This is NOT a 5 star hotel. I have had better experiences at 3 star hotels. So I can say it was the worst experience I ever had in any hotel. Lets start withCheck-In : My Day started with a smile when I had confirmation on an early check-in on the phone by the front desk an hours before my early check-in time, but didnt last long when I reached the hotel and was asked to wait for three hours. And my disappointment hit its high when I reached the hotel when I was asked to pay for early check-in which I was told I dont need to pay by customer care. And four guys (friends with one of the front desk staff) who came after me and were given rooms ahead of me just because they knew someone in staff and didnt pay any extra money.Rooms - AC and Hair-dryer didnt work and had to call maintenance to get those fixed.Bathroom door was not operational. I was stuck for a while as its slider was broken and took me while to open. And front office mentioned that they were over booked, hence couldnt change my room. The next morning was no better as the shower and faucet didnt work properly as it was pouring scalding hot water at both H and C positions. I didnt have much time to call maintenance to fix that because I had an urgent meeting to attend and had to manage and sort of dry clean myself. Though the issue was resolved by the time I returned. Clearly, I paid more than what this hotel deserved for the service and stay. And I am sure nothing will change because they didnt care when I raised this issue with front desk.

Horrible experience. I am still in shock.1. The guys In the front desk at night need to be restrained. Non of these guys had a smile or the courtesy.2. Room service food is absolute hope less. If you want to order stick to Pizza.3. Morning break fast was unbelievable disaster. Dont even try the food. Go out to a udapi restaurant and have a good time with family and friends. When asked for water the person serving took the water can and pored the water in the Glass and severed it.I wonder if this is a five star hotel should be 2 start. Delhi park brought bad name for other Branches. When other branches like the one in Chennai is 1000 times better.Disappointed.

Horrible experience staying at the hotel. All rooms stink, no amenities provided as mentioned on websites. They DO NOT provide mineral water bottles (especially during Covid situation) and charge 170 rupees for one litre. Breakfast has 2/3 options only and quality is worse. Staff is really rude. Entire lobby stinks and broken, discolored items are on display. Check in time is 1 hour. Had to wait for 45 mins to get seated for breakfast. DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL.

The worst hotel I’ve ever been in1. They never pick up the call. To get something from the house keeping I was required to go down in the lobby thrice.2. This is the first 5 star I’ve seen which charges 170 rupees for ice bucket and 250 for cutlery3. Flush in the bathroom doesn’t work properly4. My minibar wasn’t working so I called the house keeping but they didn’t even picked up so I told in the reception and still nothing was done about it5. Windows in the room are so dirty you won’t be able to get any view

As the covid is not over yet, I was really worried about the time i was going to have in The Park. But thankfully, all the covid guidelines were followed by the staff. There was cleanliness maintained in the hotel and people were supportive too. Mr. Shreshth took care of my checkin and was very cooperative. Cheers to the team.

Rooms are good! But cleanliness in the common areas is not good. I was able to see used condom packet covers in 9th floor common area. But rooms are good and hygiene. I dont recommend to stay here with family and kids. Needs some renovation. It is not supposed to be 5 star hotel. It must be downgraded to 2 star till they do renovation.

On the name of luxury rooms in Rs4500 approx they are providing soooo small beds that even a 56 human will hardly fit.Washrooms are no different.They made me to wait for an hour on the name of sanitisation, i fail to understand what they actually sanitised when bed cover are having stains.Location is good.Rest i wasted money...or i can say my expectations were too high from what i saw online.

Location is a great plus point of this hotel and thats about it. The check-in experience was horrible despite having a confirmed reservation. The room size is small and the amenities provided mediocre. One can consider this place for short business trip and need a place for a night stay near the Rly Stn

The Hotel is very highly priced for the quality they serve. The rooms doesnt feel 5-star ( 3 star hotel have better rooms), in the bathroom both H and C faucets were having hot water. There was definite lack of cleanliness. Complimentary breakfast was not that great either. This is more of a 2 or 3 star hotel at the price of 5-star. I wont recommend this hotel, except for the location.

Pathetic place to stay, don’t go by name or ratings, it’s worse than a local hotel, forget about being called a 5 star. Hospitality industry mean service but they don’t provide service at all. No room service is there, we didn’t opt for breakfast but still they charged us for the same. The staffs are rude and unprofessional. The way they speak to guest is not at all 5 star standards. We visit 5 star hotels expecting good ambience, hospitality, food, service but we got NONE! Will not recommend this property to anyone! During check in and check out we had to take our luggage to & from the rooms on our own, even such basic service they don’t provide!!

