He didnt try to inform me even after taking my no. Rest of the staff dont address you if you are handled by someone else. Store manager is also full of irresponsibility. Dont recommend this store at all. Go at your own risk.

Best place to buy Electronic Product in East Delhi

So i went there to buy a laptop. The staff was good until i chose and bought the laptop. After the billing the laptop was checked and it was defective. It took more than 1.5 hrs for them to bring the new laptop and exchange it. In the meanwhile, they didnt even bother to ask for water or even to sit. I was standing for more than 1.5 hrs there. I would say it was my first and worst experience there.

My experience was not pleasant personally as I want to bought something during Covid situation with a risk and wanted something urgently but the prices shown online and the store price was very different. After talking to staff they also have not give any specific reason. They were unaware of the fact and the manager was also helpless. Luckily I got that stuff near my house with relatively cheaper cost. Another reason, I dont like this visit is the traffic.. it is one pathetic and you dont like to visit here. 2 star because it is only mall in East Delhi

I wish there could be a ‘zero star’ option so, I would have given to this store.I purchased an ASUS laptop from this store on 9th of July, 2020 under the appreciation tag given by the seller man but just after 4 days it’s speakers got defected and the voice started cracking, it’s screen started dropping, the mouse pad stopped working.And when I got back to this store they directly denied to get it checked in one go.And now they are not even providing me with a replacement despite of the fact that it is an hardware issue as they have sold a defected product to me.Just make sure you think twice before buying from here.

Its a nice big store!This one is in v3s mall (East Delhi).Reliance digital are the hub of electronic products, so is this! They have refrigerators, mixers, food processors, washing machines, microwaves, home theatres, headphones and what else!Also they got a corner for Reliance Jio (obliviously, its Reliance), staff seems quite, and cooperative, good communicative.I like their services!

Worst experience from my side Zero 0 star if there are option. I called on Reliance Digital at V3S Mall, I have asked about a realme phone than the executive said that i am calling the concern person and put on aside phone receiver I was waiting for 10-15 minutes. but there are no response even i can heard all the conversation in outlet.
