Wrost customer support..all thier travel associates are busy from last 9 days ...not even replying on emails ....wrost service received from this airlines.

Very poor response from this company during COVID time when flight tickets to be rescheduled. Struggling from last 45 days - No success

Worst travel experience going from Toronto to New Delhi direct. Food was cold and bland, there was no space in the overhead compartments for luggage and the staff was rude to elderly passengers or those who had difficulty communicating in English. Frankly, this flight was in no way the values we hope to instil as Canadians.

I had booked a straight flight from Delhi to Toronto for 14 August 2019 but my flight got changed to another one with a stopover in Vancouver. I was not notified of this flight change by Air Canada. I came to know of it as I went to do web check in.This is the second time that it has happened to me. I have a 93 year old father flying with me - so inconvenient for him as I paid more for this flight. I am sorely disappointed with Air Canada. It has been a nightmare trying to reach AC office in Delhi - no success as I get a voicemail ALL THE TIME. I would not recommend Air Canada.

They do not pick phone poor serviceI am trying to contact them as they have not delivered luggage of my mother. What kind of company it is even we email it bouncing. Please never buy their ticket.

Very bad and the verst air Line l have ever seen in my life .Trust me you will repent having dealing with them . Hand in glove with clear trip and other booking agents they will book direct flight at exorbitant price and than reschedule to there convenience, than offer you the longest flight whjch are just half the price tiket and will not listen also to your request , in huff if you shout they will threaten you to debar for two year in air travel .Staffers so arrogant and Air Canada in ( CANADA) will be out of reach to even connect. Emails options already deleted so that you shall have no proof of your complaints. Very cleverly they will send you back home whether you shout or scream or what ever . One complaint is being filed with CBI too to look into the matter . Civil ministers aviation has been complain for clear my trip misdeeds too . Be care full .All 5star rating seems are of those people who have there own business interest. This is what l presume too . Horrible Horrible Horrible experience of my life .

Why do they bother having a office in Delhi, you can try all day to reach them, employees do make sure nobody answers any calls.

Fraud airlines and fraud staff at delhi office never ready to help out people no sense of talking at all. Not behave like airlines staff behave like judges especially the female staff who picks up calls

If you have an aisle seat on this airline then be prepared for injuries. The flight attendants keep screaming watch your elbows, watch your shoulders, watch your ankles when they push the food cart during meal service. Shouldnt safety of passengers be a priority for any airlines? Such a horrible and humiliating experience to travel on this airline.

DO NOT FLY - AIR CANADA. DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT. You will thank me. Dont make this mistake. The Delhi office is HORRIBLE. Ankita Sharma is as awful as one can get. And the entire airlines is JUST AS BAD.

Really non sense and foolish staff no one knows how to deal with customers after booking forget any kind of support from reservations team.
