I visited Dr Kirans Clinic on account of uneven skin tone, acne and pigmentation, and was advised to get the renew laser along with some products to use for the same. From the very first session I saw drastic improvement in my skin tone and texture. Acne is no longer an issue now. My experience has been a very positive one.

I got fillers done here and they have completely changed me of how I felt about my face. Overall theres a big difference from earlier to now.Dr. Kiran was so helpful and supportive throughout the treatment.The experience was amazing and I would recommend others too if they want to get fillers done, then they should get it done by her.

I got the facial optimization done from Dr. Kiran on 16th March. She is super friendly and explained the whole procedure before hand. She did the filler and thread treatment for my jawline sagging and filler for nose uplift. Things went so smooth, I didnt feel any pain during the whole procedure. She did use the right amount so that my face doesnt look overdone and it looks perfectly natural which I aimed for. Her team (Dr garima) explained the post care dos and dont very well.I am very much satisfied with the treatment and services. Looking forward to take more services in future. Totally recommend it.

The worst dermatologist ever! I saw her rating on google and it was 4 and consulted her! She prescribed me PCOS medicines without getting me tested for it! She said she wants to test my hormones without getting my hormone blood test done! As couple of comments here written by people that most of the review is done by her own staff.. dont get fooled by this.. she’s very unprofessional and I really doubt her degree! Ideally I should be suing her for prescribing me wrong medicines!

I love the whole experience. Dr Kiran is a wholesome well exposed doctor who looks after your skin in a holistic way. The worst dermatologist i have ever met in my life. Wastage of time and money.

I had been suffering from itching on both legs since past 3 years which had caused scars and nodules all over the legs. Had visited more than 10 dermatologists all over Delhi for the same, to no avail. The condition just kept getting worse.Less than two weeks into topical and oral medication prescribed by Dr. Kaur, and I have 95% relief in the itching. The stress reduction is an added bonus.I’m a new patient, not affiliated with the clinic in any other way.The waiting was long but the case is same when you go to any popular doctor in Delhi.I was not forced to buy any products prescribed. Out of those as well, most I bought from my local chemist.This is a genuine review from someone who has found relief after 3 years of suffering.Thank you Dr. Kaur.

Majority of the positive reviews posted here are from Dr. Kiran’s Isya staff, friends, or business associates. I know this for a fact since, like many others, I’ve also been a patient of Dr. Kiran for many years wherein I was falsely promised to be given an absolute solution to my problems, and inturn duped with a huge sum of money. During my clinic visits, I have personally interacted with a lot of these ‘positive reviewers’ who are basically her office admin staff, so-called junior doctors who can barely converse properly with patients, and technicians. A lot of the others are one way or another closely linked with the business practices of this clinic. Please do not go by the positive reviews here, since unfortunately I am also one of those who fell prey to the positive reviews, believing them to be authentic and disregarded the negative ones, and lost a fortune for nothing in return. As someone rightly mentioned in one of the real reviews, the doctor has a habit of disregarding most real negative reviewers stating “we don’t have your data on our records”, or “we have no information of you ever having visited the clinic”, thereby portraying the real reviewers in the wrong light. I should have known better than to have actually believed this.

Isya derm is a very clean hygienic clinic. Armed With latest technology, machines and procedures .The consultations are very thorough. The treatment and care is based on individual needs and circumstances.The technical staff is very professional and friendly.Dr Kiran listened to all my concerns very patiently and provided me with a diagnosis and treatment at my comfort level.The follow up of the treatment was very prompt and efficient.

Dr.kiran lohia needs to work on these two points if she wants to be in the game, many of mine friends and family stopped going to her because of this, she needs to remember there are replacements available in the market.1. TIming - She needs to honour the patient time, with her whether you take the first appointment of the day or the last appointment you will have to wait for 1 hour to meet her. The receptionist at her front office is master in giving lame excuses, i know every employee has to save her/ his boss but she is exception. I know my many friends who has stopped visiting this place coz everyone times is precious and Dr. kiran is shameless in this matter.2. Product- Dr.kiran will only prescribe those products which is available at her clinic and they dont give a single penny discount on these fancy priced products. My family has pharmaceutical business and i know they give upto 50% discount to the doctors and other benefits but her clinic doesnt pass a penny of benefit to its customer.

