Worst service during these warm days when Delhi is burning like fire, You people have issues in providing proper supply of water. This is the second time, very low pressure in water supply, kindly resolve the issue asap.

Worst service by DJB. They never supply water up to 3 or 4 days after every single supply in Rattan Bagh, Veena Enclave, Nangloi area. Its horrible, feeling like Thar desert.

Customer Grievance redressal time is between 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Although, neighborhood sanitation is poor and requires improvement.

A typical government water serviceNormally they give proper supply from last few yearsNormally timings are from evening 7pm to morning 4 am approx sp areaQuality of water is normally good and water TDS ranges between 200-300So no need for RO/PurifierBut checking water before storing one must check its clean and smell as sometimes due to fault in line water can be foul.. and smelly
