Worst staff, worst service. They dispatch your parcel and then if it doesnt get delivered then they dont care to inform or return it back. Even on complaining they just give complain number and no action. At Kanpur side there is female who talks like a lazy government employee like eating pan and spitting here there and doing no work.After 1 month , somehow u gets ur parcel back then they just give reason no service at delivered site, even in delieverd site has one more dtdc counter in neighbour. Really such a wuss staff.

Mis bihaver, all courier receved in courier office, not deleverd & miss bihaver, very poor service. Un ejucated empoly teem.
