I didnt even have to visit the shop. Though other dealers started offering lower prices later, I decided otherwise. It was a great experience shopping with SSS Mart, Malviya Nagar. Definitely recommended.

The worst place to buy any electronics. I dealt with Alok Khandelwal and ordered a Bosch dishwasher in Nov 2020. We made the complete payment on 11th Nov 2020 and after more than 2 months ( 13th Jan 2021), when I asked repeatedly to deliver the dishwasher, Alok messaged and said dishwasher received from Bosch is found damaged in handling so we are returning to Bosch and will try to deliver in 3 days time as we get the replacements.They make fools out of you here. Shop at your own risk. This place has no customer service and you cant trust them with anything.

Placed an order on 7th August 2015. Got order confirmation for a Sony bravia LED TV, till date these fraudsters have not delivered it, no tracking details sent, stolen my 21000 money. I paid by credit card. They are not responding to calls. A guy called Harsh, I suppose that is also a bogus name, picks the calls and as soon as he get to know it is me will disconnect the call. He usually says it the stuck with the courier GATI KWE, but would not provide the tracking details. They will also not cancel the order as well. Multiple e-mails, no response. NEVER ORDER ANYTHING HERE. I am filing an FIR on this company.
