Pathetic experience. We were forced by parking attendant to park vehicle where you want but not in hospital premises. This is what they call Valet Parking. He said there is no parking for you.Secondly we came for package inquiry but we were not attended properly and we had not been given any information.Seeing their callous attitude we changed our hospital preference.

M myself a Gynecologist and my son was attended only by a resident in department of paediatrics and consultant never came to OT and resident too was contradicting her statements. How can I leave my son to a resident. Dr Avdesh came very late when we were outrageous .M shocked how could they take us so casually . We changed the consultant paediatrician and hope it goes better.

I got my Laproscopic Hysterectomy surgery done from Fortis Le Femme G.K.2 on 7 Aug 2021 under Dr.Kocchar and Dr.Shakuntala Shukla.Post surgery I realized that the surgery was well done and both these doctors are expert in their field.The anesthesiologist Dr.came personally to explain the procedure and cleared all my doubts patiently.Here the main two nurses who took care of me were very compassionate. The attendant in OT a NE girl was very caring and made me feel at ease.I am full of gratitude to each one of them and all the three doctors.

I delivered at Fortis La Femme on 14April 2021.My entire experience was seamless. The nurses are true angles.Dr Madhu Goel is fantastic , she handled the complications very well & made me feel comfortable.I always had fear of recovery post c sec , but Dr Madhu Goel always supported me & was there to help.

WE HAD A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE FOR MY DAUGHTER IN LAWS DELIVERY.SHE CHECKED OUT YESTERDAY I.e. 14th July after her C Sec delivery on 12th July.WE HAD BOOKED and MADE TO PREPAY The Most expensive SUITE ..ROOM260...AlasThe Room had constant Drilling renovation noise virtually all day!!On complaining were told it wud not be stopped.The Doctor finally asked us to check out a Day Earlier to ensure the Mother and Child..was not having to suffer this Noise...and to our Horror ..Despite A confirmation from the Reception Head ..Mr Pankaj that our Early check out and release of Room a full day early wud be refunded..It was conveniently told to us that They WUD NOT REFUND THE 40000 rs due to us...Shame..and wud strongly Recommend Mothers to be and their Familys consider what they may similarly confront AS I UNDERSTAND NOISY CONSTRUCION IS GOING TO CONTINUE FOR MONTHS SAHEAD

Overpriced and poorly managed hospital. Mayne its the Fortis connection, but this hospital needs to be investigated for malpractices, both medical, as well as financial.

Excellent Nursing staff and Baby care , also great Doctors , but untrained and hassled Front Office staff needs to be more polite and stop behaving like a Robot , show some empathy . Same goes for security they are pretty impoliteSpecial mention for impoliteness goes to the Balloon man , dont patronise such a person and keep your baby safe.

My wife delivered our daughter at La Femme, GK 2 recently. The experience in the hoapital till the delivery happened was great but when my wife was shifted to her room later, we started facing issues:1) My wife fell down while going to the washroom as the nurse was not able to hold her. The nurse should have called one more nurse to give her support but she didnt ( Nurse herself was so lean she could not manage my wife who is just 55kg but due to injections she was facing issues in walking)2) I got some test done from La Femme at their lab, to my surpise for one same test, 2 reference range was mentioned in the report and since one of the reference range was wrong, it should wrong result.I complaint about the first issue but the solution provided was a cover up . The injury which my wife had is impacting her now. That time she was given painkiller injections which halted her pain and hospital said all is wellPeople pay such hefty amount to your hospital as they expect that these type of issues wont come up here but in our case we still faced all such issues which even most of maternity clinics wont even do

My first visit, and probably my last too. Terrible waiting time. The appointment was at 12:30pm and the USG was done at around 1:30pm. And then, again around 45mins to collect the report. Inmean, whats the whole point of limiting ones exposure during this pandemic if the whole process takes 2-3 hours. Pregnant women already have low immunity and then you make them wait for so long. I have been visiting other stand alone radiology centres before the second wave and they are far better than this so called luxury maternity homes. My only reason to visit this luxury hospital was that this is a non vovid hospital. Apart from this,I dont see a single reason to go back.

No matter how good the doctors are, the hospital is inhuman in all regards. They charge exorbitantly for the attendants food and dont even allow outside food to the cafeteria. What a CHINDI way to make money. Shame on you.

Worst experience that a person can have in an medical emergency during night.Doctors are in a hurry even during no visible patients. The doctor didnt bother to explain the complications, medicines prescribed, answer patient questions etc.

