They do proxy on parcel delivery. If courior person is not in mood to deliver the parcel he simply put in address not found and it happens multiple time with me and done by only FedEx courier. I can understand that delivery person is not able to find the location but they also dont call or coordinate by any means to reach at the location and they do this everytime. They charge highest and give least satisfying service.

Is there a possibility to rate an organization in negative...FedEx would fit the bill..It is a shame they dont reply on email...

Ek no. Ke kusse log . In logo ko bas baith ke khana aata hai r logo ko tang karna . I am mentioning the names of the supervisor there 1. Rishabh chabbra 2. Suchi kapoor 3 . Sonal sinha they called me and said your parcel can’t be delivered to home address even though i have paid 25000 fees from New Zealand to Amritsar. And the tell me to come delhi to collect the parcel. When I reached there they ask me to pay 40000rupees to release the parcel . Total disgusting people .
