These guys have lost their standard in both product quality and service.i bought 3 gold ring and one diamond set. The gold design of 2 ring fell after 4 days of use and when i went to them to resolve the problem they jst said its my mistake. I didnt understand why and how it was my mistake. Now to top that they even asked heavy price to correct thier own mistake. On a serious note please buy from some other jewellers.

Visit the store on 20th Sep20, I had a RD scheme with them, bought some jewelry. Would like to point out some issues I faced during the purchase-1. Visit 3 stores ( P.C Jewellers in Kanpur, Kohat Enclave then Finally in Karol Bagh), would like to point out that they had very few options available at the stores even at Karol Bagh (Called it as head office).2. Highly unprofessional staff, specially at the billing & packing section, had observed rude behaviour from the staff towards customer.3. Would recommend anyone to go with there RD schemes, they have very unfavorable terms towards customer & hidden charges which they dont tell at the start. Your money will be stuck with them.4. My experience wasnt good at all with P.C Jewellers. Wouldnt recommend anyone to deal with P.C. Jewellers.

Most pathetic Customer support from PC Jewellers Karol bagh Delhi. I had an issue with PC Jewellers in other city, lodge a complaint with given email id but after repetitive reminders I have recieved a call from Karol bagh showroom, that lady was very rude and arrogant. Pathetic service l, not recommended at all.👎

I Bought two rings for engagement. collection is not as expecting coz pcj is a big brand. price are normal. Staff are good and polite. I got a 20 % discount on rings, value is more than 80k. But discounts are seasonal so be there at the right time to avail it. ring size is a big problem there. if you are planing to buy a diamond ring you have to give order before 30 days. they are serving soft drinks and coffee there. overall good

When we visited this store no other customer was there and they sales man who was showing us the stuff was not interested to sell. We told him we are coming from tanishq and showed him the type of ring which we were looking for but no one bothered to took pain and show was options.We decided to go and purchase the ring from tanishq and moved from there at the entry gate one of the lady came and asked what happened you didnt purchased anything (I think she was the store manager) told her the guy is not showing interest in showing us the options she said its alright.Bad customer service. Finally we purchased the ring 💍 from tanishq.
