Farm Is best in class but location is very bad overall Okay no problem all facilities available lots of space

Attractive, Well maintained, co-operative staff and owner, decorates well and can be get in your budgeted price.

It is situated in inside of vikas nagar, utaam nagar. It is nearby from Uttam Nagar Metro station Its almost like 4-5km far from metro station.When you came to this place, you can see there is a big parking area on starting of this Lawn. Then above/next to the entry gate, there is a big lightning water Fountain. And It has very huge open sky garden space for sitting & dining area.It has so big space for more than 1000 peoples.The decoration & interior design was so amazing of this Lawn. In the last of this Lawn there is a bathroom & one small room for rest area or some private space.

The place itself was quite nice with green grounds, spacious parking and okiish washrooms but the area where its located and the streets nearby were too small, congested and hard to find. It would have been a lot better if this place was near the main road.

This is a normal farm house situated near by pradhan chowk in Vikas Nagar, Uttam Nagar east. A little low budget kind of farm and not maintained well. But as per near by residents this is quite good.
