LIFTS ARE AVAILABLE FROM GROUND FLOOR TO ALL FLOORS . VEHICLE PARKING IS AVAILABLE . ALL TYPES OF WORKS RELATED WITH TRADE AND TAXES ARE DEALING IN THESE OFFICES , WHEELCHAIR EXCESS IS AVAILABLE IN ENTERANCE AS WELL AS IN THE LIFTS. THIS BUILDING IS MAINTAINED BY PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT OF DELHI GOVERNMENT .

You ll find State GST office here, revocation of cancelled GST happens here, this GST office comes under State, Vyapar Bhawan is Right behind the police station H.O. if you are commuting from Metro train get down at ITO station and exit from Gate no. 5.State related GST work happens here. From 8 or 9 th floor GST wards start in this building.Since its GOVT office, ur work wont get done in just one visit so prepare urself for it. Be polite and humble as these GOVT officers are commissioner of different wards and they have authority to cancel GST and take proper action if there is any mistake happened from your end.(Couldnt take picture of the building becoz of Police presence)

My dsssb 20/18 document verification was here. The building was moderate distance from indrapratha metro is about 1.4 kilometers. Maam who take my DV was newly recruited here . It took about half an hour to took my DV. The building has many floors and many rooms almost 100+ rooms was there.

Every time server is down and no one pick the call whenever it needs. and not providing service in good manner.

Service Lift doesnt work anymore, only staff & office boy knows about which Lift does work for respected floor ...

Most of the time the staff is not available on their desk you have to wait for hours to find someone who is responsible for the work. And once you found a person then also your work will not be done without chai pani. And the management or allocation of department or ward is totally confusing in the 15 floors building you have to ask everything on reception that is you cant find a ward with your own efforts. The security of the whole building is also very bad as the X-Ray machine installed for baggage scanning is not working most of the time. And the security guards are just doing formalities of checking the visitors. Overall the whole rating is stable at 3 star level as the allocation security and service all factors are not up to the mark and require a lot of improvement. And the tradition of chai pani must be stop by the government with proper procedure and strictness and efforts.

Worst place if anyone want to go at dvat office please keep money in your pocket, not for govt. fee or something its the chai pani of the officers and other staff min. amount 2000 and max. what you want to give...hahaha...i was thinking that the shop keepers and company owners are the persons who give birth to this corruption in the society, but actually its the staff of dvat who always want money when any dealer or staff went there for their work.
