheap in terms of prices, so keeping that in mind the service is patheticSad to put this review but this franchise is totally waste of money (1050 for 2 people with an avg appetite) and precious time

This place is not at all worth to visit and waste your money. They are demolishing the name and fame of actual pind balluchi. First I thought its ok with the ambiance but then restro staff is not well groomed and they are not maintaining basic hospitality even. I ordered dahi ke kabab and it was bread rolled out of curd. I dont know who did this. It was my worst experience with pind balluchi.

The food quality was okay as dishes like shahi panner and kadai panner needed improvement, the service was good , the restaurant was clean and sleek. Entertainment system need to be improved and the bill was a lot lesser than expected. In total it was a good experience and could be recommended for family dinner

Been couple of times this place. This is one of my favourite restaurant in CR Park. Food was excellent and good hospitality..

I ordered Dum aloo with naan and lassi and a paneer starter. The starter was great, no doubt, however Dum aloo was too sweet for my taste and lassi was downright horrible! You could get a much much better lassi with less than half the amount they charge there.

I went here on a weekend for lunch. The place was empty with not even a single customer. The ambiance was good, but the AC was not cooling properly and the place was pretty hot. (I was sweating while eating)The service was ok, but they was no care for hygiene. The plates and glasses were dirty. Had to get 3 plates and 2 glasses changed.Mango Lassi was very bad and not recommended.Starters was good, especially the paneer tikka. Main course was okish in taste, although the serving was small.The pricing is on the higher side with cost for two being around Rs.1200. All in all, its bit costly with no care for hygiene. The food is good in taste but the serving size is very small.

I organized for a family get together for the 9th July for a pre-decided set menu with the Manager - Mr. Guddu Negi.We are extremely disappointed with the Poor Service and the Quality of the food at the restaurant. The staffs had to be continuously reminded on our order and there was always a delay.Dhaba meat and Bhuna Murg were the worst items we have had ordered. It was sweet for some odd reason, seemed like they added sugar syrup.We saw other clients at the restaurants also complaining about the service.Will never recommend this restaurant and will never go back AND never order the set menu.