Its perfect example of a 3 star hotel having worst services than a oyo hotel room. I would prefer to stay in oyo hotels compare to this hotel.Worst experience-Toilet has no jet spray.-Side table is missing in one side.- breakfast there is a que with waiting time of above 45 mins-wifi speed slower then 2g speed.- house keeping enters the door without knocking.- operator answers the phone after multiple trys and keeps u on continues hold for longer time.-rooms are smaller then normal standard size of a 3 star property.- cheap quality toiletries in the bathroom.- no mineral water bottles. Ro water in their own fancy voitles.List is endless.Highly not recommended. Instead stay in oyo. Atleast its worth the money that u spend.Thanks

Such an unpleasant stay, everything over there, staff, room, morning breakfast was just so disappointing that I just lost my faith over online bookings.It started like this, I had to wait over half an hour to get my room and then no bellboy. I booked the residence room and when I saw it, I lost my mind. Room so small, rotten furniture, ugliest looking bedding. Bathroom had no lock or even handle on the inside, their staff called it ‘the architecture’. I put my head down for washing my face and my head was hitting the mirror, yes it was that compact. Anyway I thought the only saviour here would be the food but the park surprised me over there as well. After half an hour queue for breakfast they got me table which had yellow strains, I asked them to clean and they told me the table is like this only. You really can differentiate is it a 5 star hotel or college hostel mess. It’s already been so disgusting so far until I saw there was a tissue in the sambar in the serving area. And that was it.

Rooms were average with not many amenities. The Hotel is situated in the heart of Delhi at a fantastic location. Complimentary breakfast given by Hotel was also not up to the mark. This may be due to COVID situation also.Overall Ill give it average rating and that too majorly because of its location.

Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice.The dining room for our breakfast was large and ample food. We couldnt have asked for anything more.I am really surprised by the high rating of this hotel. We booked for a room with a attached and had a really bad experience. My husband and I were aware its a 2 star hotel and we can stay at any hotel as long as its clean and have bare minimum amenities.Believe everything you read about this charming Hotel. Its an absolute delight whenever I have visited The Park for dine in. Courteous staff and good food is what makes this a nice hangout in Connaught Place/ Parliament Street.

Nothing in this hotel gives you a 5-star property feeling. Starting from breakfast, it was pathetic. We stayed 3 nights here in Sep 2021, each morning the breakfast was SAME except one dish that was slightly different than the last day.Breakfast menu was so limited that youll get a better buffet in a 3-star hotel! Breakfast included cut watermelon and papaya, omelette, aaloo parantha, idli sbhar, vermicelli, tea/coffee, hot/cold milk with corn flakes/wheat flakes, poha, dosa/uttapam (on request). It was EVERYDAY THE SAME!! Only thing that was different was apart from the above things, one day there was pav bhaji, one day there was puri bhaji (same bhaji as earlier) and one day chole bhature. Thats not a menu suitable for a 5-star hotel.Talking about the service at the restaurant, if you ask waiter to serve tea (which is already prepared and kept in kettles at a counter), it mostly took 10-15 mins for it to be served on your table.In the room, when we checked in, none of the electronic equipments were working. Hot water / tea kettle, mini bar fridge, in-room digital locker, NOTHING WAS WORKING and we had to wait for almost 3 hours for all of them to be fixed/replaced even after calling the room service more than 5 times.Also, when we checked-in, we were told at the reception that our luggage will be sent to our room within 5 minutes, and as you might have guessed already by now, it wasnt delivered in 5 minutes, instead it took them 1 hour to send our luggage to our room!!Overall, NOT A NICE EXPERIENCE AT ALL. Wont recommend anyone.

Yes, its a big Hotel with 220 rooms, in Connaught place CBD of Delhi with soggy mattress and very old cheap pillows, breakfast menu for two days of my stay was same. On your arrival, no ones there to greet / guide you, room service is horrible, ask for water - they dont serve you until u give them empty bottle, house keeping - they dont have combs, ask for towel until they pick up the old ones they wont replace. Ask for plates it is chargeable can you imagine its Rs. 250/- + GST.

I will never ever recommend anyone to stay at this property. The room was so dirty and was stinking. There was smell of cigarette all around the room. It was full of dust. I stayed with my friend is allergic to dust, she was sick due to dust. The service is very worst. We requested for 2 glass and it came after 2 hr that too when the manager came inside our room checked the glass inside the drawer and after that they sent two glass. Worst hotel, worst service, worst staff. Waste of money.

