Receptionist is very rude and bang up phone without completing the conversation. For vaccination they act as if they are doing some favour to us. Each time I booked this hospital, I had to reschedule to some other hospital again.

I got my first shot of Covid vaccination done today at Aashlok Hospital. I think there were abouta dozen staff and they were ALL very friendly and helpful. A great experience.

It is not a hospital its simply a place where people who are not aware or get easily intimidated are fooled and fleeced. Below par medical staff & an ICU which cannot even qualify for a hospital room so unhealthy and ill equipped. Pl avoid at all costs.

Aashlok Hospital has been the Go to place for my family ever since I was a teenager. This hospital opened up covid vaccine slots on 3rd May morning for 18+ . I had booked a slot through cowin portal and reached there and I was told that they didnt have any vaccines. If you dont have vaccines why would you open your appointment slots? The office admin did not even send anybody to explain the situation to people, just left the security guard to deal with the people and an A4 size sheet saying no vaccine available.

Aashlok Hospital is situated in the vicinity of Safdarjung enclave behind the NDRF Building. The nearby landmark is JRD Exotica hotel. Its a multi speciality hospital with 24 hr Emergency services. These days they are also offering vaccination against Covid-19. To get the vaccination one has to show his I Card, Adhar Card and previous vaccination records (if any). They are charging Rs 250 for vaccination. The Staffs of Aashlok Hospital are very cooperative The rooms are also comfortable, with proper sitting arrangements for the patients relatives. Its a total private hospital. Small but consolidated.

Dr. Madaan was very professional and attentive. He gave good advice and not conduct unnecessary tests. Aashlok is a good hospital and valuable to residents of Safdarjung Enclave like me

Very useless hospital, you will collect the most amount of money from it, the fee will keep you sitting after that you will keep moving back and forth before them. This is what I said to the rest of the people: that you should go to the other hospital and go to other hospitals. This is my own experience.

Aashlok Hospital is one of the best hospitals in Delhi. It provides loving care and genuine diagnosis of ailment. I say it from my own experience of several years. Doctor Ashwani and Doctor Alok are no less than angels in their line of treatment. Kudos to them and their fabulous team. 🙏

Worst,, never ever recommends to anyone!!! I visited for ultrasound ,I reached there at 10.am with empty stomach with my mother , I visited for my mother but first they told my number was 3rd after that when I asked that basement receptionist that lady told no my number was 4th, what the hell, its took 3 hrs just for the ultrasound,even there was ZERO CROWD. How can someone PATIENT wait with empty stomach for 3 hrs, hospital authority should maintain.. I dont want to give even 1 star.... last and first time visit... c c c c... bad and worst experience...

There are many reasons to go to Aashlok Hospital but for me the most important is the personalised service which for me is how a relationship with ones doctor should be and used to be decades ago before the advent of super luxe hospitals.Dr Ashwini Chopra is a gem and I’m so glad I met him. His treatments are always mixed with good old Desi sagacity. Everyone from reception to the nurses are incredible. I always go to Nurse Sana for even my painful shots like tetanus and she is the best there is.Aashlok is tucked away in Safdarjung and I’m far more comfortable going there than anywhere else.Their covid protocol during this time has been fantastic.Whenever someone asks me for a recommendation Aashlok is top of my list.

In fact Dr. Alok Chopra revived me when I was declared clinically dead in another hospital. Since then we have always chosen Aashlok for all our medical problems. The care & medical treatment from day one to today is excellent. Special mention of the radiology dept.... Dr. Ajay Sharma.The Doctors are compassionate & understand the anxiety of the patient’s & their families.My son was suffering from mitochondrial myopathy & pancreatitis followed by liver disease. He fell ill at the tender age of 13& Dr. Ashwani Chopra took care of him for 18 long years till he passed away. Dr anita chauhan ,call herself dermatologist is actually a fraud and fake and ran away from clinic elegance Gk , àshlok hospital remove her immidiately from the hospital else management will be in trouble in near days.

