Best store for day to day needs. The stock is always full, they have maintained social distancing as well. The staff is very polite and helpful. They try and help to their maximum capacity. Home delivery option is provided which is great when buying groceries in bulk. The service has been constant for the past 5 years that we have been visiting and I really appreciate all the efforts and hardwork that they put into it. 👍

I am regular customer for Apna store for over 15yrs now. But since last lockdown i.e. April 2020 their prices has increased way too much and they are taking undue advantage of lock down while increasing their price. I had immense respect towards owner but now I find him too greedy and selfish. Highly disappointed due to owners behaviour, increasing prices.

I would have given it zero star...In this period of lockdown, instead of cooperating with the people the workers of this shop have started behaving rudely( thishas happened with me 2-3 times).Owner of this shop is generally very polite and calm person but the other staff especially the workers looks like you have committed a crime by coming at their shop. Few days back a worker in red shirt even complained to me ‘ye koi time hai aane ka’.(time 6:25 Pm) and blocked the gate and asked me to go away.So I would request you to please go to other local shops .. there are many other good shops.. who respects their customers. And teach these obnoxious persons a lesson.

Prices are very very bad here, they wil just give 2-3 rs off on the mrp when online shops are giving heavy discounts. I was really disappointed by the prices and rates they give, almost on MRP...than no use of visiting such place. Now I prefer to order online from amazon nd big basket after bad experience on the price from that store. If you have doubt, than visit their just once and check MRP and billed amount in the bill...it clear that they are doing that too just for formality and making people fool...so better prefer big stores lik MORE or buy online...

I generally find the staff very cordial. Rates are generally lesser then the MRP. Variety and experience may not be to the level of big stores like Krishna Mart etc, but I still like it.
