I bought my ipad pro M1 chip which set me back by a lakh plus a couple of months back .However,i ventured out in the rains, little did i realise the rain water would seep into my water resistant laptop bag ,when i realised it was water drenched i dried it using all the google tricks .I managed to switch it on but it was in connect to itunes mode .Taking it to apple they flatly refused saying its water damaged nothing can be done ,so i asked my friends around and all were echoing a single name of zion and john that hes the right guy .Upon approaching zion they never assured but said we will honestly try immediately i felt a comfort level with the guy whos not giving any tall promises and i would have to leave it for a couple of days .Trusting him i left it waiting for a quote well they gave a quote and everything was done in record time .All said and done and everything was fine ,but the main story starts now after i took it home my teenaged son set some apple id and pw which he forgot fantastic i thought to myself just what i needed .Again i took it back to john .Again he said ususally older ipads he does crack bt this being relatively new he said again we will honestly tryI believed him this time again .....he took a week or so and presto he had unlocked my IPad pro M1 ..thanx again and again john you are a rockstar !!

Big cheaters.. I took my sisters phone there. It was having some issue while starting it. They quoted 1500 charges for software update. Also added that there is a 50% chance that phone may not start and could be dead. As nehru place market is near by I thought to give a try. Voila one of the shops charged only 450 and assured that phone will work properly. I live near by and called them before visiting. They dont how to explain there own business address. It took me 15 minutes actually to find there store.

My mothers brand new I watch fell down and although nothing broke but the display came off from the rim,I took it to the authorised service centre they said they couldnt do anything as it was physically damaged and asked me to go for a buyback for a preposterous sum which was almost like buying a new watch .I racked my brains and hit upon the idea of calling up John as he had helped me with my iPhone earlier . He said yup thats just our cup of tea no problem come over . I was in and out in say 10 minutes max with a perfectly working I watch and that too at no cost ,he just refitted the screen inside and applied the glue in an invisible manner .Thumbs up to john and his team .

My iwatch 5 developed a crack after a fall so I got hold of an online company to pick up my watch .They had said that the glass was broken only when I sent them the pics but after picking it up started saying the Lcd also needs to be changed ,I found this pretty funny .I asked them to return the watch and then came to zion who true enough replaced only the glass at a nominal cost .The touch and look is same as the original and am very happy 😃

My iPhone X was not charging and it went dead ,so i took it Apple service centre they declared it as a dead phone and asked me to replace the phone at 55000/ which i thought was preposterous, I for a second though of going ahead. But just because i needed the data ,i thought of giving it a shot for repairs .One of my friends told me about John so i took it to him .His engineer just cleaned the bottom connecting port there was some dirt which had solidified and hindering the connectivity ...he cleaned ,it connected and started showing the battery sign ....I mean this guy saved me 55000/ imagine .so i asked him how much should i pay ..he said nothing .So i am putting this review as a mark of appreciation and respect for the good work John and his team are putting in .I highly recommend John and his team for Apple .I guess instead of Apple these guys should be the primary GO TO guys for apple problems....

A solution for apple products repair, i came to know about this place from a local mobile repairing outlet when my iphone was stuck at boot loop. I visited them and they took a day time to diagnose the issue and then quoted their service amount, which i found very nominal for the repair. They also dont charge you if the mobile doesnt turns on and after repair they provide a warranty for their replaced item for 3-6 month. Overall a satisfactory experience at zion technologies.

Broke my Apple Watch 4 glass while playing badminton ,went toApple and asked them to change the glass .However they said we dont change only the glass but replace the entire product and even the cost they stated was as much as buying a new one .So I asked them any reliable option they themselves gave me the name of Zion .I spoke to John and was happy the way they replaced only the glass at a very reasonable cost also a warranty too was given

I got my iPhone 6 plus display changed from Zion at my house ,however soon after the engineer left in the night ,I started facing hanging issues with the display .I called up Mr John in the morning and he promptly arranged for his engineer to come and replace it in 1 hours time .By this we can know the difference between a good company and people who are only out to make money .

I took my iPhone 6s to authorised service centre in Saket where they asked for 6500 for change of display but refused to give any warranty also my mute button was giving a problem so they said we will keep the set and revert you in a couple of days.my good friend who was with me asked me to come along with him to this wonderful place called Zion where they immediately replaced my display at half the cost and gave me a one year warranty too ,Fantastic service guys.