I consulted with Dr. Kiran last year and underwent PRP treatment from her clinic. I am delighted with the outcome of this treatment and her professional conduct.

So unprofessional dr kiran is... she was suppose to giv me video consultation for which she has made me deposit her fees a day before the of consultation.. but that was ok.. but when she kept me waiting for an hour for her consultation on video that was smthing which was wrong.. our time was 3.45 pm and she came At 5 pm .I know she must be a busy doctor but she should respect the time of her patients too...Now secondly the prescription she send was smthing which only she can understand.... terrible handwriting with so much cutting and corrections... her staff also denied to understand that...Thirdly the medicines.. they emphasize on couriering it to me . But why.. during this covid19 situation when we are consulting her on video ..we need medicines which are easily available on our pharmacy.. God know when we will receive the courier stuff and they want to.earn money for that medicines too..Pathetic..So unprofessional..so inhuman ..I must say..

Very happy with the results on Hair Fall treatment. The staff is very cooperative, well behaved & well mannered. The infrastructure is marvelous. The material used in the centre is of superior quality. The charges for services are also very reasonable. One must definately visit Lumiere Dermatology for their exceptional services.

They deploy the lowest level of ethics to their work code. The consultation fees charged by the clinic is super high as they charge an exorbitant Rs. 2500 for a single session with the dermatologist. Furthermore, the junior doctors arent qualified dermats. They are quacks, dentists/homeopathic graduates turned cosmetologists and a session with these substandard, under qualified doctors cost Rs. 500. So my recommendation to fellow patients here is to look out for a place that provides a minimum standard of medical competence. Also, I never made a visit to the clinic. I was just smart enough to do a research and interrogate their customer care executives over a phone call where they tried to dupe me into believing that they provide the best facilities in XDelhi-NCR.

Got the acne scar treatment done by Dr. Kiran. This was the best decision taken by me for my acne and scar problem since a long time. A big thumbs up for Dr. Kiran and team of Isya aesthetics.

Just trying to make money. They absolutely ruined my face and scammed so much money. They just make false promises on the first day you meet them and treat you well but later when you start telling them that the treatment isnt working for you then they start misbehaving with you.They have just made the place look fancy and tell you all the treatments they are doing are US based and charge you an insane amount of money for nothing.I didnt feel even 1% difference on my skin and they kept telling me to wait for the results but nothing never really happened.Will never go there again and suggest everyone to do the same. Do not waste your time & resources at this clinic. 3 laser sessions, months of antibiotics, oral and application medication later - my acne has gotten worse. In fact, I now have pimples in places I never had acne before! And when asked why, they blame it on hormonal changes and very conveniently say thats something no one can control!! Then why am I visiting a doctor in the first place? The doctors who ultimately end up performing the laser procedure (not the marketed celeb doctor) have no answers whatsoever to any questions. Youll be prescribed a ton of ointments/meds only available at the clinic to rack up bills. Extremely disappointing!

Absolute rip off. Totally agree with the negative ratings. Just a fancy money making racket. For everything they recommend lasers, regardless of the type, depth, degree etc of scarring. Months of treatments and medicines and lasers (individual and combinations) later, my scars are still intact and I’m down a bill of more than ₹5lac. Notice that they take full payment before laser/face treatment, as if one was running away with the money. Only shows how greedy the doc and her staff are. Also, the doctor doesn’t perform any treatments herself claiming ‘She is very busy’. Has left things like lasers in the hands of amateur girls (without even a license to practice or an aesthetician degree) who barely have any knowledge about them and only go by a standardised protocol, and the doc all along claiming that they know everything. Well then, I should be paying amateur therapist rates you pay at parlours and not what professional cosmetic doctors charge world over, right? Anyway, after no long term results, I’ve decided never to go back and will not recommend to anyone looking for long term solutions atleast for acne scars. Better, more ‘real’ dermatologists out there.

