Was here to attend birthday party of a school time friend. Enjoyed a lot. Overall ambience good but could be improved. Staff need to be better trained for managing guests. Specifically, Bar needed more staff to handle guests efficiently.

Quite a spacious and a modern hotel. Rooms are quite big and nice. Best part is their swimming pool, which is really huge with a good view. Unlike the 5 stars hotels of Aerocity, this property has an ample amount of open space with forests around, which gives an offbeat experience. The staff at the front desk are not quite friendly, as they took really long to assign us the room. Also they charge additional one day tariff as security deposit at the time of check-in, which is nowhere mentioned in their policy. Breakfast they have lesser options available in the buffet. Overall a nice place to stay.

Wish I could give 5 stars but due to some reason the rooms were not up to the mark. But the staff was excellent. Ms. Maahi helped us get the best deal and would come back to the hotel only because of her assistance. Breakfast was good. Overall, good experience but not the best.

The Grand is my favorite destination for a quick chill out on a weekend. The landscaping and food is just awesome. I used the gym, unfortunately, due to covid guidelines the swimming pool wasnt functional. That would have added to the fun. Staff is also helpful especially Mr. Sachin Gosain @ the front desk. I give it an 8 on 10.

I have given ONE star because I could not give ZERO stars. The front desk service is pathetic and inhuman to Customers. I just arrived at the hotel after a full day meeting at Gurgaon along with five colleagues and I had a confirmed corporate booking. Even after that I was asked to pay up front room payment at this hour. I paid that without thinking much as I wanted to rest. Then I asked if you have room service and will I get food in my room then the front desk (Mr. Avinish) said yes and then said you have to pay 5000/- deposit to use these services. I was shocked and furious, asked for his manager. I complained to his manager (Mr. Vipin) about this and he started arguing with all of us rather than acknowledging our troubles. I would highly recommend NOT to book your hotel, they have no idea how to treat their customers and have untrained staff. This is my first and WORST experience so far. BOOK ONLY IF YOU WANT TO GET BADLY INSULTED !!!!

My own experience at Grand New Delhi Hotel was very poor. The Hotel to be ratted two star. Big Deficiency in the hotel.1. washroom sliding doors doesnt have locking latch from inside as there are two sliding doors one when you enter the room and 2nd sliding door is next to the bed and none of them have a larch to close sliding door from inside.2. AC in the room not effective because of main AC plant was having technical problems.3. Hot water was not provide, regret notice received in the room.4. My total stay was for 5 nights /6 days the Lunch is to be ordered from room service due to Alakarta system the customer was refused to serve food at the restaurant.5. Very poor room service. phone from room is not working and provided. mobile nos to the customer to call ,Reception, room service, House keeping.the response was very poor.6.The Hotel staff was not cordial, experienced negative response.7. There are very few trained staff and others looks like under training.8.The Grand Hotel Delhi is old Hotel and situated at close to Airport for easy convenience the customers prefer to come for enjoyments.

Stay in grand new Delhi was one if the worst experience of my life. I booked one executive suite and three rooms for my family for weekend getaway and it was my mother s bay too. The sequential events of our ordeal started as below- We were told about early check In a facility in this hotel, but when we checked at 1.00 we were given one suite and the other three rooms were not ready to be given till 3.00.staff in the hotel is completely untrained, they absolutely fail to attend guests. the executive suite had no water, the toilet flush wasnt working, if one wishes to Reach out to staff, no one attends the phone at reception. nor at concierge or housekeeping. you may give endless calls but there is no one to attend . after a long struggle we got hold of the manager who arranged a plumber in room, plumber said he fixed the issue but again after one hour it stopped working. Again one has to start the battle of reaching out to staff who may contact you incase you are lucky, again plumber came but problem didnt slove it, they shifted us after hours wasted in another executive suite. We got our other three rooms as well but late, now the problem didnt stop there, the key to open the electronic door to executive suits hanged/didnt work many times, every time you have to go yourself to change your key to get in the room for which you have paid so much.same time when we came back after dinner around 11.30 my old parents were stranded outside their own room, untrained staff work in this hotel, we called to give us a replacement for key but no one came for about half an hour. my father himself went down to get the key.I strongly recommend this hotel to do not boom guests.They spoiled our event. THIS IS A WORST HOTEL. STAFF REQUIRE TO UNDERGO TRAINING.

