If you want to stay in Lutyens Delhi area, you can either crash here or go for a high end stay at one of the premium hotels, like the next door THE LALIT.Alternatively, go for Paharganj hotels.Only thing you will love for the price is the pleasure of living in and around the Connaught circle.My 2 stars missing from the fab 5 are simply due to the cramped room that I was given in an almost empty hotel, which had a window facing a wall, just like the trivago ad. So it will be at Paharganj too.Cant call it value for money.

Centrally located, but still away from the noise of CP, this hotel is behind Shivaji Nagar station, on Babar Road.A very creatively decorated reception alongwith a cordial reception awaits customers as they check in.The rooms are spacious, well lit and with very good beds.Delicious cuisine awaits the guests when they order or then dine in the restaurant in the basement.Adequately staffed , they are able to cater to the service requests of guests in a timely manner.Very pleasant, and no nonsense experience.

I loved the location of this hotel. The staff was also very friendly, whenever i needed anything they have responded in a positive manner. I liked there wooden work ...infrastructure is very good. Overall i had amazing experience there. I will recommend my friends to stay here.

Its a very good hotel 3 star does not describe it correctly. However, I have seen people giving it low rating due to some personal bad experience. But as for my stay it was very comfortable. Staff was very cordial and services very superfine. Definitely worth its cost and a try if one needs to stay closeby Connaught place or new Delhi railway station.

The room which we got was good. Very spacious.. and the look and feel was very different.. Food was excellent. It seemed that the staff was not trained in hospitality, but they were not discourteous. They are just not trained on service nos! Absolute value for money though..

Room locks dont work. Old building with below average maintenence. Staff are friendly, rooms are ok, food is good. Expect that nothing is attracrive about this place.

I make a reservation from MMT in fab hotel checkin by oran CP new delhi from 11/03/2018 to 13/03/2018 . After few hours i received a call from miss sweta ( from fab hotels reservation team ) . She told me that there are some issue in check in by oran CP hotel and she can upgrade my booking to another better fab hotel nearby i.e. fab white klove and she canclelled my booking in oran cp hotel by her own. On 11/03 when i reached hotel white klove i found it very low standard in respect to oran cp hotel and they are charging me same.It seems there are some organised racket type of thing is going on . Firstly they show their best hotels to customers and once customer booked room then they try to shift him in lower hotels on same rate. Make my trip and fab hotels both are responsible for this. Sorry MMT horrible experience .

Location is good as its near CP, rooms are decent. The staff is helpful but the hall to have breakfast is all damped and there are not alot of varieties. Taste wise also not good. If looking for business travel or solo stay then it is a decent option

Best Option for accommodation in Centre of Delhi...... very convenient to locate, Near by all necessary needs....Staff is very hospitable, humble and cool headed......Ambience was very Gud.....even when hotel is under expansion...Over all worth it.....

I sincerely want to give it one star.Their delux room is no different than a regular size bedroom, we booked 2+1 but there is absolutely no way for extra bed.No toiletries, no water, no warm water to take shower and most importantly not a great staff.Disappointed

My stay was pretty ok. It was a above average property. Needed some renovation specially in furniture terms. it was little bit old. The hospitality was fine. The food was ok but very expensive. The location was good as it was located near to the metro station. Only good for a business traveler.

Hotel is located at very prime area - Connaught place. Rooms are average, breakfast is also not that great. Good for people who are going on business trips for one or two days. Since it is located near to CP commuting is very easy. Since most of hotels in Connaught place is very costly, its value for money if you get room here between 2000 -2500. Bz u will get at least clean AC rooms with very prime and safe locality.

It was a real nice one. Though a bit over charged but the stay was good and peaceful. However the room is not completely sound proof. We could hear the voice of people from nearbuy room and also the smoking smell.Other than these things. The stay was peaceful and the staff was very cordial.

I stayed with my family just for one night. The place is really close to the happening CP circles, that certainly adds value. Service was quite good. Room is a tad bit small of you are a family of three sharing it. However, if you just wish to roam in the city the whole day (and half the night too!) and need a place to crash later, this is the hotel for you!

Very disappointed with our stay in this hotel. Very dirty bathrooms, stained closets, switches off the AC during the day and even at night. No hot water in the bathing room. Staff totally rude. Boiling water from the health focet. Phone doesnt work. Technicians come in with their soiled shoes and dirties the floor. On top of all this charged us for grace time allowed due to their own fault and in preparing our bill. Very bad experience. Will never choose this hotel again.The only person good there was Mr. Kuldeep... he was of extreme help for us. (Housekeeping boy)

Location is great. Decent 3 star hotel close to CP. Decent accommodation for business and solo travel purpose.Limited room service and breakfast menu. Which should not be an issue given the close proximity to great places in CP.Please note the hotel is centrally air-cooled and not air-conditioned, so you will have your own set of challenges during the relatively harsh Delhi winters.Update after second visit: Reducing the rating to 2-star because of absurd behavior of reception staff. Would think twice before booking again.

I would like to give negative star to this hotel. They dont have basic facilities required in a good hotel. Staff is very unprofessional and dont know how to take care of guests. And top of all there is a main Railway Station behind the hotel and whole night you cant sleep due to train movement. Breakfast buffet is also very simple. Will not recommend this hotel to any one.

Went on 6th Feb and stayed there couple of days for a conference. The receptionist was extremely arrogant and ill mannered. The rooms are decent (not enough space though) but the hotel is at really good location next to Lalit CP. They do provide complimentary breakfast but lack variety and taste.

Five star for second part of my stay after i was shifted to first floor. Do not take ground floor dungeons. No sunlight or fresh air. Stuffy rooms.