Over-priced and the Elixir treatment made no difference to my skin. My blackheads were still intact and I spent my entire treatment being pitched to get laser treatment done for my facial hair. I would never recommend it. Youre better off going to a parlour if you want to hear this stuff! Its unfortunate as I had high expectations and even went basis a recommendation. They didnt even put eye goggles on me while doing the treatment. Truly unfortunate. INR 9000 down the drain if you ask me.

I had terrible dark circles.I would remain in bed with cucumber slices on my eyes, i would rub aloe Vera gel around my eyes, but nothing really worked. After that, I consulted Dr. Lohia. I started getting fabulous results after 1 treatment. The dark circles under my eyes have almost cleared up. Totally Satisfied!!

I got stretch marks as a teen on my arms. i was always embarrassed to wear anything even remotely revealing in the summer because of them. this was until i found out the secret treatment at kiran skin clinic in Hyderabad. i am really happy with the treatment.

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Lohia. She is very attentive and precise in her treatment, an awesome dermatologist. Also, excellent atmosphere with a truly American standard of dermatological care. I noticed an improvement even after one session with the doctor.

I went to this doctor based on various reviews and the fact that magazines like prevention etc quote her. My first visit was good where I was suggested certain products to be used for my problem and a couple of treatments which I refused then. I particularly asked her about the laser treatment she suggested as to who would carry it out she herself or her staff/ technicians. She assured me that she would herself. I saw some improvement but then it wore off when I stopped using them (after 3 months). I was told that the effect would remain. I once again went to her and this time I was convinced by her to get this laser treatment done for which I made the payment assuming that the doctor herself will carry out the procedure. To my disappointment the day of the procedure the doctor came and explained the settings to her staff/ technician and did not check herself. On further treatment days, each time there was a new face in the form of a new technician/ new trainee/ new doctor. In fact when I questioned one of them regarding there knowledge and degree she fumbled very badly clearly exposing her fake stay. Add to this the fact that each time there were delays as the staff was not aware of what had been done previously, and the new doctor had to be updated there and then. I had a very bad experience. I wasted my money. The staff was not trained at all and had no clue how to even answer questions. When I did air these issues with the doctor herself she got irritated and called me a difficult patient. When you are charging such exorbitant amount of fee the least you can do is provide authentic treatment. Pathetic experience.

My experience here has been very poor. I was initially visiting the doctor at Lumiere about a year and a half ago, which wasn’t this bad, but ever since she shifted here, everything went amiss. Firstly, this new place called Isya is extremely commercial. No more personalisation is left, no old warm staff. The guy at the counter is very stuck up, and all he cares about is the payment upfront before even beginning the treatment. No body offered me any tea/coffee/water when I waited for over 40 mins. All I was told when I entered and gave my name was ‘Please wait in the waiting room’. At the time of booking, I requested my previous therapist for treatment and was told she’ll be there, but on the very day I was told she had been assigned to somebody else and so i’ll have to make do with someone else, who very honestly was an absolute disaster. I had a facial done for almost 9K, and after treatment all the blackheads were intact and my face looked more oily and dirty than before. Another amateur assistant doctor came, looked at my face, and just left. No greetings or acknowledgement whatsoever. When I complained about this and requested to talk to dr kiran, I was told she is very busy with appointments after coming back from holidays and cannot come to the basement where the facial was taking place. I don’t think I’ve ever been more disappointed at a doctor’s place than I was here. This place has seriously gone down the drain. It’s like everyone here works on commission, cause they are only out to upsell everything (including products) and make money without providing at par services. I am not going back there again, and nor will I recommend this place to anyone for any treatments. They charge ridiculous prices for poor services with no results and take full payment before, so even if you’re dissatisfied in the end you have no option cause you already paid. Sorry dr Kiran, you might make your big bucks from elsewhere, but you lost a very loyal customer and her friends and family this time.