I had an amazing and pleasant experience at this hospital . Especially ,would like to mention that Dr Juhi who delivered my baby boy is the best Dr .She took care as if I am her own daughter . Under her guidance and supervision the process went smoothly and I recovered .The staff ,nurses ,pediatrician ,dietitian were so good and helpful that I did not have any issues. Moreover , my baby was born in locked down ...they made me feel like home when only 1 attendant was allowed .My Husband was able to manage everything with their help . Although, its slightly costly compared to other hospitals but its worth . They should consider some discount who cannot afford .Otherwise this is the best Hospital in south delhi .

The very first time I got Dr Madhu Goels contact details from google when I was searching for the gynaecologists in south delhi as I had some periods issue. After first meeting with her i got positive vibes that yes she will be able to treat me well as i had met various doctors before her but no one was able to cure my disease. I got recovered and that issue was permanently resolved. Since then i never visited any other gynae and from past 18 months i was visiting her for my pregnancy thing and finally i delivered a healthy baby a week ago.Although I had few complications and lost hope for normal delivery but to my surprise she worked so hard and finally i had a normal delivery. My family is so thankful to her and i will always recommend her to my family and friends.

Extremely disappointed with them. I stay close to this hospital so thought of booking my delivery with them. I called them and was given all details promoptly. I was rushed to come and check out rooms and make the booking at the earliest. I went there the next day but could not step in as I was wearing a filter mask. I was never told that this was a part of their donts. Any ways I called the sales rep from outside she said she will get a mask but arrived all the way down to say that we have to buy it from a shop nearby. I am a high risk case at advanced stage of pregnancy and had to wait outside a mothers care speciality hospital just to hear I cannot come in to enquire regarding delivery when I was chased to do so. I was suprised that there was not one surgical mask available inside the premise..The sales rep was not sorry she smiled and walked away inside the hospital and we were charged parking for 100 bucks for not enetring the premise.Amazing customer service. All sales and no courtsey..

The whole place is a money making racket from the moment you step in. Every corner of available space is rented out to various commercial enterprises, selling photos, clothes, ghee, whatever. Charges are pretty steep, yet they cant even provide any newspapers in the waiting area. They could put in a Nescafe coffee machine, but then who would buy their coffee for Rs 155?

Remember a name Dr. Sarita Agrrawal & her team. If you are under her supervision, you are best at every part. I feel like she has treated my wife like family member.Thank you many tons Sarita Maam.

Very nice experience.Had a onco gyane surgery of my sister last month. We were little apprehensive about choosing Fortis la femme for such a major surgery initially but went ahead after assurance from our treating doctor.Blood requirement,General physician review and other needs were taken care of very well. This hospital is very well equipped with all facilities and emergency back up plus COVID free hospital.

This women and child hospital is just not professional but a experience which will offer personalized care to the patient. The staff is very attentive to all needs and are taking best precaution in time of pandemic. My mother has recently gone through treatment out there and i would like to recommend Dr.Neena Singh Kumar as the treating doctor, Ms.Sonia Balwani who had made the entire process seamless. Front office staff, nursing staff, TPA and billing desk were all attentive to slightest of needs and requirements. Overall most soothing experience at the time when treatment is required. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

Dr. Madhu Goel is Godsent. I was a high risk pregnancy and did not in my wildest dreams imagine having a normal delivery. Its only because of her that today, I am a mother of a daughter with a normal delivery. Her calmness and patience with me made the entire course of my pregnancy a cake walk! And the best part is she is always there for you! I could always reach her with any problem or questions I had at all times.I am greatful to have had her as my doctor as she made it all so easy.

Had a horrible experience very recently in Aug 20 while the delivery of my child. One of the most unprofessionally handled administration. The sales/ customer rep representative Ms Sonia Balwani, the billing head Ayan and Ms Pallavi were thoroughly unprofessional and acting unethical. We were sold an all in package including GST and later we were told to scoff up more at the time of discharge ( higher by almost 25 percent ). When we asked them for the explanation, they randomly made up charges, and attributed it to covid and other expenses. Then later reverse engineered to map them to random equipement used during the stay. In top of that charged us for the extra half day too, while our doctor told us , you can stay till the evening without any extra charge.The icing on the cake was there Head of marketing who didnt even bother to look into the matter after we called him. ( Sonia and Pallavi refused to give us his number too , we had to dig it out ).When we asked them all in rate means no extra charges, they told us to speak to the billing team. The billing team told us to speak to the sales rep Ms Sonia, as they have no say. All this while we were running around trying to find a solution, it made SBI bank look like a cakewalk. Then later they said they are trying to get a refund but never got back after multiple follow-ups and phone calls. The saddest part in all this was, there handling of the situation.. they were after us to take a package with them and leave them hassle, but it was exactly the opposite.If they had told us that the all in rate is higher, I would have happily paid, which I told them as well. But this seemed like an excercise in cheating the customer, and they were arrogant about it.Later we came to know Sonia had sold us an All in rate, and her management didnt give an approval on it. ( Got a reply after approx 2 months). She was probably trying to make her sale, by hook or by crook. Sad and unfortunate.There have been multiple such instances which people had told us about La Femme, and we were naive enough to not believe them. Wont recommend.

