I recently read a book called “Fear and Other Uninvited Guests”. I don’t agree with everything in the book, but I got some great stuff in regards to living life in spite of fears we may have.Fears can isolate us, but those same properties can also connect us: If you’re human, you have fears!One person may fear flying another public speaking.One person may fear social settings and another person fears being alone.
