Good Service... Some times you have to ask from surveyor, to get the services u dont eliminated from job order

Visited the service centre at around 3 30..they literally told me me to drop the vehicle there for a day, and asked to come tommorow.since I have office on the next day I requested them to deliver by today..but they didnt agree to it.Then I went to sangam Honda, in tigri and they did an excellent service and delivered my bike in a descent time..Either these guys should follow strict timing or else update their time so that customers dont get fooled in such conditions..They made me travel extra 15 km approx.

Not providing good services to their costumers. We have to wait to long for service. Taking much charges for servicing the vehicle. Instead of malwa honda you may go for local automobiles market for your vehicles service.

It should have a transparent wall between service and waiting area.

This is among the best service centers in Delhi. I bought my Honda Unicorn from them 15 years ago in 2005 and they have helped me maintain it well till now in 2020. Most of the spares are available and the staff are friendly and efficient. Qualified service staff!

They dont do servicing properly. Have to tell them again and again to do something as according to vehicles manual book.They didnt lubricate bike chain set at all. Told me it was lubricated enough. It wasnt needed.Even after washing they didnt. I had to show them manual where it was written clearly that after 1000km they had to wash and lubricate it properly.They didnt wash my bike properly. There was dirt in fibre parts as well as in metal. No polishing and using of shiner properly.

I had a bad experience with my Honda aviator service in Malwa Honda. As per my knowledge they charge more money by showing unnecessary repair work in billing. i had found defect in my servicing so i handed over my vehicle again. but the second time they did the minor work but charged me more. in this entire event i paid 2000 rs for servicing but i knew it should cost on an average 1200 Rs, so i lost 800 Rs directly. the funny thing is; they have one customer care center, which is only a show piece and designed to loot the hard earned money from public.

Very rough service with highly charge i have visited on 1st Jan 2021 for Paid Service they have Charged 1304 rupee490 labour charge + oil + cultu gear withing 25 Min my bike in washing Center they will ask whats the problem basic problem we can explain but Like filter is Ok or Not engine issues & etc how can check ???/they are making us fool they have to check Filter engine tyre issue & tell us whats the charge but no before hand overring the bike they will fix your charge what nonsense

They dont know how to talk with customer. My issue remains unsolved. They try to cheat customer and charging for that services for which customer is not allowed to see atleast. So rude and dupe behaviour with customer

Not a good experience.Telephone staff rude while talking to customer. No polishing after washing. Complait of seat adjustments not done told to wait as staff gone for lunch.

Very good service station for Honda two wheeler, service is good staff are also feels responsibility towards customers, price can be on higher side, overall it good for two wheeler servicing, if you choose to prefer authorised service station,

They are big time thieves, they made a bill of 3000/- just for servicing a running scooter which I had mistakenly sent pick and drop service. The scooter actually started having problems after the service and on complaining they argued with me and never came back to repair. I have never seen such robbers in the name of company and I have been riding scooter for more than 12 years and had three different scooters of two different companies I really wish they never get the benefit of robbing money.

Experienced the worst service here, the service advisor and service manager Deepak Kumar is the biggest liar here. At the time of service, whatever he says, je does opposite of it, turning around and breaking the commitments are his regular habits. They are having my bike fr last 5 days and havent did any repairs yet. Im not getting any notifications from the either Honda and this pathetic service center.Lodged many complaints in honda by calls and emails, but there is no response from the Honda and this service center yet. I dont know for how long more it takes to get my bike back from these fraudsters and uncommitted people.Too much frustrated, whoever is coming here for bike service make sure to record video of the conversation and stand in front of your bike while servicing being performed. Otherwise, your bikes can also be damaged like me and other 2-3 more people.

After the free services you receive from the company itself, i recommend you getting your bike serviced by a known local service station which will cost you a lot less than the overpriced service charges they charge you at the honda service station.

Staff has no manners of how to speak with customers. They are just good at telling you that this and that part is defective pay this much and pay that much for this.Please avoid visiting this service station for the sake of your own vehicle and your pocket.

Worst experience they charge too much always. And they will always find some spare part to be replaced. And specially dont go on weekend otherwise they will service your vehicle just for 10 mins weather that is completed or not.

Bad service centre. Untrained mechanics available. I have given scooty for servicing from this place after two days I have taken scooty, they only change engine oil and wash it. I contacted with Manager he speak as a lay man and nothing knowledge of automobile. Lastly I contacted with Honda Helpline. Please go another place for servicing.

Good Service, but I was surprised when I came to know that they do not keep any accessories for the vehicle (like buzzer, seat cover, etc.). That was not the most annoying part. The most annoying part was the parking that has been created outside Malwa Honda. I dont know why we should pay for the parking when the service station belongs to Honda? The parking guy will tell you that it will be adjusted in your bill at the service station...but if you will ask Honda for a printed invoice/bill, you will come to know that you have been cheated and the whole parking thing is a money laundering hoax.

One of the third class service centre I have ever seen in my life. Dont know how to talk, gave preference to their previous customer. Issuing number is of no use. The person who execute job responsibilities is useless n wasting their time n as well as my time.

Its really sad to see unprofessional behavior frm such a esteemed company.... there had some issues with my choke n accelarator wire but hre des wires wer nt in stoke... the staff asked me to give 500 in cash so that he can get it frm smwhr els.... r u kidin me.. z dt wt a cust need to think off.... if invntry z nt der.. dn its a co. issue... a cust WL pay once d service is done n bill is generated.... So i urge dese guys to hv some professional training....
