Soft talking people. Rts service provided in front of gates right side. Other services of attestation inside the building. Stayed at this Guest House for the 3 days. The service from this guest house is good. They charged me the reasonable amount for the service. Overall, service from this guest house is good and I am satisfied with the service.

Its a good move by the Bihar state govt. to provide citizen services in Delhi through Bihar Bhawan but the staff posted here is not supportive and they dont follow the time table. they all come late.otherwise its just OK.

A very nice place to visit and for stay purpose .It server 24×7 .Dining and furnishing all features were well decorated.Any person who serves as a bihari police services and other as well as chief officers and ministers can stay here and can enjoy a satisfactory night and day

Bihar Bhawan is the residential complex for the stay of the govt officials of Bihar state. The complex is old and has got basic rooms. It has got a very simple cafeteria that serves meals.A new complex has come up in Chanakyapuri which caters for the same need- Bihar Niwas.The older complex is still the favourite with the old timers as its location is better.

Went to taste food at the canteen of Bihar Bhavan. They had not much of a menu. They served thalis only but what they served was absolutely delicious homely food.

Like any place run by self-serving good-for-nothing bureaucrats.Had gone there to get my birth certificate authenticated. The babus there dont know about computerised birth certificates. They also dont know that panchayat secretaries can sign birth certificates.Both the law and the technology is anathema to them. And these morons rule us.

Is a nice place where ambience is very good . There is lot of greenery around and the staff is also very courteous. The corridor neat and clean and well maintained. The walls are decorated with hangings for hanging showing bihar art and craft. It was a pleasure to see madhubani paintings I am very fond of Madhubani paintings sometimes tried at the basic level. The restaurant in Bihar Bhawan is also very good. I enjoyed the food specially. It also has nice ambience. One can sit inside as well as there are outside seating arrangement. One can choose from specialities from bihari cuisine. Very nice to see chokha Bati dal bati menu. I tried thali and it was good.

Excellent services, humble & cooperative staffs. Amidst being thousand miles away from Bihar, It still feels like being in Bihar.

Nearest Metro would be Lok Kalyan Marg and you may easily get auto from there.

Rush free place in the center of New Delhi near Ashoka hotel.There is a Gali along side building where u can find daily use items and also some local food shops having cheap and nice.

This is the Liaison centre and guest house of Bihar state in Delhi. This building is very close to Old Tamil Nadu House & Karnataka Bhawan.

Great place for government officials to stay .well maintained and great service.

The restaurant is very nice and has a good ice cream aswell.

Apart from Pot Belly restaurant serving bihari cuisine there is nothing else worth visiting.. Unless you are a state guest in Delhi.. The food is tasty but very heavy & oily.. But once in a while indulgence is good especially of the bihari food, never had before.. Do t forget to try the Sattu drink, a staple cooling drink of Bihar.

Bihar Bhawan in Chanakyapuri is no more having the canteen facility for guests since it is now available in Bihar Niwas near Yashwant Place.But there is a minimal mess facility with chaval, dhal etc if you have any need for such ad-hoc meals. But the staff themselves guide you to Bihar Niwas.

You can taste the Bihari Cuisine especially Fish, vegetables, Papad, Litti Chokha.

My experience was quite good to take cast certificate form here. But I faced difficulty during searching Bihar bhawan due to wrong location mention on google map.Its real location is near Ashoka hotel or Hotel Ashoka. You can ask anyone (Bihar Bhawan kahan hai) .