I stayed for 15 days. The hotel is good. Rooms are big and spacious. Staff are very courteous especially want to mention the housekeeping staff of my room Mr. Satyendra and Vijendra who were very prompt and diligent. Food is also very good and there are too many varieties. The staff in the restaurant are also good. I used pool and find the attendant there are also very helpful. Overall a nice stay.

Terrible. The duty manager Vinay was rude, condescending & very very unprofessional. Literally harassed us. Staff isn’t bothered. They are extremely rude. Phone not working - safe not working - air conditioner switches not working. To save cost, they didn’t provide us with dental kits in the room , not even bathroom slippers. Food was rubbish. Staff is extremely arrogant, won’t care if a customer complains

Overall - good. The ambience is clean and tidy, location is great since there aren’t many options in this part of Delhi. The menu was not special. Just regular items across the cuisines: Indian / chinese / Italian. The preparation was oily and I would not call it a culinary experience. Service was Ok and the staff members I encountered were all hospitable and friendly.

The service was very poor. We had to call them several times for everything. some negative points to note which made our experience an unfortunate one: the air conditioning were not cooling down making the rooms stifling hot & stuffy during the night. Moreover the refrigerator was not working. We had to call room service serval times for the same. although the receptionist did come later but was no help instead of changing the room they said the temp will be same in all the room we can change the refrigerator if you want. Wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

I never give poor reviews to anyone, but this hotel was really bad.They say they are a 5 star hotel but the facilities and services are poorer than a 2 star hotel.The hotel AC does not work.We complained about this and changed rooms thrice in our stay of 4 days. Ac did not work in any of the rooms.The manager at the hotel is least bothered about guests staying at the property.The bathroom is very old and flush does not work well. Bathroom doors do not get shut completely.They are always understaffed. They do not bother answering room service calls. You need to call 10 Times to make them answer once.If youre looking for 5* hotel, pls do not stay here. If you look for 5* rates with 1* service, only then you should stay here.

We visited for wedding booking by calling on 19th September 2021 they said we have ball room available but after spending 2 hours at property at time of finalizing the booking Ameetash dayal came and said it is not available.Gm vipul khamboj was also rude and was speaking we will show the property to every one and at time of booking refuse it they had the booking opened in their system but refused .they dont respect your time and try to fool you for the booking.The staff senior management is the worst lot of all.Hotels like this should be closed or the senior management will give it a long and a painful death.

The policies of this hotel will make you go mad!• Smoking Smell in the room from previous guests• Mosquitoes in the room & all over the hotel• Bad Egoistic Service Staff• No services for personal drivers : our driver even went to a petrol pump for basic things like drinking water - no washrooms for drivers - he had to sleep in car!- Booked it for 2 days but now i regret!The Leela and so many other properties are much better option than this hotel.

Pathetic hotel , pathetic staff pathetic service . I booked the room online . While reaching there the reception staff told us the rooms are already full. And they said one room with single bed is available. We denied as while booking it showed double bed . After that the hotel asked to keep 5000 rs as security, as we made the payment online. After few arguments we have to pay for security. Then they took long long time to provide room. After getting room when we went to room that was ok. We decide to have dinner as restaurant was closed so we decided for room service . When we tried calling from hotel landline for 30 min got to know landline is not working . 1.30am i have to go downstairs for complaint . To which the hotel staff said we know landline is not working . I told them why didnt you inform us in starting. To which he gave me number of room service aaked us to call from mobile . When i reached the room and tried calling got to know he gave me 9 digit number. I called the manager and he apologised later. Then room service took 2 hrs for food to prepare and deliver .They say this 5 star property but in reality it is worst then 3 star.They provide only 1 towel 1 bathrobeNo brush no tootpasteNothing .I felt like cheated and never in my life i will visit this property and wont recommend anyone.Worst experience till date.

15-20mins travel from the Airport. Good infrastructure and Royal rooms. Front office staffs are not well behaving. Showing their anger to the customers who come for check in as a group even after following Covid protocols. Inroom food which i received is pathetic which was like how we get in indian railway. The Hotel insisted to pay security equivalent to room tariff (and ofcourse the room tariff was paid in advance) which i had never experienced before even though i have stayed in many 5 star properties. Further, the hotel did not allow me to take my zapp speaker inside hotel, which is strange. I told them that i can give undertaking that i wont play music loud plus i am sure i am a responsible individual. Then the thing which i hated was that the hotel refused to warm the food for kid which was the tipping point to dislike them. Moreover wifi was not working. The land line was not working n v hd to dial an entire mobile number to either call room service or house keeping. Overall not a good experience considering its a 5 star property.