Too expensive with negligible results. Definitely not for the masses. Stocking & recommending imported products, but they really didn’t help me. Exfoliac global is terrible that made me breakout and so oily.And other people are right, too many lasers are not good and are unhealthy in long run. Don’t take those expensive packages they might do u more harm than good.

On two separate visits two doctors told me two different things. First one said that a certain condition was a medical concern and the second said it was not, implying that the treatment I had pursued for a month was unnecessary. Furthermore, medication they prescription was not easily available and receptionist made extremely little effort in helping to find the medication.Update: I used other medication aside from the one they gave me that was readily available at the drug store and my skin problem was cured while theirs had failed! The medicine I used also cost a small fraction of the price of the one I bought from them, not to mention the completely unnecessary moisturiser they also prescribed.Verdict: maybe they are good for beauty treatments. I don’t know.But for a genuine skin problem STAY AWAY!

This clinic is not for poor or middle class person. I asked in the reception about doctor fees I got the answer consultancy fee is Rs. 500 and treatment fee is Rs. 300. Too costly for services offered. Many sessions needed (atleast 8-10) to see even a tiny bit of result which ends up being very expensive since each laser sitting costs approx 20k plus. My bhabhi was misled to believe that a few sessions would erase all her pimple marks and give her clear skin in no time. No result seen after multiple sittings and too much money wasted in products too. Getting so many lasers done is not even good or safe, no matter what the docs say. And no long term solution. Not worth it in my opinion.

Most dermatologists in India have become extremely commercial, and this place is a perfect example of this. They charge exorbitant prices for treatments which yield negligible results, even in the long run. All the doctors are extremely smooth talkers who lure you into buying packages in lakhs which will ultimately give you no results cause the problem will come back eventually. I am extremely disappointed in this place and doctor Kiran who smooth talked us into going in for these expensive laser treatments which didn’t give any long term results for my daughter. Their elixir,clear lift,pico,erasex lasers are all rubbish cause they don’t give you results even after many sittings, and put you at least 25k-40k down per sitting.We were very disappointed and my daughter was hurt cause after taking so many meds and lasers there was no result and those med combos made her so weak and unwell over time. I will only tell the doctors here— Have some ethics and emotions for people who come to you with hopes, and don’t be so greedy and fake!! You will definitely repent it one day and suffer.And to the customers going here— open your eyes! Don’t let them fool you with those expensive treatments and products. They won’t help in the long run and only make u more sick.you think using medicines in thousands, lasers in lakhs, and going vegan and dairy free is the only way you can look good and your skin will heal, you are highly mistaken and falling for their plan. This is only a recommendation from a mother who has seen her daughter suffer in pain with hopes and aspirations, only to be disappointed massively by this doctor who is only concerned with making heaps of money on a daily basis by cheating people. Money making racket. Everyone at this clinic excels in the art of ‘sugar coated talks’ and making exorbitant sums of money for treatments available at MUCH reasonable prices elsewhere. The doctor never does any of the treatments herself (is not even available most of the times) and it is all left to the clinic girls to be done, who claim that they are ‘highly skilled’.Got my MIL a package of treatments from here for her 50th bday. She was attended by girls who were constantly confused as to what to do, the waiting times for the treatments were obnoxious, and not once did the doctor come and see her during the procedures. When asked twice why the doc couldn’t come, she was told by some girl at reception the doc was extremely busy and had to leave early. MIL only met the doc once before treatment and found her a bit pretentious. When you pay that much money, you expect personal and professional service and someone who is focused on the job at hand. My MIL was very disappointed with the results also. I took a friend’s suggestion and sent her to this place, but now I feel bad about it. Plz don’t waste your money here. There are better and more real doctors in the city who are more focused on their field of work and giving patients solutions rather than always focusing on being pretentious socialites And don’t don’t fall for their sweet talks!!! It’s all a gimmick.

