This is really a nice hotel for stay with friends. The rooms were good, service is nice, staff is cooperative, market for roaming and shopping near by, airport is nearby, you can get the cab very easily in this area, metro station is a slightly distant thats why I mentioned about cab. The hotel staff verifies document thoroughly so please have all your documents and IDs available with you(for foreigners specially). If we talk about prices, then the price is very reasonable based on the rooms and services. You can even get offers on booking from some specific online hotel booking vendors. You may find the food price slightly high, but that is same for all other hotels in that area(Telling based on my friends experience who have stayed in other hotels). Overall, based on the hospitality, I would prefer this hotel again to stay, whether alone or with friends. If youre going to Delhi for some exam or for staying for 2 to 3 days with your friends, it can be one of the most preferable options.

Hotel stay was good. Wifi was not available in rooms. Dish Also not available in rooms. Spitting spots were there in room corner. That was not acceptable in rooms. Those things need to Take care in COVID . how to maintain all such things.

If you are looking for inconvenience after inconvenience then only book your stay in this hotel. AC doesnt work, lift doesnt work. The manager is rude. They will charge you unnecessary amount in each and every item you order. When I arrived being all exhausted from my trip, they made me wait 1 whole hour in the lobby before check-in. Do Not order any food here or it will be the least hygienic thing you will have ever eaten. They charge very high price in every item and add service charge even in mineral water. I had gotten a discount from goibibo token, the fraud manager refused to give a discount. WORST HOTEL IN DELHI.

Room price is best & had a nice experience with olivia hotels. But there also certain issues like they ask you to pay double the price of the amount of your food said in their menu card. more over outside food is not allowed

Olivia hotels serves its customer very nicely. Rooms are good and hygienic, prices were good as well. I found the food a bit expensive, but overall a much better place for stay. I will recommend it to others for their good stay.

It was my second time when i visited here, happy with my first experience i was expecting the same this time also but guess what it sucks this time, AC was leaking, room was small, dirty bedsheets and above all they dont even offer a complimentary bottle of water, and charge more than the MRP of bottle. Pathetic wont visit them again.

Worst experience ever. The room was very much dirty and even had a stinky smell. The were no covid related precautions taken. The staff was not wearing masks and there was no sanitization of the rooms. After sitting on bed my whole body was itching whole night. May be this was due to the bedworm and mosquitoes in the room. In addition to this the room was so compact and had not ventilation. Even the AC was not working. I wont recommend this room to anyone. Even the bathroom and toilet was dirty. There were no toiletries provided. Moreover the staff was very rude.

Very shady type hotel, they offer rooms on hourly basis, which was my very much need as I had only 5 hours requirement. But what I found was the bedsheet and the comforter was highly stained and they tried to cover it, by placing it accordingly.I would mark unhygienic Hotel.

They didnt provide free airport drop which they stated during booking. They asked a charge of 300 for airport drop, for the same it was 88 in uber.

Third Class Hotel

The experience was really horrible. I had booked hotel for night 6 hours slot (2200 hrs to 0400 hrs) for 17th May 2019 as I had flight early morning on 18th. When I reached hotel I was shocked as the person at reception informed me that AC in room is not working. He asked me to shift to a nearby hotel(I assume it was some hotel airport or something similar), when I visited there I found that the rooms of that hotel were very shabby and in unhygienic conditions, I declined immediately.So the person at reception told me that I will have to survive without AC(as I was informed it was not working earlier) and gave me room 501 which was on the terrace. The room was fine but there was No AC even installed in the room (pictures are attached for confirmation and verification). The most disgusting thing was that on the terrace various outdoor unit of AC were installed and those were working. I immediately complained about this situation to the reception that he is lying to me about AC problem as I can hear AC outdoor unit working on terrace but he started making some useless excuses and didnt paid any attention to my request/complaints. In the end I had to spend a sleepless night in the terrace room(501) with open door.I personally feel that all this mess/scam is created by people who are at reception during night hours but its the responsibility of the concerned authority to make sure that such incidents dont occur with the guests. I am looking forward that after this review the concerned authority looks into this matter.....

From the perspective of an American who is beginning to travel quite a bit, my stay was very pleasant. The staff and service was excellent and quite professional. The food was very good and with superb and fast service.Rahul (the general service attendant) and Manish Khumar (the daytime lobby manager) were very helpful and quick to serve. They did not grow weary of my questions and inquiries.I certainly recommend this to hotels to others.-Matt Summers

Exellent hotel, delux room was spacious clean and quiet, everything we needed was provided like towels toilet paper water and more.The shower is great with hot water and good current.Everything smelled good, the food was tasty and the staff is super nice.Highly recommended!
