Hi,I went for a honeymoon trip at Shimla for 3N 4 D. Arrangement was awesome in regards of the Hotel, room was cleaned with a perfect view and food was awesome and as per the taste.I was provided with a cab for 3 days and the driver was polite and treated us as a family.He made us visited different places and I agree that I was late at many places but never seen that aggression on drivers face.Awesome service given by the tourist company.Ruby Bhatia is the representative of the company who made all the arrangements and was in touch till the end of the trip.All the best Ruby and attain thy heights in your life.Thanks once again for the trip.

Tour was Poorly managed. Trust me, I have faced so many issues on my trip. They need to learn how to make packages and not just profit. They will start calling you in the middle when you are reaching, that pay rest of the money. Driver is rude, doesn’t take you everywhere. Hotels are messy with very bad food. Never book. Based on the horrifying trip booked through Bharat booking to Manali last week I would not recommend this travel agency to my friends or my foes.Poor Communication between driver and travel agency , dirty and unhygienic hotel rooms, unprofessional and unethical staff (Mr Sunny, Mr Sameer, Mr Rajesh and Ms Anjali) and highly negligent travel agentThey are just running a shop where they ruin your holiday plan by calling day n night asking for payment and bothering you with numerous calls at odd hours. They offended my friend who was a co-traveler by asking her to pay up the money as this was a situation just like in a college where you have to pay semester fees in order to sit in the exams.I would suggest the staff n the company to focus on enhancing customer service and better coordination between teams(travel and hotel )

This was the first time I took holiday package for Manali, from BBH. I was little bit worried about the travel agency, bcz I found too much bad reviews. My opinion changed for BBH team, the proper co-ordination, regular follow-up. Thumbs up BBH team, keep serving like this only. I stayed at Naina Resort, Tastey food served by Naina Resort.

Recently i trip to uttarakhand with bharat booking,We travel almost from last 5-6 years,with different different booking agency and tour operator. But this time we suffered a lot, it was one of the worst experience of our tour. Forget about the package they provide, because there are nothing according to package. They tell you buffet and unlimited breakfast and dinner but actually its as per per map plan of hotel.And if you complaint about it to the agent they revert like Normally buffet he hota hai har jagah, I dont knowing yaha pe aisa kyun hai, aage se aisa nahi hoga.It was ridiculous if you are organising trip then you have to know all about this. Then the drive they send he was also new in uttarakhand who has not any idea about uttarakhand, and because of that we missed many places, sightseeing and lots of time went in journey only.

Unorganized n they dont have information about uttrakhand. Driver also very slow n he also going 1st time uttrakhand. He dont have any idea about place. Once u pay full payment they never care .hotel food is worst. If u book Bharat holiday u will never enjoy u r trip .management ,staff , executive not supporting and rude in behavior.

Hotel Jade vine was an awesome hotel with good staff, nice view from hotel ,cleanliness etc.. I would always recommend others to book the package from Bharat Holidays ..

Hi , I just want to share my reviews for Bharat booking . We stayed at naina resort, resort was very nice and clean. Service was also good. Food was also nice . Bharat booking service was very good they were in touch all the time since we started our journey. Even their cordinationation was amazing for coordinating cab n for all things which you will demand.

Its a 5 days trip and it felt like 3 days trip because everything in my trip schedule were completed by 3rd day. One day for travel and 5 th day we were just sitting idle in hotel room. Everything is fine other than that. And coming to hotel, food is good by the staff are not attentive, I had to call them 3-4 times for anything to be arranged. Overall its a good experience. I am thankful to Bharat bookings.

I visited manali in February from Delhi through Bharat booking and the contact person from Bharat booking was poonam maam she arranged everything for us ,hotel ,Volvo cab etc .my hotel was ambika international the rooms were very clean the food given to us was very delicious and our cab driver was also very good he was a driver cum guide he told us everything which he knows about the temples monesty etc honestly I recommend this travel agency to everyone .

