I visit Kangana grand banquet because of my sister friend marriage. This place is really awesome inside. The services was really good and also the interior was also good. Food service is really good. From front is looks small but inside it its really bigger.

I had my two functions scheduled here, and they changed the whole payment plan without informing me just prior to the start of the first function and I also had 5 rooms booked for 4 days, well the experience was like hell, no a/c, unclean rooms, and flushes not working, missing keys of the rooms, etc. Etc.And upon complaining the Owner of the place, what rude guy I would say, who doesnt even know how to talk to his customers. Said u can check out of the rooms if u want to,And bare the cancellation charges for the same ,As u r cancellation the stay.Well from my opinion they should have a tagline-Want Hell like experience, visit us.🤣😂OrBook us for a function full of harassment.

Banquet is okay but washroom stink like hell, staff only want money, my relative get married after covid when Delhi government set limit to 50 again, they paid for 250 plates total relatives come around 60, but they denied to serve food to their 3 relatives by saying that now final groom and bride table has been served and now they will not serve more food to anyone and at that time the bride and groom both are on dining table having their food. My friend paid for 170 extra plates where they denied to serve food to 2 relatives, their are mosquito inside the banquet. But their DJ was good. Overall experience staff, management, service, washroom, are pathetic but DJ was good.

Its quite spacious from inside, from outside it doesnot look big but its very big in this uttam nagar area. One issue is there is no official parking area, you have to park your vehicle on main road. Food is okay okay, Dj was good, stage was good, looks wise its nice.

Good space for engagement, birthday party and a gathering for 200 to 300 peoples.

Ill not going to recommend this banquet hall to anyone, washrooms and rooms where bride and groom rest for few minutes there were continuously stinking, service is also not good. management continuously announcing for wearing a mask till 12 am, after that nobody cares. If theres a half star option, Ill definitely give this banquet a half star. Before entering to the hall there is mud on the road and after 12 am, ballet parking is not available, your car is on your risk.

Poor service and staff is rude with guests also they dont know how to prepare food table for bride and grooms family. They took 1 hour to prepare table after multiple follow up

We had organised my sister’s wedding party at Kangana grand and were very impressed with entire experience .The food was delicious & seeing all our guests making repeated visits to refill was extremely heartwarming. The chef has to be complimented for such awesome food. The service was also extremely good & the waiters were very friendly & courteous. Our guests left with a satisfied feeling & all in all the entire experience was very good.All credit for the party should go to Mr Mohit the F&B Manager for recommending the menu & supervising the arrangements. Mohit was really helpful and professional with his work he did a great job on that day .We are so glad that we chose this venue for our celebrations and I would recommend Kangana grand to everyone who are looking for a banquet and planning for wedding and other functions😊

Truly Unprofessional management. Worst service. Dont believe them, they never kept the promises they make at the time of booking. Toilets were stinking and not clean. There was no water after 4 am. Bride rooms laundry was not clean and stinking as well.Dont waste your money and time here, there are many other good banquets availabe in Uttam nagar and Janakpuri.

Great Venue for wedding and functions. Ample space, great service, awesome food and superb interior. Booked this place for my sisters wedding for 29 feb. Everything was next to perfect. Every item in the menu was cooked to perfection. Great support provided by Manager ( Mohit) he was always a call away, he sorted many of our concerns calmly and with ease. Surely Kangana Grand stands out from all the venues available in Uttam Nagar. Highly recommended venue, best of luck to Kangna Grand, keep this up.

I have booked this banquet for my wedding day, it outlook and aura is fantastic and the owner MR Saurabh is super generous and kind, but something he assured me and didn’t deliver was the spare room which included in the package, anyways all was good except this. You can go for this banquet, but remember there is a mortuary house behind it because there are few people who mind this unfavourable.Must visit once before this for the better understanding.

DONT MAKE YOUR BOOKING HERE.I booked this hall for a wedding in feb2020. At the time of booking the Manager behaved in extremely friendly way and promised to provide everything the way we wanted. Though it didnt happen that way. Moreover he behaved badly once the payment in done.Any why to go for booking here at first place. It highly overpriced and is not at all value for money. They use artificial decoration and the finishing is not upto the mark. Book KD grand, dwarka mor instead. Bad experience.

The banquet is very easily reachable and located at a premier site. There was no issue to find a parking space and wallet service was very handy. If you talk about ambience it is quite impresive compared to others in that area .. it has a big hall .. wide enterance.. pillarless hall .. on top of ambience the food is great and the variety and presentation will gain 100 marks of 100. This place in short if near to your place is the best place to celebrate any occasion.

The event went great. The staff was on time and friendly. They set everything up perfectly and the catered to everyone’s needs. Everyone commented on the job they did and how friendly and attentive they were. The appetizers were good and fresh. We never ran out of anything and all the guests enjoyed them. The comments I got on the snacks were positive. The staff cleaned everything up and left the kitchen and house exactly as when they arrived. Overall, everyone had a good time, there was plenty of food and the staff was great specially Mohit (Manager) helped a lot. I would definitely recommend again when required. Beyond words... It was awesome experience with Mohit and Kangna grand other staff as well. We have celebrated our new born babys naming ceremony and our anniversary with around 200 guests. Hi, we recently had a wedding event at Kangna Grand. It is such a breathtaking venue with amazed ceiling height of approx 30feet which gives grand appearance to the venue. In terms of service and food quality I would like to appreciate the kitchen team for fingerlicking dishes. Manager Mohit was very supportive throughout the event.
