Its located right in the middle of Dwarka and conveniently located inside welcome hotel. Prices are hit or a miss, sometimes you get great deals but most of the time their price is higher than other stores. I have noticed that if you bargain they do reduce quite a bit which is a big let off for me. I hate bargaining at the same time I also hate paying even a rupee more than the fair market price.

This is to bring to your notice that I purchased an LG split AC from Dwarka Pinnacle Mall on 12th June evening , and was told that the AC will be delivered in 48 hours and the installation will be done the next day.The AC was delivered on Tuesday afternoon, the technician so called from LG (but was from Reliance) came in the evening and installed the outdoor fan unit only. He was unable to install the AC unit and told me to have the area fixed on the wall where the indoor unit will be placed. By that time it was already 9:15 pm. He said he will come the next day and fix the indoor unit.Today, after getting everything fixed on the area where the indoor unit will be placed, I called the technician to come. He said he was on a week off today and someone else named Karan will come and fix it. He gave me the number. In the afternoon I called this person several times, he said he would come and fix it and he knew about the situation. It is close to 8pm but no one has turned up. The first technician has eventually stopped taking my call.I called Reliance Digital, some Ritu Nautiyal picked up the phone and was in no mood to talk to me as she didnt even want to listen to anything. She sounded like she was there to only sell products and no other headache. I asked for the manager, she got me through to Anil Kumar who said he will call back after checking. He called back after 30 mins saying that the indoor unit could be installed the next day.I have told him that my house balcony is a total mess since yesterday evening and if this is not done today, I will have to cancel the purchase and they may take their product back. I dont want it since Reliance is not interested in after sales service. I made a very wrong decision by visiting Reliance Digital Store Dwarka Pinnacle Mall.I will wait for Anils call and have told him to explain to me the cancellation process in case they are unable to install the indoor unit today. After 30 mins, i have called Reliance Digital Store Dwarka Pinnacle Mall several times to check status, no one answers !!I actually dont know what to do now !!! NEVER buy products from them. After sales support is pathetic. It has been almost a month since I bought a refrigerator, smart TV, Water purifier, and sound bar from them. The sound bar they gave is defective and no one came to resolve the issue despite repeated reminders.Prefer buying from amazon rather than from reliance digital.

Pathetic customer handling. went there to purchase Fitbit charge 4 on 27-3-2021. the first sales man- I know nothing about fit-bitsSecond sales man (wearing one plus t-shirt)- We have fitbit Iconic only (when i can see charge 4 box on display!) or else you can buy apple watch worth 40K (who would spend 40 K if one is in the store for charge 4 worth 14K- heights of up-selling). tone was arrogant, so I opposed, told him to let it be!Then comes another gentleman, actually wearing Reliance digital ID card- although helped me with the information, however, when I asked why you have such arrogant people in store, he said we cannot guarantee peoples behavior!Seems, online shopping gaining over these stores has another reason other than best prices!

Store is loaded with offers which is misguiding the customers . Store employees dont know the difference between & and or. If there are 2 offers with a product then they will only give 1 by giving some or the other excuse as only one can be given. even if there are 2 offers with the product..store manager is not available in store to solve issues..

Very bad experience and fraud this store .I bought new laptop and when I came return home it not working properly so next day I complain but in store no one want to replace my laptop and my wastage of money 1other people come for fraud issue .so that store literally be fraud to customer.

Im manjeet kaur I purchased my Bose 500 sound bar I purchased it last year in the months of November.I would not recommend anyone to buy this it was faulted two times since last year. service is the worst no one picks up the call in need of help no call center picks up any calls no one responsees to any phone calls I am not at all satisfied with the system neither the service and also i would not recommende anyone to buy this

The staffs are uncoperative and their behaviour is very much casual. They are committing the offers like cashback etc to customers to sold the product. But if you are not getting offer after some time, they denied simply ,stating that no such offer on the product. I decided ,not to purchase any product from Reliance digital Pinacle mall Dwarka .

Ac fridges, TVs etc etc..all small and big, fancy and normal...trendy and classic everything in one roof and prices are also competitive.Staffs are very polite and helpful in choosing the right material for us. Being a multi brand electronic store, it doesnt favour or abandon any items and sell them on its merits. Anyways we should do our homework befor purchasing any material.

Worst service provided. They will sell you a product and also sell you the resq insurance for physical damages but wont properly mention the nuances behind the insurance. The customer has to make all the effort in getting the physical damage corrected by themselves.