Unhappy with treatment. Bought package for acne treatment and scars. 10 sittings down,scars still intact and all acne back. Can’t live on medicines and lasers forever. No long term results, not going back. Wasted enough money and time on false promises.

My sister had severe acne problem, we visited lots of dermatologist but no help. Then one of my friend suggested for Dr Lohia and believe me I have seen wonderful results.Best place to treat your skin problems!

Dr.kiran is the best !!!!!! She cured my acne in less than six months. She said it will get worse before it gets better and as a matter of fact it did get worse at first but I was regular with my meds and follow ups so eventually it all cleared up, PS I was struggling with acne for almost 10 years. Repent wasting so much money here. Longing for results but have not seen any, despite the fancy claims. For the prices they charge, they need to step up their game or reduce their prices drastically. Definitely not worth it.

Deeply disappointed with this place. More so with the ethics than the services. Completely agree with the reviews stating the pretentious environment and huge sums of money with negligible results. My sister went to this place for very long, and they kept putting her up for lasers and expensive medicines one after the other without any results. They’ll charge you the payment before the actual treatment on the day, so there is no turning back. They’ll throw these huge amounts at you in the name of treatments like ₹25k per sitting and if you fall short of ₹ 1000-₹ 2000 promising to get it delivered the next morning, they’ll refuse treatment without complete payment. They are too money minded and trust me when I say, these lasers will do you more harm than good.. infact they won’t give results and the doc won’t even give part guarantee. Don’t be duped into thinking they have SO much knowledge about products and stuff and it’s so westernised. Most of the expensive products sold by this doctor are imports if you notice, and if you check the ingredient list carefully you’ll see that the ingredients aren’t even that useful. Always check the first 3-4 ingredients on the list—that’s what makes a major chunk of your product. The rest are just add ons. So if you see a particular ingredient mentioned by the doctor to be good for your skin at the very bottom/somewhere in between that huge list of ingredients, you’re being duped into buying that product and it won’t do you much good. We have spent so much money and hopes here with no results. My sister’s skin concern was all back, so she quit dr kiran here and now she has been seeing another dermatologist for about 3 months and is much happier. This is just a personal experience, and our word of advice would be not to waste your time, money, and expectations here.

Not good AT ALL. The doctor recommended I get a laser for my facial scars and the receptionist booked me on a package of 6 sittings for over ₹1lac. I have already completed my 6 sittings + bought an additional 2 sittings, along with that bought all the expensive medication apparently imported from America and found nowhere else apart from this clinic. It has been a little over a year. NO IMPROVEMENT at all!! I don’t even know why I trusted this place with all those hopes and all that money. I am down more than ₹2 lacs with no improvement and no idea what to do next. I totally believe those people who say it’s just money making for these guys. Isya (previously lumiere) and the Dr., pls don’t make claims and promises if you can’t live up to them. Deeply disgusted. Never visiting again.

Isya is not good company they are using modern techniques that can harm skin in long term like lazer treatment etc so be aware i will not recommend kiran lohia to use such modern methords that spoils health of normal instead go to natural ayuvedic or revejunation techniques like meditation use of natural flowers extract or mix and match of fruits etc i mean natural this is my personal view using european techniques make girls guys look liks dolls or little white shady man.