**What an amazing property as amazing staff recently i was stayed The park New Delhi .This has been a wonderful experience the best service .The staff were very helpful and the entire team was good and had a wonderful stay .Iam glad i made the choice of staying The Park New Delhi

The hotel staff is mediocre to say the least and not very accommodating towards guests. I stayed at the hotel for 2 days.When checking in the road in front was closed due to some protest and the hotel wasnt even picking up my calls or giving any updates on the booking. I walked to the hotel and there was no explanation, apology and they just rushed my checkin and gave me my key.The morning breakfast isnt great and the bar doesnt serve anything but the morning tea and coffee included in the breakfast even if we want to put it on our room charges and just say well need to order it in our room.The next day I saw a cockroach in the room and the staff acted like it wasnt a big deal and I had to ask for a room change which took about an hour for them to prepare.By the time I got to my new room it was late at night and I needed a shower but by then I found that there was no hot water. I called the Helpdesk and they said hot water isnt 24 hours and wont be available until 7am. I dont think Ive seen any 5 star without 24 hour hot water except this one.Do not recommend staying here, the staff is rude, you might find rodents and no 24 hour hot water.

Staff kept telling AC will be fixed soon but for a 5 star hotel to not have AC fixed for 9 hours speaks the quality of hotel.Then refrigerator not working in room. Called front desk and was told some one will come to check. 2 hours later and still no one here. Again speaks the quality of hotel. Eventually no one came to check refrigerator by the time I checked out.Interior is damaged and room is not clean. Chairs are dirty. I will post pictures soon.Used toilet tissues in room was a wonderful surprise too for a 5 star hotel.AVOID THE PARK HOTEL AS ITS DEFINITELY NOT 5 star. Better go for 3 star hotel as atleast you will not feel cheated

I have no idea how these guys are mentioned as a 5 star hotel.Checkin (1/5):They cant even provide an early checkin. For checking in at 10:am , they are asking for 1/3rd of the room rent of the whole day. I have stayed in a lot of other hotels in the likes of taj, royal plaza, svelte, in the cheaper as well as expensive range, but none had this terrible experience. When asked for a decent place to sit, where I can work till I wait, they cant even provide an internet connection.Room (1/5) :They couldnt provide me a room with faucet in toilet. When asked for it they said, they only have very limited such rooms, and they cant give me that one. Room was very small in size. Shower was only separated by a curtain which was not stopping all the water, so the bathroom was getting wet. Mattress was like completely broken. There were no toiletries in the washroom. But they gave most of the things except a comb (they didnt have one).Room service (1/5):I usually dont order from hotel unless its really late, and like to try out different eateries around, so I order from there. But these guys couldnt give me even cutlery for that. They were charging for almost half the price my meal actually costed.Ambience (1/5):Ambience is no where near to a 5star hotel. Full of smoke in the hallway.Location (4/5) :I think the location is quite prime. Its located not even 100 meter from cp. And you will find a 24/7 just right around the corner. But if you want to come to CP and dont mind travelling for like 15-20 mins, i would strongly suggest to stay away from this hotel.Hats off to there manager Rohit for such an excellent experience at there park hotel.Never going to book this hotel again.

The staff Mr Sagar was very rude .We booked a room & they alloyed a lesser price room .The rooms had a dirty smell of cigar & the breakfast was horrible.when I asked for Aloo paratha they served the worst paratha.The team are hand in glove ,scratching each other’s back .There was continuous sound of AC not turned to rectify such reckless service. I suggest please donot opt to get into this hotel .

The food is way to good feel in love with it.. And would recommend The Park over Radission Blue... Its better in food as well as room.. But yes room service needs to be improved and it has fix room temperature that is 24° .. I visited it before 14 days and was satisfied a lot... Its worth it :)

The staff was courteous and the ambience was perfect. The food at Agni was very scrumptious and especially wood fired pizza was the highlight of the menu.

The hotel has great location as everything is at a close proximity. Staff is well behaved and helpful. Have heard that it has an amazing discotheque but didnt try. Breakfast was poor, not even close to a five star breakfast. Basic amenities like mini bar, shaving and dental kits, towels etc are all of sub standard quality. Rooms are old and hence interiors not at all good. Overall it will disappoint you in name of a five star.