It was amazing journey. I booked my package in bharat booking holidays for himachal pradesh January 2020. My trip was amazing and service is so good. Hotel, Car, Food all service are so good. My agent Mr. Kishan everytime call me and asking me about any problem and also the bharat booking holidays team also call me and everytime asking me about any issue. Very bad experience really..i will not recomend to anyone not i will plan with bharat booking in future.I had planed for manali and it was too bad experience because of all irresponsible staff who was cordinate at manali.Sightseen was included in package but not done because of unnesseary reason..glass break down of car...such a stupid.Noone is responsible there..mr vishesh.asha,jay and also called to toll free number but noone had given proper response.my holiday and money really wasted.

Why has government provided a certificate to this.They have a great Sales Team but worst ever Service Team.They provided the voucher for 4 adults in 2 rooms and asked us to stay in one room with 2 mattress since the room they committed was not available with Hotel. They did not even compensated on this.They have no respect towards the female members of group and say that its not their problem if we had to take bath in another room because geyser of room allotted was not working.They have denied the itinerary that they have committed on voucher & email.They have denied the payment terms & conditions that they have committed on email.Their staff will not call you back when you raise a concern.Advice - If you are with family or a female, please dont book from this company. They are a cheat and fraud too. I shall be filing the complaint on consumer forum against them and shall be writing to Himachal Tourism to detain their certificate.

Very bad experience with Bharat Booking.One Associate Vikas Coordinated with me regarding manali package. One of my friend wanted to talk to him regarding the hotels and stay and wanted to take a overview about the package. So, after their conversation. Some other associate (from feedback department) called my friend and said the senseless things in a very abusive & rude manner.If there is something then Vikas has to coordinate with me directly not my frnd because only I have been discussing about the package with vikas. But Vikas Gave my friends contact details to his feedback department and there associate use the abusive language. If there were some issue or something like feedback, then vikas should have given my number the feedback department not my friends number.The behaviour of the associate in Bharat Booking are very very bad. They dont even know how to talk with the clients regarding the package.

Worst - If you want peace and satisfaction then dont go with Bharat Booking. They dont have their own setup. They take money from you and get the bookings done through their vendor. And then they dont have any control over their vendor.If you call them for any issue, they keep telling you that its not in my hands and my vendor is not picking my call.

Worst journey ever. I havent experienced this kinda trip in my lifetime, it was like a nightmare for me. We planned our trip from Chandigarh to Manali and then Shimla the driver whose name was ANU was not willing to take us anywhere. We have travelled a lot of times but never have I come across such a rude driver and the traveller was in such a bad condition that we cant even express. It was so hot while we were travelling but the driver didnt turn on the a.c me and my aunts family got sick because it was so suffocating in the traveller.We were told that theres a one time payment well have to do. But as soon as we reached Shimla hotel we had to pay for our own meal and also for the permission for Rohtang pass we had to pay Rs. 5000 to the driver. Before going to the trip we were told that now after doing this payment you neednt pay anywhere except for the lunch because we are mostly out at that point of time travelling.I would rate this trip worst. Guys think before booking your journey with these guys because they can turn this experience pathetic within seconds.

Services are good, hotel and food were amazing, attitude is so amazing of all the staff, on my departure day from manali, my cab was late and ideally we need to check out from hotel @11am but these guys helped and said that you can be here until your cab come, so all the staff have this attitude of serving good to client. This was 3 day trip and Only thing which I didnt like is that on 3rd day there was nothing to do whole day we were sitting ideal, other than that Worth for price.

The worst experience with bharat bookings the innova cab u sent was soo patheticFirst of all when we started from delhi we faced a traffic jam for 1.30 hours the driver switched off the ac and the car and didnt started after we requested him to switch onn and continously said that its our duty to save the fuel as their owner ordered him to do this...Secondly the power windows didnt worked ....Thirdly AC front blowers worked well but the rear 4 blowers didnt worked ...so the passengers who were sitting at back side were in a real problem...FOURTHLY water problem in car both ends front and back...both sides are dripping heavily that is next to impossible so sit.FIFTH-TYRES OF THIS INNOVA ARE ALMOST DEADIT GOT 3 PINCTURES CONTINOUSLY in the middle of hills and villagesI am travelling with family and it is not at all safe to find tyre shops in villagesAs we r not travelling on the main highway that is gt karnal road as the owner of this vehicle. Ordered driver to not to enter punjab and save the punjab road tax money and find routes in haryana to save tax

