MY EXPERIENCE AT VACCINATION CENTRE AT MAX SAKETPlace and getting there :The place is good. We went there for vaccination, this is the first building before Max super speciality Hospital, you enter from gate number 6, after taking turn right & from corner take left. You reach rback side of the complex on right side, which is where the vaccination takes place.Experience:Reaching within time slot, they give you token, depending on your token number your turn comes. Speed is approximately 100 tokens per hour. For us, the waiting time was approximately 3+ hours, which may vary, depends on many factors.Can improve:They need to organise some proper waiting area, if you have 100s of people waiting for vaccination. Whats the point of risking getting infected while waiting for your turn to get vaccinated. I have attached pictures for your reference.Pros:Token system, Hospital has good parking space, staff is helpful and informative.Cons:Unorganised waiting area, which is safety hazard, and Long waiting time.

Never ever visit to this hospital. Roadside clinics are better than this. Nurses steals your medicines and doctors are of no use. No proper monitoring of the patients.

Dear Management and Authorities,I, Mr Sanjay Singh would like to bring in your altruistic diligence about the episode that happened at your esteemed hospital at Saket branch (Former name Modi Hospital).The patient was my mother -Mrs Bimla Devi who is empanelled with CGHS.Her index finger had swelling and therefore we came to consult a doctor.We paid the consultation in cash (150) as per the CGHS rates and went inside the cabin to see a doctor.Right after Dr. Kamal Dureja saw the swelling, he said, its not his case and suggested to see in other speciality.We went back at the billing counter and requested for a refund as the and consultation didnt happen.The staff at the counter advised to get the bill sign by the doctor for refund.We again went back to doctor and requested him to sign the bill.His response was not only shocked but he was sounding way rude. He said he WASTED his seconds in saying to consult in other speciality and therefore he wont sign the bill for refund.Im sure your hospitals is not obliging the patients by offering treatment nor is the case that government of India isnt paying your hospital. Then why the doctors in your hospital is so ill mannered and doesnt have the courtesy to talk.That extremely ruthless doctor - Kamal Dureja is from Orthopedic speciality. This was insane and complete loot at your hospital.The doctor was only keen to make his money irrespective of the fact that the consultation never happened.Im waiting to hear your actions about this incident before it leaves the grey areas.

The hospital in general is good and the services are good, but it is flawed by high prices, especially in the analysis and radiology, but it is good that it accepts the results of the analysis and radiology from outside the hospital and I am talking about my experience with the hospital after my third visit and I see it from very good hospitals in Delhi and there may be better hospitals than them but my experience She was with them and rested with them, and I did not find anything that bothered me except the expensive services provided first and secondly, the exploitation that exists in all hospitals in Delhi for international auditors, meaning that the prices offered to the patient focus a lot on his nationality and the country to which he belongs or the country in which he lives and the other defect is the presence of translators Greedy exploit international patients who are unable to speak Hindi or English.
