Great place to stay near New Friends Colony.Dont be surprised by the limited choice of food in the menu. They believe in quality rather than quantity. Really great food. Do check out the roof top restaurant.Floor in the room could get a little wet when you turn the air conditioner to around 24-25°. Thats something the management should look into.Over all great staff and hospitality.

I stayed there many times. Nice and big rooms. Big swimming pool. Polite staff. Nice Club. Good restaurants. Near Lótus temple. And the New Friends Colony just beside has good restaurants, coffee shop, bakery, all you need.

Beautiful and one of the oldest luxury hotel properties in the heart of Delhi. They have 2 restaurants and a bakery inside with private dining available to host a family dinner for 10 people. Quite nice!

IT is a beautiful option to vacation in a five star hotel when you are around New Delhi. The location is quite favourable to plan out outings or stay indoors as well. The staff is cordial and cooperative. But their service goes slower at late night. Buffet is good but less spicy. Rooms are nice and spacious. Washrooms do not have bath tubs.

The staff was really helpful, I had to stay there for a day and was really tired. So, I didnt use much of the facilities. But the deluxe rooms were spacious enough for two people. The Ambience and decor was beautiful. From the entrance to the exit it was lovely.

Royal old styled property. Classic look. Plenty of non-chargeable car parking area. Large reception area. Airindia styled staff. Food quality is good. Multiple confrence room facilities. Generally a good place for corporate meetings and stay.While the location is well known and prominent, traffic conditions around the area are of concern during the peak business hours.

Good hospitality. Congested room. Bathroom is too small. Its a 5 star property but room is not up to mark. Also u may not find much options in buffet breakfast. Max 3,4 star hotels have good room options in comparison to Surya. They have in-house club BW which one needs to visit once.

Had a great dinner buffet. Nice ambience, lot of variety. Appetizers and Snacks menu was not elaborate. Sweets counter had lot of options.

An old property still standing and delivering in a part of town which doesn’t have many good quality hotels to boast of. It pains one to see the lack of upgrade and maintenance of the property (check out the exit gate). Ssence, the restaurant on the ground floor is good for Indian cuisine. They have some outstanding staff such as Ms Prashansa, Mr Ashish, Mr Gaurav and Mr Prakash to name some. These folks make the experience of dining here, memorable. On the other hand, the roof top restaurant- Sampan - claims to be pan Asian and Japanese but actually serves Indian Chinese and has Elaichi Gulabjamun in its desserts menu!!

Nice property in South Delhi ... for stay and enjoying meal at restaurants with family and friends. Ambiance is soothing and nice. Property has pool as and blue water gives cool look.

I have given 1star less than 5 for the colour themes inside the rooms.. i found it a little towards the dull side.. thats probably because it was built in 1982...and last renovated in 2004.. Apart from that Suryaa is amazing, call it food, services, 24x7 front desk available.. will visit again ❤️

Staff was very much unprofessional except reception desk. Room was not clean. After several reminders, staff came after 2 hrs and changed bed sheets and other things ( After complaint to Manger on duty). I was staying in Room No 703. Carpet was dirty and smelling very bad. I requested for room freshener, they provide it after 1 hour. My stay was for 2 days. Next day they didnt clean my room, although I have reminded room service staff. When I came back in the evening at 8 PM, room was not clean and was in same position as I left in the morning at 10:30AM. I complained again to Manager on duty, then staff move for cleaning. At the time of check out, Nobody was available to pickup my suitcases upto front gate. My car was in the parking. My wife & I picked up our luggage to porch gate. Gate staff was busy in mobile. After requesting so many times, they called one person who bring my car from parking area. Very bad experience from Suryaa International Delhi. ( Now a days, local without star hotels provide better services). It was my first bad experience to this type 5 star hotel.

Good place to stay in Delhi at reasonable rates. Room clean and spacious. Restaurant overpriced. Cup of tea for Rs 350 and plain coffee for Rs 400 is exorbitant.

Stay was good and clean , staff is very cooperative but food preparations I dont like much, that too it came with a very delay and that too I have order a hot coffee and have got the cold one after waiting for n hour

This is the type of hotel I ever wanted. Every moment is being enjoyed by me here. Very affectionate and mannered staff and quick response to any need are the specialities due to which I will like to come here to stay again and again. Cushion is fantastic, chefs are ready to prepare any dish you like/order. A neat, clean, peaceful, comfortable and beautiful lounge, lifts, galleries with attractive paintings, passages with comfortable carpet and beautifully decorated room to live. These all invite me to stay here again.

I stayed here for a business meeting for 5 days. The hotel is located at an easy to reach location. Rooms were neat and clean having enough space for two people. Bathroom was a bit congested. The food quality was really good and restaurant serves variety of cuisines. However the most noticeable point was the quality of service. People were really good - friendly and courteous.

Just check in and got to know that pool is not opernational wasted

Great place to have any type of function

Hotel even not deserve a single star. I am writing this review at present sitting in hotel. Attending a wedding function. Snacks was cold served. Pasta was like road side. Basic things like drinking water is not easily available, we have to ask for water . They have locked water in Cupboards or keeping under counter. I see in hotels,water is placed somewhere easily approachable but not in Surya. Will never recommend anyone.

I went there for a meeting. The only flaw I noticed is that in one of their toilets they didnt have water sprinkler as we are used to off. They only had paper to finish your business in toilet. Otherwise the Hotel is very elegant from inside. But i didnt have the time to roam the whole place.

It’s a pickup point.If you are a normal couple, it will be embarrassing for you to get down from the car and the booking is non refundable so you have no option left.

The Hotel is designed very beautifully. The Staff is Very cooperative and polite. Service of the hotel is quick & good. Thats the only thing you need in hotels.

This is a good hotel. Rooms are spacious and clean. Staff is courteous and hospitable. My stay here was more than comfortable.

Most of the things in the room needed to be repaired and it wasted half of my day. I also had to change my room 3 times. It is not expected in a 5 star hotel and I dont think this hotel should be included in 5 star hotels coz they dont provide proper services.