The rooms were average at best. Large parts of the hotel seem run down, the carpets were dirty and the walls werent clean and the shower head had rust in it. The best part of the hotel was the location. The breakfast buffet was a huge disappointment. The water in the room wasnt provided in sealed bottles, but in refillable bottles during COVID time. I wanted to take a print out and was informed I would be charged 10 rupees PER PAGE + taxes. I was working from the hotel for a week and the internet was GARBAGE. I could barely load a page and had to use my hotspot, when I called reception to complain, they told me I had to take a 800 rupee PER DAY extra package for an increase in speed. When I checked into the hotel room, my chair was damaged and it took them an entire day after repeated calls to replace it. There is a difference between luxury and fleecing. The Park seemed more interested in fleecing.

Dont book here. google should remove it from the search list of 5 star hotels in delhiHow is this a 5-star hotel, the rooms furniture is so bad, the size of an upgraded room was very very small, no sealed water bottles, they have glass bottles which they fill from their RO, this is unacceptable even during normal times forget covid times, no bell boys, as soon you step into your floor, the carpet will look ugly, smoke smell throughout the 10th floor. the bed sheet had stains on them, it took me 3 phone calls to get them to change it,the bath tub is nothing but a marble structure, the bathroom sanitary equipments were rusted. the coffee, tea bags and milk Powder were of cheap brand. when we asked them to clean the room, they sent a staff who literally swept the floor with a cloth in his hand, no mop no vaccum, nothing. coming to the breakfast, the restaurant had mosquitoes and the food was very very average and the spread was very minimal, like they just wanted to do the bare minimum. i tried to reach the hotel higher authorities, but nobody bothered to reply to us. once you pay them, they dont care if your experience was good or bad. I had checked out from the lalit and checked in here, the difference between the hotels is very Stark though both claim to be 5-star, please spend a few grand more and stay at a different property, not The park New delhi is the worst 5 star property in india.

We booked this hotel seeing the 5 star rating given to them by different hotel booking websites. Once we reached delhi the outside temperature is around 35° and humidity in delhi is very very high and when we reached hotel AC in the lobby are not working, we asked them to switch on the AC they told us its shut because of Covid-19 as in they are the only ones to have this instructions.When we went into our rooms the AC there is also not working properly and when we complained about it at the reception they asked us to change the hotel as the AC is centralized and it will work according to their convenience only.Our stay was for 3 days, we booked the hotel for 3 days but we have to change hotel the very next morning as we couldnt sleep at night because of temperature issue.We had the worst experience in a 5 STAR PROPERTY as the AC and the staff at the reception was not at all of any star rating.

I had a comfortable stay. Staffs were polite and was ready to consider our requests.The food in the restaurant is excellent. They have a good menu for food and beverages. Complimentary breakfast is also good.

It was love to stayGreat rooms and well aintsined with less no. Of staffing.Best part is staff was very polite and courteousIt was my 3rd tripAnd i know in this difficult The Park stand like a TreeWhich is beautiful.Great team did a great job.

Rooms are good but the restaurant is not hygienic. I mean there was staff standing there with mosquito and fly killing bats and had to order for a tea two times before getting it.

Living in the past glory. Very average service with limited breakfast options, saving grace is the location.

The park is in brilliant location, near to Connaught place and Delhi police headquarter, one can ensure a good safety even you roam at night since you can see police patrolling there, outside view from your room is beautiful, just make sure you get in front and atleast above than 5th floor.Rooms are good but bit expensive, I think high prices is just due to its location otherwise per night stay charges should have been 30% less than what they offer.Staff is very good and humble , they offer room service 24 x 7, just dial 7 for any query you might have and they will gladly acknowledge it with proper response.Their menu is very expensive , if your pocket allows you can get it otherwise zomato / swiggy can work for you as around 700 restaurants are there nearby with different cuisines / options, you would have to go downstairs to collect your food parcel.Morning breakfast is above than average, I would rate it 7 out of 10.Conclusion - hotel is at good location, staff is good, rooms are good, day / night stay with their menu expensive.

Rooms are too shabby & there are not even basic things in the room. The breakfast was not at all good, with no variety as per Parks standard.

Plz guys dont book this hotel its not at all good … staffs r very very rude nd bad, its very bad service … rooms r very very pathetic… and small…so book any hotel near by this… but dont book this hotel… not cleaned… bathrooms r very bad and small… and they r nit at all cooperative… they charged from me extra for 1 hr before checking….
