Yesterday my brother went there with my mother to the emrgency but emergency looked like a turtle race because being a single patient in the emergency still she recieved treatment after two hours becaue of lack of communication between doctor and nurses over there. My experience with Shanti Mukand hospital was good . I was admitted in this hospital for 15 days . And the doctor who actually gave me a new life Dr Fateh Singh who actually motivated me at that time that yes you will recover soon . We have to fight from this and get back to home . Icu team is great but no care in ward. Mother is in single room still no care no proper routine of giving medicine. On top of it construction work is going on and entire day drill work was happening and management is not ready to listen us. Very shameful. Answer we are getting is we can’t stop work. Patients are not getting sleep just because of this.

Very bad experience, My father was admitted on 18th Aug 2021 in Shanti Mukund Hospital in Karkarduma Delhi for Gangrene disease under Plastic Surgeon as my father got refered from ESIC Model Hospital Noida and ESIC mentioned in his P1 form this surgery need to be done asap as his infection is increasing day by day otherwise his right hand will be removed but SMH did the admition unter CTVS doctor Mr Sudhir Kumar Shahi and he admitted my father in CCU for 3 days and Mr Shahi was planning for Veno surgery which was already done by the Dharamshilas doctor Mr Sajal Gupta last week and I have already submitted all the relevent reports to the SMH nurse in CCU department. 3rd day I met with the nurse as my father was in pain and Dr Shahi never meet me past 3 days, then I asked the nurse I want meet with the Dr Shahi but she said he is in the OT as he never met me in before. I went to the repection to make complaint as nurse told me 3rd day they dont have the plastic surgeon in his hospital and they have admitted the patient to unblock his vein which was already done before, SMH did not checked the patient history carefully and did some test accordingly. In the reception SMH staff told me the same thing they dont have the Plastic Surgeon here then I asked so why yout hospital admitted my paitent here as ESIC specially mentioned in there refered letter this paitent need to admit for Plastic/Vasvular surgery asap but SMH doctors admitted in CTVS only which was totally wrong and they have done the incorrect treatment. After complaining SMH staff did not done anything only they have shifted my paitent in the cancer ward which is totally unfair as my father is Kidney patient also he is suffering from the big infection(gangrene) and finally they have discharged my patient forcefully and refered back to ESIC back on the late evening on 21st Aug 2021 and mentioned in his discharged summery as now patient is now out of pain but my father infection increased in past 3 days. I would suggest the people kindly take care of his patients before entering in SMH twice. I will escalate this metter to the higher as well once my patient will get recovered soon.

I came in first time in shanti mukand siriously all doctors & nursing staff are very good.

They provide good treatment, doctor & nurses are very good but because of two reasons, overall experience turned into a nightmare.Firstly, their billing department is a mess, specially if its a TPA case. Despite doctor discharged my wife at 11:30 AM, they send file for TPA approval after 3:30 PM, not sure what the hell they were doing for 4 hours. Since TPA also has 4-5 hours of TAT, eventually I was made to deposit full amount and left hospital around 7:30 PM. Later I got to know that TPA had already approved the cashless but now they are neither confirming anything about refund nor answering to me properly. On top of it when Im calling & visiting them they are providing misleading information to me. Infact billing staff is talking very rudely, telling me that there are many other files with them and they dont have time. I have already paid full amount, not sure why they are making me suffer this much.Secondly, cafe outside is pathetic. Thats the only place from where attendant/visitor can order food/tea etc. They just wont deliver for 1-2 hours and many times order wont arrive at all. Its a real shambles specially if you have any visitors. Gives a very bad impression.I would strongly suggest you to avoid this hospital, they do provide good treatment but overall experience is nothing less than a trauma & embarassment.
