Customer service is very very badMy device is in warrenty and they still are charging me to repair it. PATHETIC

Pathetic company and its devices as well as customer service. I bought Asus Vivobook 15 AMD Ryzen 5 in Rs.40000 in November 2020. From first i have been facing issue and till now no replacement and refund. When i contact with customer service they always tell us to wait 3 days then after that nothing happens. Very very disappointed. My last option is to complaint in consumer court against the company. I would not recommend this company to anyone. I would have given 0 rating if was available.

Pathetic products (Asus Vivo book X512FA-EJ372T) third class service. Company doesnt listen to customers concern. The product had been having camera issue since it was bought and even after several visits by their engineers the problem could not be rectified. Now the system is with company from past twenty days and Online study of my child is getting suffered who has to undergo XII board exams in a short while. They must be dragged to consumer court for their insolence behaviour and pathetic service.

Worst experience ever with ASUS INDIAI have recently bought ASUS LAPTOP (Asus tuf fx505dt al033t) on 25 july 2020 for my collage purpose, their are many entrance exams coming but your laptop started lagging from day 1. I contacted with the dealer and explained everything, he asked me to contact the service centre, I contacted them also and they ask me to bring the laptop to the service centre, I submitted the laptop there on 07.08.2020, they also detected the same problem and told me to leave the device their and since then the device is with them. Im continuously missing my classes and also there are many interviews coming up from 24th aug. 2020, Who is responsible for this?I request you to kindly refund my money back immediately.

Ausu giving very poor service. I have purchased laptop r558ur when I install os window 8 I found touchpad and keyboard not working and give unit to janak puri service center they approved DO after 6 days it is very frustrating after that I carry DO approval and go to next compunet and again face problem they told me it will take time to change laptop 4-5 Days I am very disappointed with Asus service.