I went there with a cracked iPhone 6 screen and they changed it with 20 mins. I liked the way they explained me the whole thing as I had few questions. The screen is working fine but I can see blue tint which fades aways the natural color of an iPhone screen. I am happy with their service and cannot complain much as the price charged by them was very reasonable but I would not have mind to spent a bit more for a better quality for the color gamut of the same. I would be more happy if they had an option with different quality of the screen. Anyways I am still satisfied with Zion Technologies, would recommend them to my friends and family.Updated Version -I went today to check with them about the blue tint issue and they rectified it without any question. They changed my display and now it works and looks perfect. Highly recommended!!

It was my first experience and it was handled well. The reparing took a week because of my laptops issue, the part needed to be sourced from some where else during COVID times, but they did it. I am giving 1 star less due to the near by hygiene conditions, especially the smelly staircase and entrance. Please get that area cleaned, washed and sanitized.

They were really good when they started off. Now they just rip you off just cause they think you have the money. They do exactly the same stuff that the people in Nehru Place do and charge you 5x more. Im not even kidding. I have been one of their oldest customers. You would find a guy named Pankaj who is currently managing the place in the absence of the owner Mr Julian. He would charge you what he feels like. Earlier there were rate charts displayed. Now they just charge you seeing your face and how much they think they can earn from you! I seriously recommend other trust worthy places where youll be treated better.

I had to replace my Mac screen.They did do it it in front of me and in no time. I appreciate that.BUT, I was charged the price of an original screen, but, THE SCREEN I RECIEVED DID NOT HAVE MAGNETS ON THE LID, SO MY SCREEN NEVER SHUTS COMPLETELY.So, this clearly indictes that THEY GAVE ME A DEFECTIVE piece in this way. Also the screen has small DENTS on the side of the lid which I noticed later.The dent later grew a DISPLAY PROBLEM ON MY SCREEN of which I will be uploading images as proof soon.I needed my laptop urgently hence I overlooked these flaws. But, it was disappointing as I paid almost 30000 for something not completely flawless.

Beware customers. I would like to share my experience point wise:1. I had given them my iPad air 2 on 24/12/2019 with challan /job sheet no. 14015 as it was not turning on and was showing error 4005 in iTunes and was having some mother board problem as told by Zion technologies.2. I had talked to Mr. Vikas telephonically regarding this and he gave me an estimate of Rs. 5500/= which I agreed and submitted my iPad to them.3. Mr. Ashish later gave me an estimate of Rs.8000/= which was also agreed by me and he also informed me that there are great possibilities that it would be repaired by them within 2-3 days time.4. Whenever, I contacted them to know the progress of repair, Mr. Sarvesh told me that they need more and more time.5. Mr. Ashish lied to me that he had opened the iPad and is unable to diagnose the motherboard problem. After more than a week, he told me that this device cannot be repaired by them and asked me to collect it back.6. At the time of collection on 02/01/2020, they told me that they have not even opened the iPad to diagnose the problem and wasted a full week by keeping it with them and were giving false promises to the customer for reasons best known to them.7. Mr. Ashish and Mr. Sarvesh were giving baseless excuses that they were unable to repair it as the undersigned was contacting them on a regular basis to know the status of the repair. Isn’t it the responsibility of the customer to know the repair status if Zion technologies is unwilling to provide the information themselves?8. They were giving false hopes and excuses as they had not even tried to open the iPad and diagnose the motherboard problem and If it was not repairable or diagnosable they could have denied to take the device or could have returned me back the next day. Then why keeping it for more than a week?9. Since then, Zion technologies is repeatedly removing this review multiple times by their unethical third party tricks.10. This would only be removed by the undersigned if Zion technologies is able to provide with some resolution on the above matter.The reviews which are posted here are fake.

My 27 imac pro was working intermittently as I had dropped coffee on it .However the authorised service centre was not honouring the warranty as it was physically damaged. I would like to thank the Zion team for servicing it thoroughly and making it work at only 2500/ Than Zion team

The best part about their service is the transparency .You can actually sit and see which part is being changed and you are being charged for that part and there is no hanky panky which usually happens in many centres .I had an extremely unsatisfactory experience with a so-called PICK and Drop company they picked it all right but instead of repairing they changed my original display and put in a fake one .

