I truly loved the venue. The staffs were so good, they were best at hospitality and services. The venue was very beautiful, the decor was superbly done. Food quality and taste couldnt have been better. Everybody who attended the function praised a lot and complimented for nice and well managed function. The owners of the banquet was very cooperative and arranged to get modifications done as per our requirement. Wherever we pointed out any deficiency was rectified immediately. In all praises for them. If I have to do any more function in future, I will go for same venue. Great experience.

Have a Grand Entry Gate Decorated well.Its Just Inside The Radisson Blu Paschim Vihar. Have had 2 Halls for Parties/Function to Cater to Client Needs.Also have A Grand Jaimala Concept made to please everyone heart.Overall a Gud Experience in Terms of Organising,But Food Needs to be Taken Care off & The Glasses they were serving Liquor arent Clean properly.Else Function was Gud,Staff was cooperative.

Nice ambience and stuff services in banquet is also quite good but the banquet situated location is a real down as some construction is going on around the outside banquet space.

The banquet is amazing. After entering you get to see a dreamy staircase and to the opposite are the escalators and different halls with different names . The decor, the interior is very modern. The starters were the worst and the food was the best . I loved every bit of food and snacks . But the starters were not prepared well and were not good in taste .

Ample space for about 250 ppl, maybe more of they start fitting in. Good ambience and cleanliness. Great food and snacks. Probably they are upholding the image of being under Raddison blu 😂.

Judge) I came to Mapple Gold it was my cousin sister 50th birthday I was enjoying alot the service was good and food is excellent but 1 thing I want to mention that a guy who was serving me last night he was totally drunk and asking for tips again n again I gave him Rs 500 but he was asking more really it is not acceptable Seriously guys u people r running 5 star property but this kind of staff make u down if I gave the resemblance of that boy he is fair n Lil fatty pls look after this .Regards

The staff was irrelevant and has no manner .There was no bridal room provided although we have everything in written.There no service provided and the food was worst. The hawan kund was delayed by 2 hours .The mattresses were were also provided very late.

Fake commitment they did at the time of booking they agreed everything but later on in real situation they denied every thing.FOOD POISONING.If possible, I will give the restaurant worst RATING.Almost all the guests were ill due to food poisoning and diarrhea after attending function here.The venue was supposed to be handover by 10:30 am but the blush hall was STINKING with smell and the garbage. The host had to get it cleaned by themselves. The floor manager arrived late around 10:45 am.THE WASHROOM STINKS HERE. The host actually had to get it cleaned in front of themselves and even after that it was SMELLING BADLY.They have POOR SERVICE. We had to ask floor manager to serve food and drinks otherwise they were not serving themselves.They didn;t keep half of the drinks on the bar until asked multiple times.They even served dessert in BROKEN CROCKERYThey have only one trolley to transfer stuff to the hall. Because of this there was a lot delay.Such a bad experience by hosting my function here. I would request everyone to NOT BOOK this BANQUET at all for your functions.PS: The manager here told my family that they will return some money because of the mishap but after a day they simply changed their words.These banquet hall team CANT BE TRUSTED AT ALL. They change their words within a blink of eye.WORST BANQUET HALL EVER.. they are fraud.