Absolutely Ridiculous service and I’m amazed at the barbaric bunch of staff employed especially the Duty Manager Jai Tandon.This hotel is blacklisted from my list forever for the condescending way of communication and the misdemeanour shown by the staff.I wonder if the management even considered to hire people qualified for the job;who even understand what the basic essence of hospitality.Their phones aren’t working,smelly towels and leaky taps.I wonder what level of hygiene and sanitation standards undertaken by the hotel.It’s such a shame,this hotel just shouldn’t be allowed to function.

Not gud staff place was not clean rooms were smelling got allergies while i visited somone rude behaviour at gate where car enters i came by auto and gate people were very rude they were saying take ur auto away from the gate i could not stop and pay the guy properly i told them to have patience they were racist cuase they thought i was poor but let me tell u they were guard i never judgedthem i didnt take cab cause of covid i thought i should avoid cabs when i went to rooms to meet the guest there was checking machine for bags was not clean very bad experience for today.. the staff was only keen in tips not in service food was awful had to take medicine after returning home i would never stay there couldnt even stay 1 night there i am disappointed i cried after experience there

I wanted some time by myself and booked your 5 star property.The front staff told me I cant take my tiny bluetooth speaker along. The front desk guy NIKHIL kept repeating the same message all the time that it was the policy. I argued that it wasnt mentioned anywhere on MMT while booking.His attitude was unhelpful and he made zero efforts to help. I asked him to contact make my trip, he refused. Then I called up mmt and he didnt answer the call for 30 mins. All this while I was waiting in the lobby. Nobody even offered me a glass of water despite having paid for the room.I reverted back to my place at midnight. What I witnessed was a pathetic display of hospitality. A single guy with a tiny speaker isnt allowed to check in. Add to that the lazy staff is unwilling to help, and talks like robots.Might as well remove TVs from your rooms if youre too concerned about the noise.

Dont visit this hotel. The management is very poor. They ask you to pay a 5000rs as safety deposit extra and over the room fee. I booked a night’s stay from booking.com for my anniversary and the staff was extremely rude specially- bhoopindar and vipin -manager.

Used to be a five-star hotel. Doesnt deserve the rating of a 3-star also anymore. Theyve laid off a big percentage of their staff and that shows in their hospitality and services. Small things like calling for water in the room took over an hour and multiple calls to housekeeping, finally had to speak to the duty manager to get things done. Linens are stained and worn out. They are not dry cleaning their linens anymore. The pillows were so uncomfortable. The breakfast was the worst breakfast in terms of variety i have had in a hotel. Not more than 5 things. The chefs at the live counter were cranky, not something i want to see early in the morning during breakfast. The staff at the breakfast was rude.They sent us pastries for our anniversary (as a favour, to be honest), they were stale. They tasted and looked stale. Theyd rather not send anything. This is not the first time im staying here, i have always enjoyed my stay here. But this is probably the last time. A year ago it would have been a 5-star experience. Not anymore.

Hi Everyone,I checked in on 31st Dec to celebrate New Years eve with my 12 other Family members. We were rest assured that given its a 5 star we would have a jolly good time and stress free during these covid time.We are a pure vegetarian family. During our Gala Dinner night, to our utter dismay we were served Crab Fritters in the name of Mix veg Cheese fritters. When the server served us, i personally told them we are veg family and we need to be served with Veg foods. When he got those fritters we felt it was not right when we had our first bite, so i asked him to confirm if its veg fritters. he said it was and he also said he would go ahead and confirm from the Chef and came back assuring us that its a cheese fritter.Me and my husband were yet not convinced so we took a round to Buffet counter and cross checked from the chef there who happily told us that its their special crab fritter. We were totally shocked.we really have no words here to share. Not expected from a 5 start hotel like The Grand. Really very poor management and staff.

Hotel was nice, the location is also good as the hotel is opposite the Mall. Outside food is allowed, although i thought the food was quite costly in the hotel. But overall, hotel was amazing. Room was nice and there was beautiful view from the room of the hotel garden.

Aakriti my friend, her health got compromised due to the egoistic staff present at the grand new delhi.
