Excellent place near Delhi for parties and functions. Has space for multiple parties simultaneously. Good ambience and decor. Good catering. Events can be held and guests can be accommodated in the hotel rooms saving on travel time. During festivals and marriage season fully booked and also chaotic traffic jams. You could get stuck for hours on this road. Good staff and management for events. Rates on the upper side.

Absolutely loved this hotel. Its beautiful and the rooms are nice and spacious. There are special train themed rooms which give a rustic feel to the place. Its definitely a comfortable stay. Breakfast near the pool is a real delight. Loved the food as well, especially chicken tikka, chicken sandwiches and mutton rogan gosh. The hotel holds true its name as the gardens are lush green (find them in the pictures below). However, a major cause of concern here is the service and the staff does not really take up the responsibility willing. Twenty four seven food service is available here which is very much expected of a five star, but the downside is even when confirmed beforehand on phone, only very limited food was available on reaching the hotel. After multiple calls finally we were given what we had asked for. I could easily say that the hotel is built beautifully and the food is superb, but for the quality of service we got we simply cancelled our initial plan to extend the stay to one more day. Highlight was definitely the food and the breakfast buffet near the pool. So while deciding take your pick, if you are not much bothered about room service then the hotel is more than ideal.

Loved the one with the train theme! The basement banquet was not as great as all others but to each his own! Go there for a decently priced, nicely located venue for your wedding or other such functions!PS— Call and find out the recent update about the sealing and which venue is open now! As on October 2018, they were sealed off by thr Government.

I am first time in Tivoli Garden at Chhatarpur in Delhi. This this a fantastic place where I feel as if I am very close to nature. It gives the atmosphere like this is sarrounded by the jungle, peaceful and stressful place . Its really a wonderful place and I have a great and unique experience staying here. Lunch, dinner and the breakfast all are really very nice, and I enjoyed a lot. Secondly hotel rooms are also fantastic every facility is available there. I really feel proud to be here. If I get chance to be in delhi in future I will prefer stay in Tivoli garden to any other hotels. At last I would like to mention the hospitality of this hotel is also impressive, all the staff of the hotel are also very helpful and good. Thanks for everything sir that you served for us, once again I would like to say its really a nice experience for me.

HiIts an excellent excellent Resort to stay. I just enjoyed a 1 day stay here andeverything was just awe...somest. Situated near the Famous Chhatarpur Temple.From the point of entering to the hotel to check out I got great co-operation fromthe Hotel Staffs. My check out was at 12:00 but my flight was at 3:00 so I requestedto stay up to 2 which they smilingly allowed. Great buffet Breakfast too. I will recommendthis Hotel with family atleast for 1-2 day for a great enjoyable experience.

My partner and I stayed at this hotel on 1st August 2015. I had booked a liverpool terminal room at very reasonable rates from Goibibo. But at the time of check-in, i was told that the room was completely booked and as per the hotel management, i was being upgraded into a better room. It was a deluxe room and it was a below par room. I was let down by my expectation of staying at the liverpool terminal room. Later in the evening on several requests, we were finally moved to Liverpool terminal room. Only one word to sum this room, SUPERB. The person behing this idea needs to be commended for having put up a great mixture of raw feeling and comfort. The room service was par excellence. The only let down was the breakfast spread. The coices were mostly south indian. And south indian being served at their restaurant named Lions Of Punjab, was not expected. I would definitely refer my friends only for the brilliant concept of rooms in the railway coaches.

Lets start with the good part. Food! Brilliant, each and every cuisine was amazing. 5 stars for that. So was their pub/bar, Trafalgar. Apparently theyve shot a famous Bollywood song at that bar. Amazing it was. Now some shortcomings. Somehow, when youre about to enter the hotel rooms location, it stinks like a cow stable there. That was a turn off. So were the rooms, pretty avg. Forget about the view. Pool is small and its not like a proper pool which keeps filtering itself. Overall its a 3.

Its a luxury resort volunteered mostly for the functions like marriages, parties or any or sort of other functions. The resort offers huge lawns with some amazing scenic beauty. The gardens are adorned with beautiful greenery. The rooms offered are upto the standards but, one shouldnt have expectation with their kitchen (for the room service). The food otherwise offered for the parties is moderately good.

