Worst ever shopping experience. Bought boat airdopes 443 .. from day 1 the right ear bud was not working properly nor does it get properly charged and gets discharged quickly even after fully charging it.

The staff asked us to pay advance for a laptop that was not there in the store and they told us that they will get it by tommorow. We said well come back tommorow and pay for the laptop when it is available in the store. They said that we can not bring that laptop to the store until you pay for it. This policy is not good.

I am one of the customer of Croma. I bought the croma refrigerator one year back.Im very dissapointed with the service.I had some issue of compressor making noise. So I talked with Croma support. I kept on explaining them the problem and they were just passing the calls to other person saying Im not technical so I cannot tell much. We are passing your issue to technical person. So the other person called and he also said that Im not technical. Im raising your complaint and the visit charge would be Rs 500. I again said to them that try to understand the problem and if solution can be provided on phone that would be great. But he said that Im not technical so I cannot tell much. So I said that connect me with the technical person. He said technical person will visit you in 24 hours.And then technical person came, and saw the refrigerator and just said keep refrigerator off for some time and noise will not come. Same thing could have been said over the phone. He charged me Rs 500 just for telling me to keep the refrigerator off for some time.Not happy with the service received. You charged me for nothing.

Croma Vasant kunj- worst experience ever. They let me paid entire amount (AC) & told me they willd deliver my product next day wherein i did not get my product. I call them up many times to check the status for my delivery & they told me its on the way. However even after 3 hours i did not get my product. I called them up but they are not responding very well. Finally after calling them up for. more than 5 times they responded They dont value their customers after they received payment.