My charging jack of iphone X was giving problem as I had to adjust it repeatedly only then it would charge and ultimately it would no longer switch on .As the phone was out of warranty Apple store said we cant do anything about it you will have to exchange it and they quoted a monstrous sum ,On checking online i came to know about this shop and their good work .I met the owner John who looked into it and said there was lot of dust due to which this was happening .He just directed one of his people to clean the charging point and instantly the battery logo showed up.Saving the phone was a big thing and bigger than that my data was saved too as I had been too lazy to take a backup .Thanx JOhn and team .

I had gone here after my previous pleasant experiences. However , this time was a bit different . Got my iPhone X display cracked, which was subsequently replaced by them . They provided a 30 day warranty of the product . Not being satisfied with the display , I went back the next day following which they agreed for a full refund . Got my Iphone 6 screen replaced but they never able to properly paste it, there was always a gap between the screen and the phone as one can see light through it. Despite multiple visits, the phone wasnt fixed and ultimately I had to sell it off. Please avoid screen replacement at least. The warranty despite spending 4k is of no use.

Quick and efficient service at Zion technologies. My iPhone 5 wasnt charging - issues with the charging port. I went to an apple service provider and they said theyd have to replace the entire phone. Here they quickly diagnosed the problem and replaced the charging dock for 2000 rs with a 90 day warranty in case any additional issues arise. Highly recommended!

Went to this store for screen replacement on my oneplus3T. Screen had a bluish tint at the time of return which I was told would be auto calibrated to normal since its android. Appears to be some BS comment for a job badly done. Its been 3 days and no calibration has happened. My eyes and head are hurting from all the strain of a blue screen! Useless bunch of technicians.

An Apple gadgets repair shop run by enterprising and efficient young men. I went there to get my broken IPhone 6 screen replaced, on the basis of earlier reviews on the internet. It runs out of a small, first floor nondescript room and I was initially taken aback by the surroundings and almost turned back. However, the screen was replaced very professionally and with great care for a reasonable amount. There was no attempt to mislead or extract any extra money by providing complex technical reasons. I waited there for about an hour and a half while they did the job. The phone is working fine and I am very happy with the service. They also gave a one year warranty for the screen.

My iphone 6 was submerged in water, somehow I was able to dry it up and use the touchscreen. However, home button and power button were not working. The guys at Zion managed to dry and repair it without changing the home button which was a huge relief. They are really good at their job.

The iphone battery got damaged within 3 months guarantee period from the replacement date. On being approached for replacement it was told that battery isnt covered under the warranty.

Being on the board of IIT Delhi ,i obviously trusted my students blogs about technical repairs .However when i broke my Apple watch smack down on the floor ,I consulted them and they forwarded me to JOhn at Zion .But before that i thought of giving a shot at Apple centre .The guys were pretty humble and said as its broken so 28000/ would be the cost in which they would replace and not repair it .I then forwarded the watch to Zion and they were able to sort out my problem at a fraction of Apple with the same warranty and also a free iwatch screen guard for further protection.I guess companies like Zion are the way forward for Apple .

Visited them to get my iPhone 6 battery replaced after trusting that they use genuine OEM products and offer one year warranty.Run out of a small cabin on the second floor of a building in Sant Nagar and looks typical mobile repairing shop. Still convinced myself and went ahead.They tried two batteries in my phone. Both didn’t work and eventually they started placing the issue with my phone’s motherboard. The fact is that my phone never had any issues and I somehow tried getting the battery changed from an outside vendor as Apple is taking long time in procuring batteries. It’s a genuine product bought from an Apple store.Finally, I asked them to install my old battery and somehow escaped from that place. Thank God for saving me from fake engineers selling fake products. Avoid this place if you are using genuine products. Don’t trust any verbal assurances of warranties.

The service is pretty good.. Dropped my phone in the water.. Motorola said would take up 75% of the cost of the phone.. Got it done at 32% of the cost... Big savings..

Just spoke to them on the phone, did not need to actually go there. Had an issue with my iPad charging jack. They said come over and pay us Rs. 3000. With so many positive reviews, I guess they would have surely fixed it. But then I decided to visit a local service center in Lajpat nagar and those guys fixed it for Rs. 300.