Went to shimla from the booking via Bharat bookingBut the hotel they provide is average but the behaviour of the staff is worse. I was having 2 infants with me and have to cross the main road with all my luggage as the hotel staff refused to pick my luggage from the down to the hotel .there was ample of staff in the hotel but they didnt bother how there guests will come carrying that much luggage with the kids.The behaviour of the staff was like there are the landlord and we they have all the rights to do. After Calling to the Bharat booking the problem was unsolved.On request to chage the hotel they said you have checked in the hotel and now you have to stay in the same.Hotel Taj palace name looks that they might have Very good ambience but they do not have service like raod side dhaba.bharat booking denied saying there is any hotel available but checked on mmt ,oyo and others all hotel was having ample of rooms as we have gone in the off seasons.the rates are cheaper no doubt but they sacrifices the standard to that.Better do booking with other trusted sites and app as they have better policy.

This was my first time experience with Bharat booking, whatever was promised but not fulfilled by the team.I went Mussoorie for my anniversary celebration and it was 2 nights 3 days trip. Firstly, Day 1 we reached Mussoorie and the driver was not properly instructed that where he has to drop, after we told him the hotel name but he said I have been instructed to drop in some other hotel.Then some how we went in dat same hotel then the hotel manager was not previously informed about the booking he said, we have no information about the booking then we called the team they said we are shifting your booking in other hotel, then after sometime they managed and again told us that we have talked to the hotel property u can stay there.Secondly, after fresh up we were suppose to go for sightseeing at 11 but there were no cab available with the team they were giving us lame excuses that the driver became sick etc etc... they keeped us telling to wait one hour but they took 3 or more hour in between they said for today plz manage by your own.. my husband got very angry on them then they sent one car at 3 pm and we cover only one place.Thirdly, On our Anniversary date they promise us for candle light dinner but there was no arrangement and the hotel manager said that company did not told us about this so we had dinner in our room and it is clearly written in voucher about the Candle light dinner included...2 star is just because the location of hotel was good.JUST TO SELL THEIR PACKAGE THEY WILL INCLUDE EVERYTHING BUT AFTER PAYMENT THEY DID NOT CARED ABOUT ANYTHING.BAD EXPERIENCE WITH BHARAT BOOKING.PLEASE DONT BOOK PACKAGE WITH THIS TRAVEL COMPANY.

We with family (13people includes 4 kids and 1 toddler) just finished our badly planned (worst till date) trip to Manali by bharatbooking. They planned our trip very badly. Infact their traveller was in worst condition and all the way from Delhi to manali, we tied our dupatta at the back door to keep it close. (It was so risky as we kept our luggage at the back seat and our kids were also laying down there)The driver was so rude and was not ready to listen us. The worst part is that he left us in between the trip and they (Bharat booking concerned person) Informed us at the last minute wen we are coming back from Rohtang.. and they didnt arrange any vehicle for us to drop at the hotel. At the night time around 10 o clock we all are at the road and we had nothing to go to our hotel.Next is about hotel.. BEST WESTERN.. hotel was good but it was in so interior and the road is so narrow that we come and go there only with the name of GOD.The concerned person is so unprofessional. each and every call he tried to make us fool..After so many arguments they arrange one more traveller for our return and that traveller was also in bad condition. Its all handles were broken and all the seats were uncomfortable.Finally, I can say that if I can give star in minus then I prefer to give ( - star) to bharat booking to ruin our familytrip.