Bad experience with facial treatment. Went to this clinic on a newspaper article: huge mistake. Charged 9000 rupees for a pathetic facial called elixir which made me look like someone had rubbed a bottle of oil on my face. Nothing ‘elixir’ about it, and certainly NOTHING worth 9000— no tan gone, blackheads still there, and all that about vit infusion felt and looks hogwash(very sure that people vouching for this facial are either paid writeups or have miracle skin which doesn’t react to anything and looks glorious forever).The girl doing my facial kept on upselling their lasers and overpriced products to me for no particular reason. Told me I would need lasers worth 25000 rupees per sitting and around 8/10 sittings for faded acne marks. Yes I can afford that money, but that doesn’t mean I spend it on a doctor or clinic duping patients with their sweet talks and giving no guarantee. The atmosphere felt fake (doctor seemed to know the problem & solution provided I was ready to splurge on her clinic with no guarantee in return, assistants were blank, receptionists focused on upselling etc)and the reception didn’t once mention the cost of the facial before it was actually done and there was no turning back. No long term results. Overall just felt like a place where you would bump into wanna-be socialitewomen having no sense of where & what to spend their truckloads of money on (plenty of them in delhi!!)— a fact that clinics like these use to their advantage. In short, avoid if you don’t want to hugely disappoint urself.

Had a very thorough initial assessment. Dr. Lohia was very focused on addressing my concerns and not just about making the recommendations. Staff is of great caliber and thats a very good thing.

Dr Lohia is the best doctor i have met. I have hyperpigmentation and visited so many renowned doctors but in vain. Finally I met Dr Lohia and I have started getting results. She is an angel in my life.The atmosphere is great and the staff is extremely cooperative.I am very happy with my experience.

If I had my way, I wouldn’t even give one star to this clinic and doctor. I had heard about this doctor, so I decided to give her a try for my painful eczema. I got an appointment with her and quite frankly, found her very money minded in the first visit. She recommended medicines worth more than 15000 rupees and skin treatment packages worth more than Rs 2lac along with those sugar coated talks and over acting that other reviewers have mentioned here. When I asked the clinic girl for a guarantee, she said they couldn’t give any in written. I went ahead and purchased all meds from her clinic. Wasn’t even given a receipt saying ‘printer out of service’. Imagine. A month later, tried making a follow up appointment and found out suddenly the doc had vanished. My appts were repeatedly cancelled and rescheduled by her clinic citing ‘the doctor is having personal issues’ when I really needed to see her or atleast talk to her over the phone, but was not helped at all. They had no clue when the doc would return. I was amidst my treatment and she left me midway with no explaination. What type of a ‘good’ doctor let’s her personal life affect the life of her patients like this?? This is ridiculous. I have seen no results from the meds and treatments thus far, and I’m left stranded wondering where to go next with my issue. Also, what about all the money she took from me and probably spent on a lavish lifestyle without giving me any results. She has time for everyday parties and social events of Delhi as seen in newspapers and social media, but not for her patients and profession. There is no professionalism with her whatsoever, and only a money making business where patients are merely atm machines.I’m sure they are duping people now under this new clinic name too. Never going to her again and recommend everyone not to go too.

Deeply disappointed. All this clinic aims is to make profitable business, regardless of the welfare of patients who spend lacs and lacs here. I was a patient here when it was known as Lumiere headed by dr lohia (Now called isya) Like many previous reviewers, I was also fooled into purchasing very pricey packagefor my acne,dull skin, and dark spots. All waste. Spent thousands and thousands on medicines from ‘American brands’, but it vain. No improvement. Got lasers such as Neo, pixel etc but no results. Initially thought it’s a slow process but haven’t seen results at all. So much trust in the doctor and clinic down the drain:-( :-( :-( Notice that every laser sitting or treatment costs like 20-25k+ with no instant or even post-24hrs result..and skin clean ups/facials with no masks or anything cost like 10k+ and my skin looked exactly the way it did before, not to forget the extra oilyness due to some rubbish sunscreen gel the girl put on my face..is it a joke??? These are not long term or forever result leading treatments so not worth the investment. Your ‘American lasers, American brands, American doctor’ claims won’t work unless you actually show results and stop treating it like a lucrative client-fooling business.

I went to this clinic, Dr. Shilpi gave me a list of medicine and advised me to follow the complete regime instructions. The total medicine cost me ₹8000. But not even a slight improvement even after one month. Then I went to pharmacy and got myself benzoic acid for ₹98 rupees within 2weeks my pimples are gone completely.

Loved my good genes treatment. My skin never looked better 🙏