Staff was very weird,no proper communication. Dr Suman Sinha is very bad,not at all empathetic. Overall very very very bad experience. Dont even deserve one star but since theres no other option.

Very irresponsible. Pathetic response of the stuffs. No proper communication. Very unprofessional. Told us that the blood reports will be ready within 1 hr then it was delayed to 2hrs then the next morning and then delayed to next evening. The worst hospital visited yet. Please dont visit. They wont even show you the receipt before payment so you wont even know what you are paying for.

Good hospital with friendly behave staff.I got a chance to take a patient there, who got minor injury by a passing by vehicle on road.After listening the case, they gave him free first-aid; tetanus injection etc and not charged anything from the patient.

Very poor management... my mother got her colonoscopy done.. she had her last meal at 1500hrs yesterday which is 12-03-2020. Her test was done by 1150 on 13-03-2020 and they told to meet the doctor. We waited and they have send another patient in-front of us at 1225 to the same doctor. I asked why we have been skipped? They said she had an appointment?i was like so? MyMother hasn’t eating anything since (you can calculate ) they had no answer? I don’t understand why our time was not been respected? Very disappointed! The doctor came out and said the report was normal..?? For what we have waited? No proper information was given to us!!

Third class service. No proper hostage with patients.They took more than 24 hours to provide the chest x-ray film and report which was required immediately.Reason while asked was staff is not available.They charge more than market and no positive response.

This Fortis is not as huge as the other Fortis Hospitals, but what it lacks in size, it makes up on in services. The hospital is also equipped with the latest machines, which makes it really easy for patients to get their diagnoses done from a single place.

The Hospital is decent and homely, with great staff. however, the do something about the bill, the do not give you any split up, its like some contract. Like you fix the bill with auto-waala type of thing! The billing is totally not transparent and not trust worthy.

I visited Fortis memorial 3 times, met Dr Suneeta mittal first, her consultation is Rs 2500, hardly she gave me 2 minutes, then she took off, and then i met her i mean Dr Pakhee Aggarwal, they both wrote us test whuch cost around Rs 20,000 (got done the tests in fortis only) in just 2 visits, and in nxt visit Dr Pakhee asked to come back with new test which is again costly, but no issues, i found them so careless, they dont listen to patient carefully, actually they want to complete their statement first .... Why the hell we are paying so much if they r not listning carefully??? Dr Pakhee was walking nd asking me to speak, as she was listning she said... Sorry, we are not ready to pay a huge fees for a walking consultation.. Useless expensive doctors at fortis.... They charge Rs 300 for injection only.. U recommend not to go to fortis

Went to aashlok at 4.30 am for some medical emergency. The so called doctor on duty ‘Dr. Lakshmi kant’ who did not appear to be a doctor in the first place asked me and my mom to wait outside(nothing wrong in it), but the way he said so was so disturbing that it looked like either he’s drunk or has never been taught the way to talk.. I asked him to show his ID just to be sure that he is a doctor (because his behaviour and appearance indicated otherwise) to which he again rudely said “nai hai”I wished to teach him a lesson there and then for talking like that to us but ofcourse could not as We had to rush to another hospital to find more reliable and trustworthy doctorMaybe ‘Dr Laxmikant’s’ beauty sleep was disturbed but does that justify his behaviour?In a situation when one is already worried and has come to your hospital in case of an emergency for some relief, is this the way to handle?

Awful administration and awful doctors. Administration office provides wrong information and isnt supportive at all. Doctors without any reason send you for the tests, even if you have done it a week ago saying that they need a new one and dont give you a report without repeating tests for few times. Money oriented doctors and not caring about health of patients.

Dr Ashwani Chopra is one of the most unprofessional and casual doctor ever met..he is capable of treating patients without understanding the problem at his own whims and fancies ...on the lighter note he can give you a medicine for toothache when you have a footache..disgusting experience..
