Dont purchase flat in defence enclave by ATFL builders (SUJEET AND CHANDAN).At the time of booking we were assured that Govt banks like Canara and CBI are also giving loans on this property.Later we are communicated that now we have GIC best option as govt banks have stopped funding. Now GIC is not funding cz may b some technical issue. Even now no one is picking the phone. SUJIT , CHANDAN not even answering the call. Seriously speaking if u have cash then purchase else go for other option like GAUR CITY or other RERA approved projects. Because here only DMI is funding and its rate of interest is too high. Property is freehold. Not sure how much worth this property is.even DMI finance customer care is also poor. And rate of interest is 12% approx. If u go for RERA APPROVED PROPERTY here all gov banks giving loan at 8.45% and property is also safe. Be careful while purchasing property.
