Ordered a tandoori chicken from Relax recently opened in masjid moth, chicken was soft amd packed very nicely arrived on time but i had over condensation due to packing issues. Told the owner Shabad about it. And the manner that it was dealt with was absolutely stellar. They sent me a portion complimentary and ensured with follow up calls the feedback i had to give. Must say it is was a great consumer experience. We have been regulars at kailash colony. Great customer service and takes guts to accept and rectify your mistakes all very graciously.Thank you!