A 5 star resort with all the required amenities and a pleasing staff, that live up to their renowned brand name.I must suggest Ms Sahiba for any banquet requirements. She is a great planner, with the most humble attitude towards her customers. It was my wedding reception in December 2017 (we booked Oyster Greens), and I was not in town for 2 months, until a day before my function. Trust me, over the calls she sorted everything for me - from dinner spread, to decor, to complimentary rooms and all the agreed services. It was a very successful event. She is a Rockstar :-)Food taste, quality, presentation is 10/10. Rooms are huge. And the whole place is a big lush green garden.Also to add - Ms Suneeti, who takes care of the saloon/boutique in the same place, is a brilliant artist. My wife wanted me to put a big thanks for her as well; she has done a fantastic work in getting my wife and her cousins ready for the function.

Place is easily accessible by people with wheel chairStaff was courteous and the service provided was prompt.They have a huge, well manicured lawn and decorative lights on the trees add a beautiful touch of sparkle. Next to the hall is a huge room which can easily accomodate 250 - 300 peopleThe food that was served was quite delicious (assuming that food was prepared by Tivoli staff).

This is strictly an okay hotel, and no way in hell deserves the 5 stars that they claim. Sure, they are cheap. But for the same price, Ive been in better hotels.The rooms are spacious, but the decor is extremely dated, and ill maintained. There is a lot of woodwork, and they are falling apart. Plus, the lighting in the rooms is hardly enough to do any meaningful reading.The restaurant had only one restaurant, and the food is mostly North Indian. There is some basic Chinese and South Indian fare, but you cant even find it on the menu!Overall, its a huge property, but its more of a waste of space, and very ill maintained. For the price, Id rather stay in a premium OYO hotel than stay here.

Attended a reception in one of the halls. There was a hall and some open space adjacent to the hall. Drinks and starters were served in the hall. Dinner was served in the adjoining open space. Before entering the hall, there is a passageway, where bar was set up. They had set up a dance floor also and stage. If number of guests is over 60 or 70 then the hall would be crowded. A word about the catering. Very nice and delicious food in the starters and main course as well.

Wonderful trip.i spend 2 night and day there. Great experience. Love to tell u that i found something different there and that is the railway coaches. Which is very well maintained. But indoor ac is not linked with cards. These railway coaches theyre using as full room. They converted a full coach into three bedroom space. Entrance was nice. Staff was helpful.And one more great about this hotel is they converted there restaurant into a punjabi style dhaba. One half cutted big truck is just hanging above the serving table.Lots of more thing to share but later byeee.

I have been there several times in last couple of years, but everytime we struggled to find good food. The indoor, outdoor spaces varies from section to section. But the food quality is equally average, sometime below average too. Mostly they serve non-vegetarian snacks, less options for vegetarians. The average rating is primarily for the enough parking space and connectivity, not too far from Gurgaon side and rest of the parts of Delhi, also near to metro route. Definitely needs improvement in food quality and serving, rest is typical event management.

The name Tivoli garden is one of famous places for Functions...But if you just take room for night or two, I might not recommend this... rooms are not clean, bed covers are not even there... staff was not at all cooperative... looks like it is good only when we are attending any marriage functions or any other functions...I don’t think they even bothered about the other guest who took stay in there hotel...So for functions it good... but not recommended for hotel...I wish I clicked pics ... but I was so busy with their staff to fix things for my room ... didn’t get change to click ... 😒😒

Awesome decor with a large variety of food. Ample parking space and a number of spacious banquet halls. Large open ground which can accommodate a lot people. Great service and delicious desserts. It is however difficult to reach due to a lot of traffic in wedding season. It is advisable to leave early to be on time

The services and food at banquets and the restaurant is just amazing. Dont expect to much from room service as you do in other regular hotels. The rooms here are comfortable though, but only an extention to support their banquets business and to provide a one stop shop and close to destination wedding feel. Overall, its been a great experience and worth the money spent.

The rooms are large and a pull out bed was available. The staff is great.Cons: the rooms were old and although they were constantly cleaning, there was a baby cockroach in my room. Also, after 24 hours of booking a banquet hall, I had to cancel and they gave me No concession or money back. They could have given us food tokens or something, but they gave absolutely nothing back!

