Very help full people, this Store has sales and service both options ,and both is Genuine authorized by HP, i bought this Laptop from Nehru Place ,getting Some issues in one month ,i carry my laptop to them, but they keep it ,and give excellent service, I always prefer and recommend to other to pls visit Lajpat nagger store for genuine product buy and for service also. They are experienced People.

Bad customer service and response during covid 19 . Before coming to the store I spoke and confirmed with Mr. Firoz that I will bea reaching to yout store around 11am but when i reached there he was absent from work nor anyone was aware of my visit. When asked Mr.Atul said he cannot be available all the time and asked for Credit card to swipe whithout even showing the product. When I asked about the product it was completely different for which I discussed with Mr. Firoz over the phone , i was looking for a model with Gold processor and now when i reached the store I was cheated and tole this is the same and only laptop they have. Since I was in a hurry and had no time to visit other stores or purchase online during Covid 19 so I simply paid and purchased as I needed it for WFH project urgently. Moreover Mr. Atul was rudly replying to all my queries with attitude and arrogance in a taunting manner all the time. I felt ill treated , cheated and insulted at the store and would not recommend this store to anyone. Despite all the insult I simply bought the product as I have lot of trust in HP products and I have my Desktop also from HP . I was looking for a printer too but looking at their behavious I got discouraged. But next time will surely look for some other store for HP .

I found the staff is very rude and they dont know how to deal with the customers. Customers will pay before buying the product so why to be so rude ?? You guys are not giving the product on free so change your behavior.

Well located at the popular Central Market , Lajpat Nagar. All products on display and friendly staff.

The location on the Google Map is incorrect (as of 11 Feb 2020). They must be losing a lot of customers because of this. Had to call them and get new loc.
