Unprofessional, Unresponsive with malicious intent and no care for the investor.Lost my life savings in one of their projects called Imperia Mindspace - which is a very poorly constructed building with virtually nil occupancy.They have defaulted on each and every tennet of the Builder Buyer Agreement - which anyway is so one-sided and extremely hostile to the buyer.Hand in glove with brokerages such as Aditya Birla AMC - they have really cheated and destroyed savings of hundreds of poor families and investors.Client Relation Managers such as Mr. Vipin Gupta and Ms. Jasleen Kokkar do not take calls and lack basic decency and professionalism in interacting with clients.Imagine the level of insecurity of this organization that they have placed Bouncers at various points of the building ! The entry is at the Ground Floor - which leads to an office on the first floor and from there on after 2 rounds of further security layers and Bouncers, there is a main office at level Minus 2 ! Hidden like a labyrinth !If you are reading this review as a prospect investor - please stay away !!If you are reading this review as an investor - my sympathies and condolences to you. This lot of citizens of the country need to be brought to task as they have taken law in their hands for far too long !Shame !

I have invested in 37th Avenue in 2015 and were supposed to deliver the flat by 2018. Even now they dont have any idea of delivery and have stuck our 11 lacs without any alternative. We are in the process of filing a legal case against them. Never ever invest with Imperia

A builder who enjoyed a good reputation but unfortunately have let down his investors by delaying the projects way beyond the deadline. The rate of return to their investors is presently negative. Hope they make up for their mishandling of their projects.

Pathetic Builder.....Dont Trust this Developer......They hardly listen to the Investors. CRM team hardly picks the call to answer the investor query. They never revert to the email sent........None of the director intervene to resolve customer problem......Never Recommend to anyone to invest in any project of this builder.

Booked a shop in Imperia Bandhan through RAMP Infratech. Return cheque is bounced now. Kamlendra is not picking the calls as usual. B. Ramneek is talking rudely. Who is answerable? No Idea. At the time of booking they speak very softly and now speaking rudely. If the same way they talk while booking then no customer will do any booking. Dont invest in any of their project.

Imperia structures has the best infrastructure you can work on. As a sales intern, I got to learn more than a normal employee. I had a short stint here but I got to learn a lot. The company has an awesome assembly of professionals who ace their respective fields. Moreover, they are always happy to help.

I am a private investor and I invested in 3 projects by Imperia Structures. Without a doubt, my profits from these projects have been the best and biggest. Imperia is a big name and this is not without a reason. The company is actually very good and is delivering the best of projects. Invest in Imperia and you will never regret it.

Imperia group is not a good group. I have booked a shop in its Elvadore project, guraon in Oct. 2012. Payment paid 35% . Work has not started as yet . No body is responding from Imperia while Trying through Telephone and even they dont reply of mails. I am afraid that It may be another JP or Amarpali grroup. Beware new booking seekers.

Imperia had launched Esfera in 2011 and still the possession is pending. Project is managed in very unprofessional manner. Bad builder, pathetic experience.

I have booked a flat in Mirage homes in Imperia structures ..they have quoted one price and after the initial demand letter the price is hiked by 400rs per sqftliterraly they cheated company..they generalt deal with mediator agencies like investors guru..now i cancelled the flat and no guarantee of the interest earned on the 10% of the booking amountI suggest not to go for this imperia structures. Imperia boast themselves as 25years old established blah blah ..seriously they are not trustworthy ..looks they make money from the dedcuted amount from the cancellations and the interest earned on the money ..I STRONGLY DONT RECOMMEND THEM
