Everything about the property was amazing...Cordial staff, they make you feel special, rooms are well maintained & hotel was following all the hygiene and safety standards...My entire stay was awesome...Looking forward to visiting again.

The hotel is very near to Karol Bagh market. Its way better in cleanliness than many other hotels. But price is bit higher and service of the staff is not upto the mark. The locks of the rooms are defective. We had to ask multiple times for water and all and then they brought it.

Its a nice good hotel just had to improve with a few aminities ... Hot water on the go, complimentary water bottle, good water outlet in the washroom are few that has to be improved. Breakfast was good. Overall a good stay for a short trip.

The hotel is located just near the metro amd is easily accessible. The cleaniness standards are really up to mark. The staff is really welcoming and the ambience is good. The rooms are cozy also the hospitality of the staff is appreciating. :)

Quite congested place

Several friends were there when I was. Rooms were of varying quality, ranging from dirty and vile-smelling to clean. Wifi was completely unreliable, although there is an additional charge for it. Staff quoted different prices for wifi. Some said there would be an additional charge for an additional device per room. There must be better hotels for the price.

Staff was nice but my room did not have a window. Place had a weird stuffy smell, and two days they were painting and hotel was filled with fumes. If you arrive late at night it is locked, had to knock and wake up attendant sleeping on the couch.

The breakfast buffet was very good. Perfect Location for sights and staff were very friendly. Any requests we asked for were promptly taken care of. Its staff to be tremendously helpful and courteous at all times. Breakfast was tasty. AC was wonderful. The hotel is close to the market and transportation.

First of all I would like to inform that I am regular client of Hotel GOOD TIME. My experience in last stay way Horrible. They do not have enough staff to cater the customer. I have booked Classic room .., when I have checked in the Hotel they have given me Deluxe room, they told me that they dont have Classic room as of now. As Customer I would like to ask.. Hotel Good Time that when I have booked Classic room than it should be available when I reached to Hotel. What is meaning of paying higher charge for Classic room. Another incident - there is offer of welcome drink, two bottles of mineral water everyday, 10% discount on food, 10% discount on laundry on my booking. They did not provided me. I have requested them several time to give welcome drink and two bottles of mineral water as per my booking. After many follow up and I have shown my booking voucher they have given us one bottle of drinking water and two small glass of juice as welcome drink, here please note that they have given us only one bottle of mineral water, they have to give two bottle but they denied to give. Then we have food in the evening and next day I went to pay the payment of food. As per offer they have to give us 10% discount on food .. but again they denied and told me that they will not give any discount than I have shown them voucher condition. Then they told me that they will not charge 10% service charge on my food bill to adjust the discount but again when they billed me with 10% service charge. I told them that either you give 10% discount on food or you remove service charge from my bill. Finally after lot of argued with them, they have called their senior manager for the discount. Their senior manager told them to give discount and they have given us the discount. Here I would like to inform you that I have placed the order for food in the evening, they have taken 1.30 hours to delivered it to my room, on argument with them they told me that they do not have enough staff to serve, they have only two waiter to serve all the customers. One more incident is that the TV channels was not working, I have requested them several time to do the needful but they have not attained it. They have not recharged the TATA SKY so service was stopped by TATA SKY. I have requested them to recharge it but they did not recharged it. They have not even given hot water for bath in the morning, when I have argued with their manager she told me that no one require hot water in this summer, I told her that your hotel should provide the hot water for bath, let customer decide whether they have to bath in hot water or cold water. She told me that we have to request their reception for requirement of Hot water for bath, finally hot water was provided in the next day. Here I have only one word for the HOTEL and their staff, my experience was very pathetic, I am regular customer of the hotel but I have not received good service. The air condition having problem, the water is coming out from it constantly. When I was leaving the Hotel I have argued Mr. Mohit of their hotel regarding the services, deluxe and classic room, he told me that their all the rooms are classic. I was surprised to hear from Mr. Mohit that their all the rooms are classic but their senior manager was clearly told me that the room having windows are classic room and the room does not have window it is deluxe room. They have given us the deluxe room which was cheaper, without window, small in size compare to classic room. Please note that I am regular customer of their hotel so I know very much they have cheated me. I am writing this review for those who are going to book this hotel. One new customer should know about the service level of this hotel, difference in rooms, they are making fools to customers. The food quality was also not upto mark. Lots of mosquitoes were flying inside and outside the rooms and bathroom. One may have chicken gunea, malaria and dengue from the mosquitoes.

Needs work, the kitchen issue in Karol bagh, is not helpful, but still a good hotel in budget category.

All staff is very cooperative, hotel is situated at Central location of Karol Bagh all basic eminities are available.facilities like Xerox printout cloth iron and basic eminities food is on time break fast is also very good.

Had the best stay at this hotel. The room rate is fairly unbeatable for the product. The customer service was excellent. Metro station is near. Staff was very helpful. The location of this Hotel is excellent. All in all a good hotel in a good location with great transport connections.

Bad times to be had here. I found this hotel to be memorable but for the wrong reasons. Possibly the dirtiest hotel I ever stayed at and reception staff were the worse I ever dealt with (non front desk staff were fine however). Some of the things I remembered* First night in hotel found hair on underside of my pillow (not mine) staff obviously just turned pillow around rather than replace it.* Bed sheets, covers and pillow looked worn and dirty (I chose to sleep in a silk sleeping bag liner as I felt it was too dirty)* Whole bathroom was dirty and grimey* Hot water never worked once while there u had to always ask reception to heat the water. One of the reception staff always had a look of annoyance when you asked him to turn the hot water on like it was of great bother to him we should want a hot shower.* Safe had no batteries in it but thats the least of the issues with this place.The one redeeming thing about this place I can say is the non front counter staff who were generally helpful but that wont recover this place.

The stay was pretty nice. Everything was excellent in the hotel. Service quality is good and fast. Food is also very tasty. People working in the hotel are very nice and promptly helping the customers. There is nothing that can rate this property down. I will give 4 stars to the hotel.

I have recently stayed at the Good Times hotel and found all the staff to be very friendly and helpful and they will do their best to help you in any way they can. Mr. Yogi and Sanjay took good care of my brother and I whenever we needed anything. Breakfast was superb.

Great hotel, I stayed within a tour package and was a god hotel to use, god restaurants within walking distance. Quiet, clean rooms (no windows). Good service. Did not use hotel restaurant.

Decent hotel. Some staff seem nicer and more helpful than others. Rooms are about as clean as you would expect for the price. My room did not have windows, not sure if the others do.

Though it is so early to send my review as I just checked in at 1930 hours today, it is found that the hotel people are very friendly. Initially I was given a room on the first floor where the ac was not working properly however upon complaining they immediately shifted me to a room on the second floor where things are ok.