Non-cooperating .. Unnecessary harassment... partial info conveyed at the time of room booking and later they excuse themselves saying its govt. law when it came to refund the cash deposit paid before admission for room booking. .. even the nursing staff on 2nd floor was non cooperating ...And , Now, after 1 week of discharge.. they are NOT EMAILING the reports of the biopsy done, saying collect hard copy. This is when MAJORITY of their doctors are giving telephonic consultations keeping in view the covid situation in mind that their lab people are excusing and saying its a confidential report & cant be emailed... May i know then why do u guys ask for email address at plenty of places while filling the forms then???if more than 1 attendant comes with a patient in OPD, u guys act as if a covid bomb will explode in ur hospital if 2 persons accompany a patient ... so now if we want our report on our email... whats the damn issue?? and when i asked the lady to give me in writing that she cant email me the report she denied that too..Jab paise lene hote hai toh sms pe sms aayege ... ur bill is ready visit billing department...and now today i called up myself to ask if the report has come or not... no intimation was sent from u guys..

Seems they have a very high target of no of diagnostics and surgeries to be done on daily basis. No trial of medications for a small issue..direct recommendation of surgical procedures. Indeed One of The Best Hospital for Delivery cases in Delhi. I had nice and great experience with this Hospital. I Avail the service 3 times and it was good. The only drawback is that this is very costly other wise this is very good in all aspects. That is the reason i am giving 4 star otherwise it deserve 5 star

This hospital is BAD .Its costly . I would say money is secondary but the diagnosis should be proper .They scheduled the surgery even though they were overbooked. There was no vacant bed to admit the patient so they used a Doctors cabin for preOT procedures and preparation .Then the surgery got further delayed and hospital staff asked us to vacate the Doctors cabin.The patient in OT dress and iv in hand had no place to go as no beds were vacant. This was frustating .Finally the surgery was conducted late that day and the Doctor did some major internal damages during surgery .The internal damages have not been fully healed till now . Its more than 1.5 years .We had a case/complication but this hospital made it worse .

I had some complications in my pregnancy due to which I was very worried. My husband took me to Fortis La Femme for my further treatment and I am very thankful that he took this step. From the very first day till the day of my delivery, the intensive care and emotional support which I got from the nurses and doctors is commendable. I felt as if I am with my friends not professionals. I gave birth to a healthy baby boy without any difficulties. I would definitely recommend it to everyone for a hassle free delivery.

Avoid this place at all cost. They book fake appointments and the doctors are a part of this. Be weary of Dr Anita Jha, we had 2 appointments which were confirmed but both times the doctor did not show up. I wonder what kind of place you nincompoops are running.AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!

It is my bad luck that I got food poisoning and that too when I was pregnant. I was consulting doctors at Fortis La Femme right from the very beginning.The treatment I received was just that was needed. Proper hygiene conditions helped in quick recovery. I am grateful to all the doctors and supportive staff for helping me and being with me throughout my pregnancy stage.

Service is very good and good doctors but you should take all charges like injections ,medicine and ultrasound on one time.

Money oriented hospital. When I first came doctor asked me to get a blood test done and charged 2000 for consultation. Next time when I came back they again charged 2000. This time also they are writing an another blood test and next time I will again have to pay 2000 for consultation. Worst experience. Will never go to any fortis branch again and will recommend you all to do the same.

Radiologist department declared in ultrasound report that baby is Normal and no abnormalitiesBut when my baby born baby doesnt has one ear n jaw bone.. Due to this baby Die in 4days..Now who is responsible for this tell me.RADIOLOGIST department should be CLOSED here...no use if they cant find out baby abnormalities... Why people come to this hospital. If they dont take any responsibility..They stay cool no effect bcz they dont care for people life even a small baby life.. They just care how to earn money.

