Nice ambience and good food.Only drawback washrooms r not upto the mark.

It was a decent banquet, my cousin had a ring ceremony Durning this covid time. As we all know in this time hygiene is our first priority. But I noticed personally there were many staff members/waiters who were not following proper precautions like ( proper wear mask / gloves / hygiene etc ) even i complaint their TL OR Manager 1 or 2 times.On the other hand, Food was good and even tasty.If you ignore this covid-19 situation, then this will be a average banquet with pocket budget.

Management is great and humble. My only complaint is with taste of food. Maharaja(neighbouring banquet) serves tastier food than them. Please increase food taste, except that all things are good including the price.

Apsara banquet one of the best one, food was awesome very-well maintained really nice DJ, lift available for 1st floor for elder people. Enjoyed friend reception party.

Service is good. Though they are lacking in cleanliness and presentation of food. They also need to improve the taste of food.

Nothing is good about this banquet. I attended a roka ceremony here Yesterday. They promised to give us the banquet ready at 5.00pm. When we reached there,there was another party was finishing and the cleaning was in process. Our guest had to wait outside untill the cleaning process completed. I never seen such irresposiblity ever by any banquet.The AC was not enough to cool the hall. Requested many time with the management team but nothing worked.Snacks were soggy and were not even hot.Soft drinks were pre-filled in the glass due to which the there was no fizz.Service staff was not attentive, no service of snacks by waiter.Main course was too ordinary. Better to make food at home rather than having food here.The guests were in the banquet near to the finishing time and the banquet removed the water from the beverage station. They switched off the AC and most of the lights.Waiter started filling up their polybags with the snacks available in the trolly.Management team was right there and noticing everything.If anyone planning to book this banquet, please be ready to face all such things.

I am giving this banquet a 5 star rating because of the below reasons. This was basis my experience of hosting a few parties in the month of March 2020.1. Best food in Delhi - I highly recommend the paneer tikka, chaap dishes and the biryani. Mind blowing and tastiest I have had.2. Very Clean - The place is very well maintained - spick and span.3. Friendly management and courteous staff - this was the best part. The managers were easy to work with, and gave us a great deal and a complete value for money experience. Staff was very disciplined and friendly. They ensured all our guests were constantly well fed and their glasses are always full. Would like to call out bearer Jagbir who went out of his way to make sure my guests were having a great time.4. These people are thief really playing with our hard money. Owner of the Banquets doesnt know how his manager dealing with people. Dont know how to talk with customers even threaten them for not to call. Please dont deal with this bad peoples.

They have no value of their words or even receipts. I booked them for some other rates and when the function came near even after submitting advance they changed their per plate rates.They are cheaters on other level.Worst experience of life. Not professional at all.Dont make blunder by booking them. Ruined my function

So my recent experience of Apsara Grand can be called nightmare at best.To support this I have picked some moments from the anniversary party of my parents1. Name plate was displayed at a place which was not visible easily.2. No arrangements for couple dance were made even after requesting.3. DJ was turned off early than the stipulated time.4. Full menu that was decided upon was not served.And one star to respect age of the manager only.

I didnt liked this place at all. First thing first, no parking arrangements. The place is really compact. They dont even have a separate decent room for the bride. Food was okay but could have been better.This place is only good for small gathering. Not in a recommended place though.

Everything is good at Apsara Grand Banquets like food, service, staff everything. It is good for small or medium gathering function but its not good to have a function here with huge and big gathering. Also the parking is the issue here if you are going with your vehicles then you have to face issue during the parking. But if you are going by Metro then Paschim Vihar west metro is the nearest one.

One of our close relatives had organised a function here with close to 250-300 guests.Food was tasty and adequate. Management was also good. Ambience was also above average but could be improved upon.Will recommend to give it a try and also inquire about parking service.

This is one of the best Banquet halls that I have experienced in all of Delhi. Great appetizers and excellent main course. Very courteous staff and Top management was very Professional and easy to transact with. Highly recommend this place. Great value for money, and your guests will have a great time for sure!

Its a very good banquet hall to celebrate your happiness and auspicious occasions. The staff is very supportive and talks to you in a veey polite manner. They also comes with a reasonable pricing. They have 3 halls one above another with capacity of nearby 150 person per hall. You have a metro station very near to this banquet hall.

Nice place ......we have visited for a birthday celebration at basement section....good place for celebrate little functions for nearby 100 gathering if more than 150 gathering this is congested and you can try for ground floor or first floor. Food taste is good and services are also good. For budgeted place this is good option...........

Ample space for a gathering of 50 people at Ground floor. Dont know about others floors. Washroom facility is very poor.
