BEWARE of this place! They cheat you during day light.They sold off a demo unit of RSC2 to me at full retail price of 55,000. On top of that the unit was damaged (oil leak and scratches), and came in a non-retail packaging.I am a cinematographer and I was looking for a genuine place to buy my gears. I have been a long time customer of this place but have had a very bad experience recently owing to which I wouldnt recommend buying from here. Bought a genuine Nikon charger which stopped working after 5 minutes of usage. The staff refused to help and raise it with Nikon and recommended getting in touch with Nikon directly. This was clearly a defective piece for which I paid 2500 bucks. Id recommend looking for alternatives.

My first choice of buying electronics have always been Croma or Amazon but due to lockdown none of them were delivering at my Zip Code.I came across futureforward.in as I was researching online. I reached out to them via their whatsapp chat option to first to see if they were real. I got a response from Mr. Samsun George in sometime and we discussed about my order.I was surprised to see that they were offering the product at almost 5K lesser cost than Amazon. I was under the impression that Amazon sold the cheapest product. Not only that they gave approximately 2K discount on Tripod and 1K discount on the bag. Along with that they provided me with a UV filter for free.I placed the order on 19th May and it was delivered to me by 22nd May. The package was packed very securely and the the product was new.I would like to give a shout to Mr. Samsun George for being an awesome partner and a big thanks to Future Forward for keeping my faith in them high. Not a good experience at this store. First asked for a lens. Got it billed and after billing they say that we dont have it in stock n wil send it tomorrow. (Your staff should check before billing rather than giving bitter experiences)Next i bought a paper backdrop. Unfortunately the size i bought came out to be bigger than my accommodating space. I dint even unfold the sheet once i opened from the cardboard cover.Who can check a product without opening the cover?? N as it was a big sheet so i had to tear off the cardboard cover to take it out.Spoke on phone if they can return. Told them that i removed the tape (that i also placed on my own later on) and the cover to take it out. They said they will return. With some difficulty i loaded the 9 feet long sheet in my friends car and went from Noida to Lajpat.When i went to their store they said u dont have cover so we cannot return it (despite telling it on phone)I asked if i can give them a new cover on my own. Intially the dealer said ok we can do that.I spoke at another store if they can make the cover who agreed to make the same dimension cover for this sheet with no extra amount.Next moment, the person who was dealing with me immediately changed his mind and said we will need only that same cover.He became so adamant that *NO MATTER WHAT YOU DO WE WILL NOT RETURN OR EXCHANGE*Outwardly he was stuck that i will do it ifff you give me the cover just because i did not have the cover (just to show that he is there to help but he deliberately put condition that i could not fulfill).Had this very bitter experience.Stop fooling your customers. Now this sheet is kept at my home for no reason and cost me Rs. 5500
