The amount they asked was 98,000/- and she still paid it taking a debt from relative.Then, they asked for 1,00,000/- for UN Code Generation which will be used to keep her out of trouble as they pounds which were sent were in lacs here... Then too she paid it keeping some jewelry on mortgage saving her from future trouble... (And she did not receive the certificate for this)And then that person in the morning says that the package will be delivered in 2 hours... but after an hour when she asked him where is the package he says that she has to pay another 1,50,000/-. (And this is a complete bribe)Then they asked her to pay 1,05000/- for COT code which can be used to transfer the money from International Bank Account to Indian Bank Account.Then after that they asked us to pay 2,50,000/- in the name of IMF Code.Again they asked for 1,00,000/- to activate the codes and the link.After that they asked for more money in the name of Bank Interest, ATM Services, Documentation Processing and so on.Also she got Emails from RBI (which is again fake) and they were insisting on paying this money.She ended up paying around 10 lakhs and still regrets it till date.Their Accounts are all Personal Accounts and most of them are from Gwalior Side.Please its a humble request to all the people to stay away from such scams no matter however sweet the other person behaves they all are connected through the scam so please be aware.If anyone has fallen prey for this please report immediately to you nearest Police Station or Cyber Crime Cell.Go with all the proofs of chats, photos, and transactions proof. There is a new scam using the name of Delhi customs asking to pay money to a forwarded bank account for customs clearance. I called the customs office and they responded that they dont ask any money from customers. ITS A SCAM!! Try to check the bank details forwarded by them with IFSC code. Please be aware.

As all other customs departments, these guys are also the worst. Indian govt. has made it nearly impossible to import something without any hassles or issues..

Its funny and shame. while we dial contact number for our stuck products in delhi customs as shown on google. They said All the services on this number is Suspended. Everything that comes/import to india goes through customs and they charge very high penalty i.e., more than 40-50% minimum and still they dont have money to pay bill for phone or to provide customer service. For normal person, they even cant get the status for their stuck product. If they calculate only my custom duty that i paid through last year, they could pay phone bill for more than 4 years. Well done! Shame on you!

I think the Government should look into all matters concerning the Delhi Customs Courier. As I read all the reviews I havent seen a single satisfied customers. All have their own disappointments. I sent a courier from new york and paid $110 for shipping ,Online status shows that my package got custom clearance on 26th nov 2020 and is at the delivery facility in haldwani ,Today a man came without my package at my address in haldwani asking for $35000 rupees for the package deliver apparently for “custom charges” ,Why will i pay anything when the package already received custom clearanceWho do i contact for this issue ? I cant believe these people arent doing their job well. On October 15 I made a shipment from the United States to India by Fedex and paid $100 dollars. Everything was going very well until my package arrived at that place and from there they have not delivered it to the Fedex company. Fedex has tried to communicate via email and they have not responded.

WORST CUSTOM Service I have ever seen, i sent a second hand headphones from New Zealand to my brother as it was not new i valued ir around $50, i also paid the courier charges here which cost me $60. It took nearly 25 days to reach at destination post office then they asked 2500 rupees as custom and postage charged. It looks like the people working in custom service are completely out of there mind and dont even know what is the actual price of the item, and what the hell is that POSTAGE charges. I paid that post Charges here. SO BE CAREFUL if you want to send anything from overseas to india, keep that in mind the DELHI CUSTOM can charge you more custom charges than the actual value of the item.

My husband is being mugged by custom officer. He was merely carrying $300 with an injured hand (plaster cast after a surgery). They insisted him to give $100 forcefully. The officer on duty said that $300 is too much to carry though out of that he had to pay for visa on arrival or luggage transfer at Dubai airport. Regardless of all the pleadings officer took the money and said sir bura to nh mana. My husband was in tears to think of the next move since he was only left with $200 with expenses for almost or more than that. I wish if someone can read this and help to stop this.

Zero Star Services, they will not contact you and hold your shipment and you can not contact them as their numbers are unreachable 99 percent of time. May be they use your shipment for their personal use.

Worst custom service. If you follow up to confirm on the payment has been made whether they receive it or not. All you will get from them is Shout. The lady shouted at me just because that I follow up on the payment confirmation which is a huge amount and that lady said THE AMOUNT YOU PAID THAT IS NOTHING. I’ve been outsourcing products from many countries for many years. Never seen and will never see worst than delhi customs . They’ve been holding a small exported package for 20 Days for custom clearance !!!! Instead of facilitating the exporting process and helping indian companies to export products overseas. They are killing the exporting process.For me it will be the last time I buy products from India.

This is a ZERO star. Indian custom department is the worst in the world. They don’t care about people who travel to India and provide zero customer service. There are Only few helpline numbers for customers to clear their queries regarding what they can bring because at IGI airport all the custom officers and employees will think about getting the money out of you anyhow. The few working helpline number will never be answered and they won’t respond to your email either.

They have put a tax on my parcell of Rs14,000 and FedEx wont give my package because the customs demanding money. Parcel is not even worth half that price and the items inside are for my kids sent by family from abroad. Snacks and candies. My kids ask me everyday will we have our package today. There is noone to talk to or call. I want answers.Also there is another parcel of my currently being held here. Want me to write some letter to them. Didnt even send ann address to send it to. They are hearless punks that are oppressing their own people. Should be ashamed.

The most corrupt custom officers are sitting at Delhi international airport. They asked for bribe straight on my face because I was carrying $4600. Then I said ok dont make video call and instead of that send me your ID proof on my whats app number that shows you are working in delhi customs at Indra Gandhi International Airport . She cut the mobile number immediately . She was a fool because Custom officers dont call threw their mobile number , they call threw landline from Delhi Custom of Indra Gandhi International Airport

100% pure Govt. department. Their duty is to check the revenue loss for Govt of India. Its a highly responsible job. Many officers are from Administrative & Allied services. If you have any work there better to meet officers directly from 12.30 to 1.30PM. Do not involve middle man. If your problem is genuine it will be resolved immediately.

Worst experience with Delhi customs. They hold commercial packages for no reason,saying that they are doing their duty. Actually they relax and play with valuable parcels. I imported commercial parcel and they held it for more than 1 week. I lost my new year sales because of them.

One girl called me and told me that someone send me a parcel from UK,so I need to send then 35900.The next day they said that they found money 35000 pounds which is not an Indian currency ,so they need money 67900 for anti money loading certificate.Then the RBI bank email me and told me to pay 128300 because my account is saving account so they will make it into Current account and they will transfer it into my aacount.Later I checked my mail but my balance was same and then I proceed to the mail and its written Enter the Tax code. Then I asked them what is it again.! And they told me to pay again 1,72000 for the TAX code.I spend alot of money already .Please help me so that I can get back all my money because we thought its real because the way they send me the mail is like damn real.