Stayed there with my boyfriend for a couple of days and it was okay.. they have non smoking rooms.. the pool side restaurant is somewhat good. The rooms were huge. Prefer this hotel only for wedding receptions and stuff.. as they have parks and stuff.. otherwise there are mush better options for couple stay

It once used to be The destination for wedding in Delhi NCR. Its definitely a brand but has gone down very rapidly. Now there are far better venues than Tivoli. The food quality ,rooms service all has taken a toll. The area also seems smaller compared to other wedding venues opened newly. Above all its located at a very busy red light in chattarpur which makes many things worse for this venue.Though they still got a lot of functions and events but I am not sure if the response is good. Dont forget it still is a brand name and one of the top venues in early days in Delhi.

Not a very fancy place for vacation. Swimming pool is kids size. Train customized rooms are non-operational. Food was ok except desserts which is not worthy. Rooms are fine except executive class. Faced very bad experience this time except food and music and training hall. I am talking about my Room Condition from last 2 days i was visited in trains rooms in tivoli resort at delhi. In the night there were many rats are running in the roof as well in my bed. Under my bed there is many bolt hole of rats and they are continuously surrounding in my room and I had not slept that night. All other things good but if they can work with this things so it must be better for all.

Resort is awesome. Rooms are big , cozy and nicely decorated. Ambience of resort is great. Staff is helping and cooperative. Food is delicious. Complimentary buffet breakfast Is full of different dishes and tasty. Overall great place to stay .

This is a beautiful banquet hall in Chattarpur. I have covered many events and wedding in this hall. They can accommodate a gathering of 500 people easily and also they have adequate parking space.

Tivoli Garden Resort is well located and is easily visible from the main road. The rooms are spacious and have a traditional feel to it with a lot of use of wood. The service is decent, indian food wasnt very nice, and limited options between lunch and dinner time. Slight cleanliness issues but overall a good experience.

As soon as you enter the compound, you forget you were just stuck in traffic. The staff is courteous, resort is clean. It is not usually crowded, which is always a good thing. You can have lunch by the pool, provided the weather is pleasant. Room are spacious and cozy at the same time. If you are in for a stroll, the resort area is quite big and has a lot to offer.

I recently visited Tivoli Garden Resort for attending a wedding ceremony of my cousin. The place is quite an upbeat place with nice decor and outdoor dinning space. The food variety is quite an extensive one but on the other hand taste is subpar. All in all, nice place to host your wedding.

A party was organized at this Venue in Lawn 1. Everything was just good in terms of ambiance but when the food was serve. It was not as expected as per the venue. Secondly, the food was limited and serving utensils kept on running out of food in gathering of almost 500 people that too when food stalls are located at 4 different places in the lawn.Highly disappointed from Food.Satisfactory ambiance.

As Ive given 3 star its not because its too bed or good. Its actually a 3 star resort only. Dont misunderstand it as a 5 or 4 star. The fooding is not that good. You see, its just a 3 star resort, I told you. However, if you are looking for marriage or party celebration, you can manage to get your booking at an affordable price. They charge reasonably. But dont expect for that good quality service.

Attended a wedding at oakland lawn recently. It was quite spacious. It has a hall also in case for functions during summers or rainy season. Food was delicious. It also has a wide variety of food. Decoration was also pleasing. Overall it was a good experience to be at the place. It is quite expensive but gives a true value for money to maintain high standards it has set all these years. The staff efficiently could have been better in my opinion. It should be taken care of.

Hall is well mantained, has real good green area. Food was good in taste, staff which is backbone is good at this place. washrooms are kept clean. very close to Guru Ji Ashram in Chattarpur so slight traffic can be met and its always wise to take buffer of 10 min To-and-Fro from this place.

Visited this place for a weekend getaway, not during a peak season. It was worth the visit, value for money. We had a buffet option in our package and all the meals were great with a lot of options. The place also had a very nice swimming, all alogside the restaurants outdoor seating.

Over hyped hotel. They only focussed in events not in hotel guests. Its considered that first impression is the last impression.The hotel room was smelly after requested they change the room immediately but rooms mattresses was completed bend. Toilet pan was completely uncomfortable to sit. Corridor to hotel room was completely dark. After several requests also they didnt switched on the lights . No room service. I usually never gives negative reviews until its very poor in service.

Good for wedding things and it has a wonderful Punjab food restaurant - Loins of Punjab and also has a poolside party thingy - Blu deck which includes drinks also.They have rooms for a comfortable stay.Cleanliness is very good and its peaceful inside the hotel. Ambience is also good here.
