The brand is so popular but to give a discount is what one looks up to ...but sad that neither any discount nor any addon product is given at the bose flagship store where as the Croma and others are ready to give a flat cash discount of more than 1000 rs

The best place to explore the headphones. The range starts from 10k and unlimited ends. I like experience of the headsets and earphones . If possible visit and experience the music through the Bose. Excellent staff and good help from them. Try IPod with Bose headset it is just awesome!

I visited Bose and Sony for new headphones and the clash was between the best headphones they had to offer. I chose Bose. I was delighted to be there. They make sure distance is mantained between every customer due to the Covid-19 situation. Good customer service as they deal with one customer at a time making sure they get ample time with their questions getting answered. I purchased Bose NC700 Bluetooth Noise Cancellation Headphone. Im giving it 5 star because I felt my presence was worthwhile.

The service centres are shut. My charging case for Bose Soundsport is dysfunctional but Service CENTRES ARE SHUT FOR 2 WEEKS

The product prices are almost same everywhere so its better to purchase it from the store as they let you try their products. I purchased earpods from the store and i loved the purchasing experience and product quality.

I had purchased a 2.1 unit from this store 10 years ago, and at that time, this store had the full array of Bose products on display, ready for a full demo. Not anymore. It now wears the look of a store that is going out of business. It is barren with just a few portable items like headphones, earphones, and bedside speakers staged for display. Maybe Bose isnt selling in India as well as it had wanted. Who knows! But if you are interested in seeing Bose products, this Bose store wont help you at all. Ironical.

Bad build quality of products. Didnt provide me Larzge size eartips for demo piece. Sound of products is very ordinary. Better go for sony products. Sales person left us and went upstairs. He didnt pay attention to us.

Staff is polite, has some idea of their products but has no technical knowledge ( what is impedance, planer magnetic headphones or what kind of magnets are used, size of the drivers, etc)Would prove useful to you if you have complete knowledge of what you need, what you want to buy and just need to pickup those headphones.They dont have most of their products (only their popular ones) on demo.

Increased my rating of Croma by one star since I was really happy with the competitive prices at the store this time.Also found the sales staff was much more professional and knowledgeable this time.This particular place is a bit unorganized in terms of spatial arrangement of merchandise.Also I felt the variety was not that great. Or it is also possible that online platforms have made us too much options at one place that we expect the same from a physical store, which definitely cant be done.Overall I love Croma for their latest products, customer service and the fact you could actually try your gadgets before you buy them.

Visited this store 4th time since i moved to Delhi. I went there to try the Bose Soundlink mini II but unfortunately the same wasnt available for demo. I did tried Bose QC 35ii wireless Headphones and few other bluetooth speakers. I wish i could try out the product i went there looking for.As usual staff was nice and attended the customers pretty well.

Best Bose Showroom in New Delhi and probably India. You can sample all the home theatre options and the Bluetooth speakers and headphones. Almost all products on display. Mr Dushyant was a delight and got me the stock of a product in one day when it wasnt even available in-stores or online.