I have taken the package recently for Dharamshala Dalhousie from Bharat booking Holidays and entertained by Mr.Kartik Kapoorinitially at the time of discussion they assured to give best services but after paying the payment they stopped responding properlyThe hotel they gave in Dalhousie was different from what they had told the driver, we first went there and wasted our 4 hours as the actual hotel they had given was far away from Dalhousie and actually it wasnt even a hotel it was a few rooms over a sweet shop, Hotel City Forest in Bhaniket not in Dalhouise.even when we called them they did not give proper response. They stopped responding totally only few times they picked up phone and that too saying wait 15 minutes.due to poor services we have faced lots of problem and inconvenience and most of our finalized itinerary was missed due to their poor services, we left 1 day before as they didnt change our hotel in Dalhousie, the hotel that they gave us was very poor Hotel City Forest, Bhaniket.They are not at all able to give services and working as a fraud companyplease do not plan any holiday with themThey will call you multiple time for payment during your travelBe careful if you are considering Bharat Booking for your travel..they will spoil your mood, travel and precious time which you want to spend with your family and friends.These people at Bharat Booking holidays India pvt lts dont know what they are doing, they dont even know what kind of hotels and transportation they are providing.

I Travel Mussourie through Bharat travel last week. I would like to highlight that they dont deliver what they commit to customer. It was a poorly managed travel. Their main focus is to save money for themselves, not bothering about the customer comfort and requirement. They have booked a hotel for me which was in under construction state without any amenities, approach road to hotel was very narrow where 2 vehicals cant pass together at the same time. Their hotel recommendation and booking was pathetic, however they are charging you for this as 4 star faciliity. Hotel food quality was not good specially Non-Veg.Staff from Bharat travel is also not supportive. They are more concerned about their own sales target, for this they will follow up with you for closing the deal. Once you make the payment, you will have to chase with them for what you asked for.Sightseeing which they commited in package, they didt deliver it citing Traffic Jam and Narrow road reason towards the SighseeingThey will call you multiple time for payment during your travelOne Positive - Driver and Vehicle provided was good.Overall, very poorly managed travel, ignoring customer. I will not give single star to them

Worst experience with this bharat booking. Initially they chase you for the payment and slow down their services after making half payment. We have booked the manali package for 3 days and 3 nights. Once you make the full payment they stop providimg after services. Provide pathetic service in terms of cabs, trip, driver. The trip was not according to their tour plan. All the time we had to beg drivers to take us somewhere. Driver was not even listening to them. All in all they make your trip worst and full of tension. Please do not book your trip with this agency .. they will ruin your trip and mood. It was the totally time and money wasting.

Such a horrible experience with bharat booking holidays ind pvt Ltd, we had book Delhi to simla & manali for 5 days, by car, but in car there is no music system, all the four wheels are flat, no AC/Heater available in the car, driver behavior was so rude. In the car (innova) u feel like less than Alto car. No any follow up taken by bharat booking holidays ind pvt Ltd after payment. Before booking they given no of site seen list but in actual trip all the site seen done by our end. Worst experience with service manager mr sameer. Such a arrogant person, doesnt know how to talk with their guests. It was insulting behaviour. Otherwise another staff with whom i had conversation was so polite. Mr amit had listened my complaints and worked over it.

I had recently gone for a Trip to Manali and found worst experience.Booked hotel is having nice Rooms but Pathetic Food and service. I had requested F&B Team to serve food in room but they denied. When spoken to Mr.Abhay (Bharat Booking Team Member) he behave very rudely.Good Hotels always ensure there Guest became happy but over here scenario is different.In future I will ensure none of my friend visit through Bharat Booking.ThanksSachin Jain

Since long back i was planning for a nice trip for Manali. Fortunately i came across with Bharat booking holidays international via internet. So i booked room for 4 night. Rooms were neat and clean. Food was good and the usp was breath-taking location of hotel. From arrival experience to departure experience everything was fantastic. Highly recommended and special mention to Amit Rohal, Coordinator manager for the entire trip. Would visit again and again...Thanks once again !!

My experience was vry good with Bharat Booking holidays, Vehicle no 6006 (Forget Driver name) driver is very good and polite person. all employee of this firm contact day to day and ask question sir if u any problem plz contact us. hotel room and hotel services is very good, but hotel food breakfast and dinner was not good and tasty.. just bcoz of it i give only 4.5 star other wise i gave double 5 stars to bharat booking holidaysn pvt ltd........ i wish in future if i plan for tour than i will chose only bharat booking holidays package.