I was very worried about the health of my newborn baby who recently got high fever. I was quite sure about receiving the best services at Fortis La Femme where my baby was born. I took my baby to the pediatrics department of the hospital. The services were as per my expectations. My baby recovered within a day and I have been in constant touch with the doctors even now.

I wish it had a option of 0 or negative remarks so money minded peoply literally try to make person short of money loot hai puri pls never ever come to this hospital they charge 48000 of one night stay in ok conditions so think what if there are emergency circumstances. Moreover if u give negative reviews they will pressurize u to change the review... disgusting people....pls dont ever go thr at any cost...

Not at all happy! Just like a govt hospital. Chaotic. You pay and you get glimpse of the dr. Doctors are so heavily booked that you just get very little time for your consultation. Have to wait for hours even if you have an appointment.

Its been a decade long association with this hospital. I have delivered both my kids in this hospital. The doctors, sisters and the administrative staff all deserve an applaud. The best doctor and experience so far is with the pediatrician Dr. Deepak Sikriwal.

MONEY ORIENTED HOSPITAL.You will be welcome with smile and Namaste till the time they have not drain your money out. As soon as you have paid their attitude will change & you will meet the most rude staff.If you generally ask the charges for any test they dont have any fixed charges. They will first ask you doctor name and accordingly they will tell you the charges.They offer discounts on admission on various occassions to boom with them but this is all marketing technique ultimately you will land up paying more than what was before discount estimated. If you question on billing details,the billing staff will not have knowledge about the details.Recommendation: Even if you spend so much you should come out with Joyfull experience.So look for some better hospital.

No courtesy of calling back or having the courtesy of helping out a father who wants a valet parking after 7 pm. It is only at the gate that person gets informed there is no valet parking and after calling at the reception, they pass the buck to the security department stating it is their matter. Atrocious

My first born was born here recently. It is safe and sound. But the staff in housekeeping, the food in room service and the overall professionalism is questionable. I paid close to 5L for 3 days so I have every right to demand the best service. The accounting department are thieves that increased our bills by 70k scrupulously. Deepak and Divya in accounting department not be trusted. Wouldnt recommend this space. We took the best services they offered but they are extremely ruthless and spineless. Will go to any extent to fleece you.

The most pathetic hospital I have ever been to. They can do anything to make you pay. Everything is available inside at almost double the price and they don’t allow you to get it from outside. The guy at the reception said only Indian Sweets are allowed and cake is not Indian. Ballons are available at whooping 1000.00 per piece. Just try and avoid it. Nearby Phoenix Hospital is having better facilities and one of the best gynaecologist in Delhi.

They can give any false information like the insurance policy sellers.Actually they dont care.It is a place where you can waste you valuable time, money and last but not the least your Life.Actually there is no negative starring mechanism, I had to give single star.Hope this review may save your life.

I had an amazing experience at Fortis La Femme, Greater Kailash. We delivered our daughter at La Femme on 11th January, 2018. We loved every bit of the service provided to us- be it our Doctor, Dr. Neena Bahl, nurses or the F&B staff. I did not feel out of home even for a second. I had issues on breast feeding my child initially and I cannot thank the Lactation consultant enough to help me pass that phase.Our room was are very nice and clean!I will totally recommend this hospital to all my friends and family if they are on their family way and confused on what to choose at their delivery home!Thank You Fortis La Femme for bringing my most lovely asset my daughter into this world at such an ease.

Fortis lafemme has a perfect IVF bloom for ivf patientns and have exiclent staff which is very helpful for old age pateints for any query .

Fish market!!!! Absolutely unaccountable and irresponsible! I went and got my tests done a month ago... I was told it will be mailed to me... despite repeated followups and chats with front office guys who sound like a bunch of unprofessional lost cases, I am still here without my reports. GUYS PLEASE!!!!!

Competent staff but nothing great considering the price tag. Its definitely the most expensive. Im sure its a money making machine but the entire machine is about getting even that last penny out of your pocket. Just checking out today and not really fully satisfied with their attutude

I had my first delivery here way back in 2008. Really good hospital, good after care and my gynecologist Dr.Meenakshi Ahuja is really good. Despite being a complicated case it was handled very nicely and the after care was good as well. No post delivery issues even after a c-section. Now I am pregnant for the second time and I have been again visiting this place and I am really satisfied :)
